Give you the highlights... spent 4 months trying to get the tag, got shorted on my TTL and got hung up on several times. Took me setting across the street with a sign to get them to call back. Have a video of the salesman admitting to hanging up on my wife. Was told to I don't deserve anything because it won't make me happy. So they denied my we owe contract.
Don't believe a word they say
David Stanley Dodge is the epitome of everything people hate and stereotype about car sales. Early last month I started car shopping for a new vehicle for me as I needed to give my old ride to my 16-year-old to help out with chauffer duties with my other three children. They conned me into purchasing a vehicle in Norman as they agreed to my terms. Three days later, they said they couldnt give me the cash back needed to pay off my Malibu and I needed to return the car. Then the Midwest City location called me and promised they wouldnt do that to me and would make everything right. I thought it couldnt hurt. So on my day off, I purchased for the second time. They agreed to my terms and promised that I was approved. They even convinced me that they would never send anyone out the door with a vehicle without being 100% sure the deal was done. One month later, a tow truck showed up at my door on Wednesday at 11pm. Please remember I have young children and it was a school night. Not once did I receive a professional courteous call to inform me that I didnt get approved. They just showed up in the middle of the night and towed it away. Now my credit has been ran twice in a month which assures my denial for, at least, another 6 months and leaves my 16-year-old without a vehicle and no way to help with her siblings or get a job. Way to go, David Stanley! *By the way, don't believe the good reviews. They push the customers to write these for a better deal before going into finance.

We have a 2014 Ford Escape. We brought it into this dealership (David Stanley in MWC, OK for repair to the transmission. We were provided a loaned vehicle when it was diagnosed that indeed the transmission had problems. Over the course of time, it was fixed and the service staff kept us well informed. By providing the loaner vehicle, we were not put out one minute. The mechanic at the dealership was successful in completing repairs and they also fixed several other minor matters while the vehicle was there that we had been unaware of. Our service representative was amazing, and the mechanics and repair engineers were diligent. Thank you Allison and whomever the skilled transmission specialist was who completed our satisfactory repairs.
I bought a F-150 Lariat. I really like the innovative salesman that assisted me, he went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase of my new vehicle. Although I did not care for the haggle process over the price, I was okay with the final cost. Everyone was very nice. We were able to get a great buy on our Jeep. We've already received the paperwork for the Tag, Title, and Tax. This is weeks faster any other dealer has gotten this to us before. I'm sure we will have plenty of good things to say about our experience should we be asked.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fiesta. I drove to David Stanley Ford from Shawnee because I got this car $2000.00 cheaper there and all the windows had been tinted, no extra cost. YEA!! I felt comfortable dealing with them and my salesman Jon was very polite, friendly and explained and answered my questions. There was never any sales pressure. I did have to take it back the next day to get it detailed since it was 11:00pm when we left the dealership. They stayed late to get the paperwork done. While I waited, there were 3 people working there came by and invited me to have lunch with them. I thought that was very nice. The showroom was clean with refreshments available. Everyone went out of their way to speak and made me feel welcome. I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Need a car? Go see Jon, he will fix you up.
