Poor sales and customer service

I would first like to start by saying I am active duty military stationed in North Carolina. I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and seen a car I was interested in online. I got preapproved for a loan and traveled to this car lot, I bought the car, traveled back to North Carolina. I waited 30 days for temporary plates and did not receive them. I contact the dealership and explained the situation to them. I was told I messed up the paperwork while I was at the dealership. I was never contacted about this until then. I explained that I needed plates for the car because they were expired. I was told that I had to wait until the paperwork was fixed before they could send me the plates. It has now been over 2 months and they claimed to have sent me the paperwork (which they claim was returned to them) but I was not contacted or told about until I called. I now still have the car, and no plates for it. When I called today and spoke to the General Manager, he said that since the check wasn't signed by me and the paperwork was done wrong that I had to wait until this was all fixed before I would be able to get registration or plates. I am frustrated and feel like I was played for a fool. The dealership messed up the paperwork and didn't ensure the papers where correct prior to me leaving with the car. I am about to cancel the loan (which was never cashed according to my bank) and tell the dealership to come pick up the car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will not work with you, they will lie and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
