    Very busy but very accommodating. Staff found me a chair to sit down on while I waited to be checked in.

    I was a little disappointed in the fact my service apt was for 7am Friday morning, I had the car there Thursday evening. I did not hear from anyone until 3pm, so wasn't time to finish work. told it would be Saturday sometime, did not hear from anyone until Monday at 11am that it was ready to go. I would have thought some one should have called Saturday to let me know that the tech did not come in.

    The service person who helped me, Virgil, was fantastic! He was friendly and informative! The wait was a little under an hour and that was with having to order a part. Julie who cashed me out for the ordered part, was also very friendly and sweet. They were all efficient and friendly and made the process as easy and painless as possible!

    I asked that Mobil One be used. Service receipt shows that Dextrose was used. Why, when GM recommends Mobil One?

    The sales man was excellent on the day of the sale but his service after the sale was very poor! We got a 45 day temporary license plate and had trouble receiving the white title to get permanent license plates. About a week before the temporary tag was to expire, I contacted my salesman about my concerns. He was going to check with someone on it. He never called back. My phone calls the next few days went to voice mail. He never returned any of my calls. I finally called the sales manager. Benji had an answer for me within five minutes. The title had been mailed out to me over 2 weeks earlier, but must have gotten lost. He emailed me Chesrown' s copy of the white title and I was able to get permanent license plates. Thank you, Benji. Great job ! The salesman gets a D- for effort.

    Rich was and has always been super helpful whenever I come in. The only issue I had was when I was paying my bill at the cashier office. The lady (who apparently was filling in that day for someone else) was very rude and condescending. I mentioned it to Rich as I was leaving and he said he had heard the same complaint ok the past about this lady. Jennifer Troike

    Brought my vehicle in for regular service and dealership found it also needed an alignment. When I told them I needed to be at a meeting at 1:00 they quickly arranged for a loaner. The dealaership always is welcoming, explains everything, courteous and makes sure you are comfortable during your wait.

    Bad experience. Took forever the day of buying, car was not cleaned properly and then they forgot to put a rug back in had to come back the next day and the next day because some finance papers were printed off wrong. Had some repairs done, took two days longer than what they said it will take and the memorandum title never came in 30 days so had to pay 18 dollars to get extended temp tags, and to get a refund for the 18 dollars had to come back to the dealership AGAIN, that's twice in one day. Probably had to go there like 10 times in one month. Never again.

    They are always very prompt and courteous. They are wonderful about providing updates throughout the entire process to help set the expectation for my wait.

    Everyone was very kind and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure I had a vehicle to drive while my car was down for nearly 4 weeks waiting on a part. I could not have been happier!

    I came in with the AC not functioning. I had spoken with another mechanic and he had really scared me. I am so glad that I brought my car back to Chesrown. Every time I come here I have a great experience. I have had the displeasure of dealing with other Chevy dealerships in Columbus and if I have the choice I bring my car to Chesrown. All the repairs that I needed were covered under my warranty and I had an alignment as well. It was top notch service from start to finish. Don't change anything!!!!

    I am generally happy with the experience I've had at Chesrown except for mix-up that occurred for my Pontiac Vibe recall service and the length of time it has taken to send a payoff for this car when I traded it in for a new used Chevy Cruze. Other than that I would recommend Chesrown to my friends and family.

    My husband and I were treated wonderfully. I asked about a rental car and it was taken care of immediately. Everyone was kind and respectful. That is sometimes hard to do. Thank you for another great oil change experience.

    I've bought at least 20 cars in my life. This purchase was by far the best. There was some back and forth negotiations, but never were we ever feel like we were being lied to or being badgered. This is the first car I've ever bought the same day I looked at it.

    My only complaint is...I was told my vehicle included WiFi which is one of the reasons I purchased it. It wasn't until I spoke with OnStar directly that I was told that was incorrect. HUGE disappointment. When I called to address the issue they blew it off. They knew the sale was done so they didn't care.
