Great CPO Purchase Experiance

Working with Jerry was a great experience. He was clear and easy to work with. Walking in as a 23 year old I came in expecting to be ignored. Yet, I was treated with courtesy and respect as would any client looking to purchase a BMW. My experience went without any hitches and Jerry was always there to respond to any of my questions or concerns the minute I had them. Overall great experience, I look forward to buying a BMW again from Jerry.

Damaged my car

Dropped my car for servicing. When I went to pick it up, it was clearly damaged. Dealer tried to say it was preexisting but the damage was so blatant, all they had to do was ask every employee that touched the car if the damage was there. After arguing with them, they finally agreed to pay for the repair but not after a bad taste was left in my mouth.

The process may have been smoother had we not negotiated as much. Bottom line, we got the car we wanted at the price we had in mind. Key aspects: 1. John is very responsive by email or phone; we did not always experience it this way at other dealerships! 2. Robert helped finalize the deal with John and made sure the car was prepped appropriately. 3. Erik is direct and easy to work with

I just picked up my new X3 today. The overall experience was great. What stands out at this dealership is how friendly everyone is. The staff here are just very warm and shared my excitement about getting my first BMW. I came in earlier in the month and shared the specifications for the vehicle I wanted and the offer I wanted to make. The offer was accepted. I know that I got a fantastic vehicle at a great price and the experience was hassle free. At delivery, my client advisor, John Caruso, spent a lot of time reviewing the features of the vehicle with me. There really are a lot of features with BMW's computer system and it was a huge help to have John demonstrate the options and help me to get things set up. I am thrilled with my X3!

From the outset, my experience with Ganley BMW and the purchase of my new 5-series has been nothing short of spectacular. I've been a customer of several BMW dealerships in the past (for both sales and service), some good and some not so good. The courtesy, professionalism, flexibility and transparency that the Ganley BMW staff conducts themselves with far exceeds anything I have experienced anywhere else. It was truly refreshing to have none of the back-and-forth to the manager's office, hidden fees, hard sells on upgrades in the finance office, etc., that I've been accustomed to with other dealers. A big thank you to Frank, John, Erik and Bob for making my new car purshase enjoyable - as it should be but often is not. I will most certainly be back for my next BMW.

Ganley BMW sales experience

Having been to Ganley in the past and feeling high pressure salesmanship, I was skeptical my experience would be any different this time around. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It seems there is new management in the sales department and I couldn't have been treated better! The sales staff was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about their product. Being an informed buyer, I often test sales people with less obvious facts about their product to see how much they really know about it. From the salesmen on the floor, to finance and even the sales manager, I was very impressed. I was back and forth between the new 3 series and a 5 series so I made several visits to the dealership. One might think I would be pressured into purchasing the more expensive 5 series but in fact, my salesman (Dirk) carefully considered my personal needs for the vehicle and recommended the less expensive 3 series. All in all, a very low pressure experience and I would highly recommend Ganley to anyone in the NE Ohio area in the market for a BMW.

The BMW experience at Ganley BMW was made possible by the friendly atmosphere and professionalism in which Ken D., my Client Advisor, presented himself on the day of the purchase of my BMW 328i sedan. The length of time Ken gave me to drive the BMW around the dealership area was unexpected. It gave me a great BMW driving experience and was appreciated as well. Robert S. then introduced himself as the New Car Manager and was very personable and professional. Mike H., the Business Manager, was friendly, courteous, and professional as well. I would not only recommend driving a BMW but driving a BMW from the Ganley BMW team of Robert S., Ken D. and Mike H. a must!

I had a great time here. I see the other negative reviews and I know the only posted those reviews because they were unhappy. I am sure there are way more positive reviews at Ganley. I worked with Jerry M and Mike, and they were great. They honored a few promo things and gave me a loyalty discount. They also didnt try to hard to sell me stuff I didnt need. I will buy my next BMW from here too.

M. Brooks is incredibly rude. Apparently if you are under the age of the 30 he doesn't think you can afford a bmw. Don't dare ask about the price of the car because there is no negotiating. Ganley has a light bill to pay. That's a quote. Fun fact M. Brooks you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover.

John Caruso is a salesman at Ganley who cannot keep his cool with potential customers. I asked him whether he could match another dealer's price and he became frustrated and patronizing to me. Called me "foolish" and that I should be "ashamed". I have never been treated this way before and will purchase the car elsewhere

Great Salesman and Staff

I had never bought a used car before and thought this was going to be a huge battle. Well a great guy named Jerry Mancini, helped me along the way and was honest with me. I even named a very low price that I thought for sure was going to get shoot down. He worked with me and asked his manager if that was possible and we worked out a great arrangement and I got an almost new BMW 328xi for an unheard of price! Plus the car is perfect and nothing is wrong with any of it! I will always buy BMW and always go back to Ganley BMW.

The salesman (or Client Advisor, as they prefer) was knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic, as was his manager. The post-sales experience was not so pleasant. My client advisor did not return my telephone call until I called the dealership's general manager to ask why I had been abandoned.

Having bought a 328xi a month ago, I have tried telephoning the Service Department to try to take advantage of my new customer 20% off coupon for accessories and to ask a question about a performance concern. I have only reached voicemail, never a person. And I got a callback only after a complaint to the g.m.
