2010 Ford 150

took my 2010 F 150 in because the lights would come on and off every five minutes, the air conditioner was not blowing cold, sometimes the starter would stay engaged. I made an appointment, delivered my vehicle the evening before my appointment. They had my vehicle for two days , did not do anything to it but set it out side in the lot. When i called to check on it the service adviser told me they would check to see if the technician had started the work on it and call me back, never called. When i called back they told me the tech. hadn't been able to duplicate anything the truck was doing, so I could come and pick up my truck. Air conditioner was blowing 85 degree air. They did not charge the air conditioner or me. This is the second time this has happened, last time they had my vehicle 3 days and did nothing. I will not go back, and I will not buy another Ford product.

We recently took our Mustang Boss into Steven's Ford for a recall on the airbag. While at the dealership the paint on the hood was damaged. Instead of calling us and informing us of the problem they took it upon themselves to try and buff the stain's out at their body shop. Not only do we still have the stain's on the hood but we have scratch mark's also. Steven's Ford has refused to fix the problem only recommending that we contact our insurance company. Very poor customer service and total lack of caring by upper management. We will buy and service our vehicles elsewhere in the future.

Mike and Travis both have great customer service skills and they always are dependable!!! I not only save money but I know they are going to make sure a complete list of things, that are thoroughly checked over from top to bottom on my vehicle, are explained one by one to me and the cost to repair each one!!! I love that I'm not pressured and they will help me prioritize what I need to fix first when asked!!! Execellent and thorough job!!! Thank you for having somewhere to go for my oil changes that I know just because I'm a woman they are not going to try and take advantage of selling me products or services I do not need!!! Very trustworthy!!! Keep up the great job and will definitely refer them to everyone!!!

Hail damage removal

I left my car to have hail dents removed and was very, very pleased with the results. They even took the time to clean the inside, which I had not expected them to do. Would love to be able to take to the detail shop once a month to have it cleaned like that !!! Very happy with the results!!

The vehicle is a 2015 platinum pickup. I was not really wanting to trade vehicles but the sales man was willing to go the extra mile for my business. I was still not going to buy this truck (part because is cost so much) until the sales man said watch this!! I was sitting in the drivers seat and the massage came on!! Wahoo I was sold and now I own a new fancy pickup. WELL DONE STEVENS FORD!!!

Had been browsing online for a newer SUV and found a Ford Edge at Stevens Ford. I prayed about purchasing a vehicle and even asked God to let it come easy if it was meant to be. Lo and behold, I came back to work from lunch and the car and salesman were waiting on me! Financing was a breeze and the salesman very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Overall a great first time car buying experience. Would definitely recommend Stevens Ford to anyone!!
