Hard to beat the Norton Team!

This is the seventh vehicle I have purchased from this dealership or its predecessor. I have always had the best experience with the sales process, from the sales team through the finance department and the service team is the best. I don't know how many more vehicles I will buy in my lifetime, but I can't imagine a scenario where I wouldn't by my next Chevy from Jim Norton.

Hard to beat the Norton Team!

$4,000 worth of damage

In the past two visits to the service department, my car has received over $4000 worth of body damage. In both cases they claim it’s not their fault and they are not doing anything about it. I bought the car five months ago and it has spent three months in the service department. They don’t go over their vehicles before they put them on the lot.

Oil Change / Tire Rotation

Everything with the service was fine, however the automatic car wash evidently has a habit of "eating" hitch covers ( as I was told by the service manager ). This was certainly the case with my Pistol Pete Hitch cover ... the locking mechanism was pulled off of the post and the posts of the hitch cover were bent all to heck. All I needed was a warning and I would have removed the hitch cover myself. However, the key was on the key chain that was left with the dealership. The service manager was very cooperative when I called back and explained the situation.

Fantastic!

I was a few hours away from home and experienced an engine problem with my diesel truck while pulling my horse trailer. Jim Norton Chevy did a great job determining what the problem was and fixing it. They also took great care of me and helped get my horses taken care of. I can't say enough good things about them!

Todd Galliart in the Service Department at Jim Norton Chevy is a man of his word! I was missing some information on warranties and wanted documents in writing. He did was he said he was going to do and provided me more than what I asked for in very quick time! AWESOME!

AH-MAZING SALES EXPERIENCE!

Jim Norton was recommended to me by a long-time resident of OK. I had just bought a pre-owned vehicle from another Chevy Dealer 3 months earlier-the mechanical issues and lack of resolution had me very leery of another experience. I made an appointment with Marie Bowers and the process began. Marie went above & beyond all my expectations for helping me find the vehicle that was right for me - that I enjoy driving each day, can afford the payments and have peace of mind with the manufacture's warranty and Certified Pre-Owned benefits! From something as simple as the color of the vehicle to the bells & whistles! She answered all my questions. She sent me home with different vehicles to try. She truly was concerned about helping me make a decision that I am happy with far beyond the sale. Todd always makes me feel welcome. He makes me feel like that my car is going to get the best service and it does! The guys do an excellent timely job on my car no matter what kind of work it needs. I would not drive over 100 miles one way to get my car serviced if it was not such a great service department!! I have never had any issues with this place....It has always been fantastic service!! I really like bringing my car here to get it serviced.

Awesome experience

Cody was great to work with. I went in looking at the online inventory and pricing and i already picked out the vehicle i wanted. Cody and i went on a test drive and i told him i am sold, what can you do? He came back and had several options and after very little haggle made a great deal on my trade-in and the new vehicle. Definayely be back to purchase another one from Cody and Ryan.
