Oakley In Bartlesville

Service department is possibly the worst service I have received since I began purchasing vehicles in the early 70s. Too bad Russ Rogers left, he was a man of his word. I have had 2 incidents, both were outright lies and horrible service. The first time was while purchasing a used vehicle, I signed the papers and was to pick it up in two days. I asked the Internet salesman during the purchase if the used vehicle had ever been wrecked, he assured me that it had not. After picking the vehicle up I noticed a discoloration in the paint, I asked the salesman, and he said no wrecks. I went home and purchased a search VIN, and found that it had major damage to the left rear and even stated the repair cost, categorized as being in an 2 car accident. I mentioned this to the salesman and Mr. Oakley, who flatly stated he would do nothing about it. The second time was an ongoing issue with the vehicle loosing power, stabilitrak, engine light, the whole nine yards, and the vehicle dies at that point. This service department has had my truck 5 times, and now that it is out of warranty, they refuse to fix it. Once again I contacted Mr. Oakley, and once again he flatly stated that nothing would be done. I cannot respect a place that sells a product but will not back it up. And I also cannot respect a man like Mr. Oakl;ey that backs up lies. If you purchase anything from them remember, CAVEAT EMPTOR, buyer baware. Oakley is a terrible place to do business with.
