Horrible Customer Service
So here is an excerpt from a correspondence I sent to the Manager & Owner of Milo Gordon - of which neither replied to - it is evident that customer service is not a priority here when it comes to buying a car from them. Buyers beware! Sir (Mr. Mark Watts "Manager"), I am sincerely disappointed that we could not find a way to make a deal with my 2017 CR-V EX-L. I am not sure you will remember me. However, Mrs. Cynthia Stauder was working with me on looking for a 2018 Accord (Touring) - at one point you called me personally and told me that "you will do whatever it may take to earn my business"- At first, it appeared that Mrs. Stauder was working diligently to accommodate me so that your company could earn my business from Patterson. I released my information to Mrs. Stauder on one condition, that the credit only be run "one time", and unfortunately that did not occur. I have an application through a credit monitoring system that informs me every time my credit is run, and was notified of three separate transactions on my credit report nearly within 15 minutes of me hanging up with her. Near the end of the day I received a text message from Mr. Stuader requesting "so you dont care if I try a couple different lenders because Honda is not picking up..." at this point the credit had already been run three separate times prior to her request, and in the interest of full transparency, I did agree, since the damage had already been done. Needless to say, I never, till this day received a phone call or text message to follow-up on the deal. Not even a "no I am sorry we can't make this happen right now." I was simply discarded as a nonviable customer. Ultimately, I was skeptical that we could find common ground to make the deal happen and was ready to wait, should I of had to and still give your company the opportunity to earn my business. Nonetheless, this incident was my second attempt to bring my business Milo Gordon and unfortunately this will discouraged me from attempting a third time. I have written this correspondence in the pure interest of ensuring that you are aware of this customer service mishap and so that it may not happen to someone else again in the future. * I will however, give them credit where credit is due. Their service department is really good with customer service.
Pleased with Honda
I was well pleased with my experience with the purchase of my new Honda CRV. My salesman, Donnie Wickens, was very professional and treated me in a kindly and responsible manner. He and the finance manager, Bruce, did everything that I asked and gave me pricing and trade-in on my previous Honda Civic in accordance with everything that I had been advised by Edmunds. If you do your homework, they will certainly honor your wishes.
they can usally get to your car quickly. they send out specials online and remind you of your service. they are also reude to my wife and I due to a sales issue and I do not think they should treat us the way they do.
