I took my 2015 Silverado to Suburban Chevrolet in Claremore to get a recall done and my oil was due for a change so I approached the service person and told him I needed an oil change. He immediately went into 'used car salesman' mode and said, 'Tire rotation and oil change $59.95. You won't find a better deal. It's $100 everywhere else!' I knew that was dishonest but I needed it done. I said, 'Sounds good.' I also told him there was a recall on the airbags and my cd player wasn't working. He took all the info and said it would take a little longer and I said fine. I waited almost an hour and they called my name. On my way to the truck with the same service rep I asked what was wrong with the cd player and he said, 'Crap! I forgot about that!' He had me put a cd in and established it wasn't working and told me to bring it back next week (this was a Friday) and they'd get to it then. As I was driving home I thumbed through my settings to make sure all the tires were aired up since the front two and right rear were a couple pounds low and the rear left was 5 pounds low. I immediately noticed they hadn't rotated my tires at all! I called the rep as I was pulling into the drive. I put the phone on speaker so my wife could hear the conversation and asked him why they didn't rotate my tires. He said that he gets reamed out for doing 'extra' things. I asked him what is extra about doing something he approached me about. The first words out of his mouth were 'Tire rotation and oil change $59.95!' I was very upset and told him I was going to talk to his manager. He told me to just bring it in and they'd rotate them. I told him I didn't trust them to do anything to my vehicle and now question if they've ever rotated them. I will NEVER take my vehicle to them again and it is still without a cd player and tire rotation. Buyer beware at this place! They sent me an email to say they were going to contact me and all I got was an email offering me a free tire rotation (the one I already paid for) and my next oil change and rotation free! I told them I wouldn't trust them if I was standing there watching them do the work. Judging by how my truck with less than 30,00 miles bounces all over the place I am beginning to wonder if they ever rotated my tires once. I will be sending emails to the local television stations and getting on social media. I am not a happy consumer!

Horrible customer Service
I am over looking my paperwork and the numbers didn't even match up they wanted to give me the run around on what my extended war. contact and didn't even give me the paperwork. They have messed up my title so its doesn't even match our names. I would never suggest going back to them.
We bought a SUV on the 31st of March, 2015 Was treated with the utmost repect from everyone that we came in contact with. I would buy another vehicle from them anytime. Very professional.
Dealer had the vehicle we wanted. Our salesman Zack was knowledgeable and willing to work with us. We were treated courteously. We received follow up phone calls. Added on extras were done to our satisfaction.

2014 Silverado, my 4th purchase
Just to let you know... I drove 715 miles from Watertown, SD to Claremore, OK to purchase this truck! If THAT doesn't tell you what I think about Suburban, don't bother to read any furtherThe people at Suburban have always worked very hard to earn and keep my business. I always shop around and they always find a way to give me the best value for my money. My 2014 Silverado is the 3rd new vehicle and the 4th overall that I've purchased from them. They are the ONLY dealership that has ever received repeat business from me. That, in itself, is a testament to their dedication to excellent customer service and customer care.
