Friendly Quick Car repair went great. Repair was finished in the time quoted. Got to see the broken part and an explanation of problem.
I love the staff and the professional of everyone never been disappointed yet it always constend and will highly recommend anyone to Foster.
My salesman was very knowledgeable and nice. Will definitely be recommending fosters to people I know. In three years when my lease is up I'll be sure to deal with fosters and my salesman again.

John gave us top notch service!! Very prompt to answer any questions we had and go the extra mile to get us exactly what we needed.

Foster Chevrolet's service staff is wonderful.
The service staff at the dealership is wonderful and has been for all the 15 years I have taken my cars there for service. I realize that prices go up for service but I am disappointed that my car was designed where it would cost the average person $150+ to replace a burnt out headlight bulb. I actually had both replaced since the bumper had to be removed to complete this task. On another note, I had to drop off my car again because the windshield wipers completely stopped working as I was driving 70mph on the turnpike in a downpour. This was a very scary situation since I had to slow down, turn flashers on and cross 2 lanes of traffic without being able to see. It was already dark which made the situation more frightening. I did read on-line that this happens more frequently that I thought but it has never occurred on any of my previous cars. I will be asking if there is a recall on this problem. Just to end on good note, staff and dealership fantastic!
Excellent Customer Service
Most of the work was done via email. Brett was diligent in keeping my budget, my time etc in mind while working on this transaction. This is what customer service is suppose to be like. I was working with multiple dealers and none of them compare to the service I received at Foster's. I appreciate the customer service that Brett and Foster's gave me.
Had not been into the newly remodeled dealership waiting room, it was very comfortable. My wait was not long and my service was well done.
Very displeased with matts lack of knowledge of the warranty program ... but he got his commission. . And I got stuck with the bill ... I will go to another chevy dealer from this point forward
Service personnel were very friendly, efficient and helpful to order part needed. Chris made extra effort to correct I-phone problem & showed me how to program numbers. And my Cadillac was washed without even asking!

I really enjoy working with Foster, especially my salesman Jerry and Vicki in finance. This is the 3rd vehicle in a row that I have purchased/leased from Foster. Prior to that I was a Ford truck guy but they have converted me with their customer service. GM building a great truck doesn't hurt either.
Great Service - Great People
Foster Chevrolet wanted to have the job performed correctly. They took their time waited for the correct parts and as a result I received a quality job on repairing my car. All if the service representatives are always friendly and they new the status of my vehicle even though they did not originally check in my vehicle. The mechanics have taken very good care of car every time that I have brought it in for service. Well done Foster Chevy!!!

When my part came in, they were able to get the car fixed within 24 hours and gave me a nice rental to drive while they worked on it. They fixed the stereo system and the safety system and then made sure I could get Pandora to sync. The men are always friendly and professional and they always wash my car for me.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Handles my needs. Provides transportation if needed. Answers all questions, if further issues arise. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation for my Silverado. Went for the recomended transmition service and now it runs better than when I bought it.

I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of the sales & financing staff. My sales person Ashley Johnston knew all about my Silverado and helped me set up the Bluetooth and OnStar. That saved me a lot of hassle.
Earlier that day my girlfriend and I went to Mathews to look at an explorer and couldn't come to terms with their dealership. On her suggestion just 1 hour before you closed we stopped by. We needed a SUV with a 3rd row for our growing families and within 30-40 minutes Joe Wild locked us down on a Chevy Traverse. The only regret was that the dealership was closing and that we didn't stop their first. After the weekend We stopped by to sign the papers and took the vehicle home. it's only been 3 days but without a doubt we love the vehicle. I have always been a Ford or Jeep guy as my dad retired from Ford and I love my jeep. But after the ease of the transaction and the quality of the car I am impressed and will now look to Chevy for future vehicle purchases as well. Thanks
Ashley the sales rep was awesome! Everyone is very nice and welcoming! They day I came in the representative from Alley was there and also able to answer and solve a couple questions I had with my payments.
