Good buying experience

Our salesman Mac McGee was great. He did not rush the buying process and was very helpful in… explaining all the details of the sale to us. He was not pushy and put everything in black & white. I would recommend this dealership to others.WOW, what an Eye opener

While there on a Saturday pm, a man who I learned was the cuurent owner Paul, was complaining about something in the front… of the showroom. I have never seen any grown man who seems professional to be so childish and unconcerned about customers and children nearby. The amount of swearing the [non-permissible content removed] actually made me speechless. It was like watching a child with a tantrum. I could not, or rather would not stay and be subjected to that behavior. There can be no excuse for sheer lack of concern for customers in todays market. The prices for cars are the same, only customer service makes the differance. What an experiance!Comfortable, professional and quick!

I called Jerry Schuff, the New Car Internet Manager at our local dealership, North Olmsted CJDR. On the phone basically we… discussed the features desired AND that I wanted to spend the minimal time possible on this transaction. While at the dealership Jerry was working on a price for the new minivan and getting a trade-in value for my old minivan, Brian Christman, Sales manager stopped by and chatted for a while. Jerry came back with a proposal that was good on both the new minivan and trade-in, based on my research on Kelleys Blue Book, Edmonds.com data and a couple other sites. I accepted. It only took 45 minutes to get this far. I met with Kurt Smudz, Finance Manager for about 20 minutes to get the financing arranged. An hour and five minutes process is hard to believe. When my wife bought a new car last year at another brands mega store, this process took 4 ½ hours! When I picked up the car several days later, all those involved were just as pleasant as when they were selling. When my wife is ready to replace her car, we will go to North Olmsted CJDR. It was a dealership experience unlike any that I had experienced before! They are worth a try!!Exceptional Sales Rep:thanks Renee maholm

Sales department head and shoulders above dealership previously mentioned. I was able to bargain down the monthly payments to… MY price and my terms. Took a bit of time to finagle the price and extra features but it was WELL worth it. kudos: Elizabeth I.
