If it’s serious Go elsewhere
This has been my preferred service shop since buying my 2010 Milan in 2013. My parents have preferred this dealer for buying cars and service for years. However, my most recent service has turned me completely off. I took my car in because my check engine light came on and was blinking. Fortunately they were able to get me in same day. After diagnosing my car, we agreed to repairs and I was told should be done by end of day. I was able to get a ride home by their shuttle service. At the close of business, I was without a car and had not received a message regarding my car. This meant I would miss another day of work (I work out of town). When I called the next morning I was told a message was left, which was odd because I received calls and text throughout the evening but nothing from this dealership. However, because I never had this problem prior I chalked it up to technology. when I went to pick my car up I was unable to get clear answers regarding the maintenance of my car. After paying my bill I went to my car I started it. Before I could get off the lot and to be light the check engine light was back on. Again, when I called back they were able to get me on same day. After a few hours I received a call that I needed another repair. At this time I decided to hold off on the repair and explore my options. I didndid have my car for more than an hour. After closing sale on my car I asked would be possible to get some refund on the work I had done since I received no benefit from it. The company refused. Prior to all this when this dealer wanted to sell me a car they quoted my transfer three times what they were saying it was worth the day I sold it. I get depreciation and everything but to lose 66% in value within several months seems a bit extreme to me. But what could I do? I rated quality of work poor because my problem was not solved by them and I could not tell any difference In my car based on the work I paid for from when I brought it in. Price I rated poor because what I paid for and what they wanted to give me was clearly lopsided. What they wanted to trade my 2010 in for was the same as what they gave me for my 1990 (much worse condition) when I got the 2010. Make sure you clearly ask for maintenance check. If you schedule online repeat it several times and make sure it is done. Don’t schedule anything else with your maintenance check. Lesson learned the hard way
I am very pleased with the service I received at Reineke Nissan. The staff were friendly. It was my first visit so I was given a brief tour. My appointment was on time and lasted a reasonable amount of time.
I love the service I get at Reineke. They are always friendly, warm, and willing to answer my questions. They are the only Ines I will let service my car. These guys are AWESOME!!!!

Quick and accommodating
Reineke Nissan service was awesome. They were quick and catered to their clients. They offered doughnuts, cookies, popcorn, and coffee/water while customers waited for their vehicle. Nice experience.
