Best Experience Buying a Car

I worked with Jelisa Hummons and she was the best. She was very knowledgeable about the car and was not at all pushy. She let me decide that it was the car that I wanted she was super helpful to ensure I got a good price. She also made sure that I got my remote starter was installed the very next day and she provided me with her personal demo car as a loaner so I didn't have to sit idle at the dealership while they did the install. Finally, she followed up with me well after the car purchase to ensure that I didn't have buyers remorse. I will buy my next car from her!!

She escorted us on the test drive and was very helpful with her comments. She along with the other associates we met were very courteous and professional. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Superior Honda is the perfect placed to purchased a new or used vehicle from. The customer service is awesome and the salesman really work hard. I went into superior honda on feb 1,2018 feeling discouraged i woke up feb 2,2018 feeling like a brand new person. The fact that superior Honda was able to lift this weight off me o've been to several dealership none of them could help me and the fact that avery simpson and donny was able to make my dreams come true I couldnt thank them enough

2nd new Honda, and certainly the best deals

Just purchased my second new Honda -- this one a 2017 Accord Hybrid, and the first was a 2014 Civic. After totaling my Camry Hybrid, I was dismayed to find that I couldn't get a decent deal on another from a Toyota dealer. After test driving the Accord Hybrid at a couple places, I decided it was a great vehicle. More important, Superior Honda offered me a deal that I simply couldn't refuse. Other Honda dealerships wouldn't even hold a conversation (I won't mention which ones), or wouldn't negotiate a reasonable price. Superior was the opposite of that. I arrived late and actually walked in 5 minutes before closing on Mother's Day. The sales rep (Jelisa H.) didn't hesitate to show me the vehicle, describe its features, talk about possible financing, and even offered to let me take a test drive, despite that it was late Mother's Day and she planned to take her mom to dinner that evening! I didn't abuse her willingness to help, but was ready to give her my business based on her professionalism and dedication to helping a customer who just walked through the door 5 minutes before closing. She wasn't the least bit pushy or act like she was in a hurry, but was happy to help in any way possible. Three years ago, we had a similar experience at Superior Honda. My wife needed a new car and planned to buy a used Civic. We visited Superior Honda, and the sales rep was delightfully helpful. No pressure at all, but he actually pointed out that for a very small difference in price, we could buy a brand new Civic. When I looked at the numbers, it made complete sense. Even though the used Civic was very competitively priced, the dealership offered such a great deal on the few remaining Civics (they were preparing to receive their first shipment of the next year's model) that it worked to our advantage. As an aside, I would have asked for him, but learned he retired. It appears that the dealership makes a point of hiring good sales reps, because Jelisa was just as wonderful. I have nothing but high praise. The competition wouldn't price either the Civic or Accord at anything close to what I paid, and it was an incredibly enjoyable experience purchasing both vehicles during the past three years. Even though it's considerably farther from my home than two other Honda dealerships, it was worth the drive.

Horrible service ! Stay away !!!

Never buy your car from them. Horrible service people after purchase! Please read this and decide yourself. I bought a certified pre-owned Honda accord 2013 car in Feb 2017. Day after purchase found car tire pressure light was on and Bluetooth not connecting. Went back to them and got fixes (Superior Honda--We apologies). What was that 160 point inspection before delivery? 20 days later car door pillars starting falling off. Went back to them. First guy who inspected- (This is normal). When I insisted .. another guy came and agreed there was a problem. He ordered the parts. Waited from March to April 2017. No call or text or any information. I called back. (Superior Honda-We have your parts, bring your car tomorrow). I dropped my car early morning. They call me in the afternoon and tell me that all the service parts are not ordered. Please take back your car. We will let you know when the parts arrive. No calls from April to May. Called them back and they say there is no service request under your name and seems I do not exist in there system itself. I was shocked. Later they found the parts in the inventory and scheduled me next day for the service on May 19th. I dropped my car again early morning 9:45am. Whole day there was no call from them. I called them back at 4:30pm and the lady at the desk says I have no I idea about your car. Someone will call you when it is ready. After 6pm they closed the shop without giving me any information about the car. I had to pay to the Uber to come back home. Since morning I am not able to go to my work. And completely pissed off with this people. I really want to complaint someone about all this. Hope the management will take immediate action against these lousy bunch of people.

Purchased a new Honda Accord Ex L from Superior. After a misunderstanding about the on line price, it was quickly remedied by the sales person, Amanda Yerian and the GM, Jesse. Purchasing an Auto can be a difficult experience, but she made it work as easily as possible. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from her and Superior Honda. I would rate my experience a ten out of ten.

Way better experience than I anticipatted

I was concerned about negotiating for a new car. The online quote I got from Superior was far better than I expected, and lower than the average price paid in my area according to KBB. Alex Paunescu met me at the dealership and immediately showed me the model I was interested in. I don't like a lot of bells and whistles, and I was never pressured to look at a more expensive vehicle or pushed to purchase accessories. I don't respond well to high pressure salesmen, and I didn't have to worry about it at Superior. I did my homework in advance, and my wants and needs were respected. I drove home in a new Honda Fit that I absolutely love.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience purchasing an Odyssey at Superior Honda. We live 90 minutes away but Superior's competitive pricing and excellent customer service made the trip worthwhile. I originally requested pricing through the internet and Nikki responded to my request with a very competitive price quote. We didn't purchase right away; instead, we peppered Nikki with questions via phone and e-mail for two full months before visiting the dealership in person. Nikki's approach the whole time was very different from the "typical" salesperson. Informative, helpful, transparent, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, friendly are words that all come to mind... but never pushy, and not once did she imply that we should feel obligated to purchase from her because of all the time she spent helping us. My experience at the dealership on the day of purchase was very positive as well. We wanted to have some accessories installed that day (but not until after we test drove the car). To accommodate this, Nikki came into work early to get the transaction started and worked with a representative from the service department to get the accessories installed (and even arranged for a loaner car while I waited). Again, I couldn't imagine a smoother vehicle purchase process than we experienced at Superior Honda.

This is actually my second time around with Superior I worked with an associate named Steve, who helped me navigate through the experience. From everything from test driving, to negotiations, to price, to in-car experience, and paper work - I felt I was treated fairly and with respect. Our New Accord

My wife and I had bought new Accords from Superior in 1993 and again in 2005. When it was finally time to replace the '93 (still running well at 153,000 mi.) this year, we returned to Superior Honda. We'd had good results with our two previous purchases there, and I also wanted to support Superior, as it's located within the City of Cincinnati (where we live) rather than in far distant suburbia like so many other local dealers. We met salesperson Gigi, who answered all our questions, and found us a new blue Accord EX meeting our needs. I'll let you know how I like it when I can get it away from my wife, who drives it to work each day, and says she loves it. The 2005 Accord is giving me good service in the meantime.

Great Purchasing Exp, Terrible Warranty Exp.

Last summer we purchased a new CRV from Superior Honda, everything was handled by Jam and I was very happy with the pricing and purchase process, no surprises, very professional, completely first rate experience. My wife took our 2013 Honda CR-V in for a what we thought would of been a warranted repair yesterday. The vehicle is less than a year old and has under 10,000 miles on it. My wife noticed a few weeks ago that the rear back-up camera feature was out of sync with where it should of been focusing. As a result we called the dealership and scheduled a service visit. Yesterday afternoon I got a message from my wife that the service adviser explained that since he thought that the issue was a result of our negligence (washing the vehicle) which we honestly are not sure how it was broken, my wife said that was all she could think of as to how it happened, that it was not to be covered by the warranty, the repair was to run $350 ($250 part, $100 labor). To say that we are incredibly disappointed is an understatement. We had originally gone to your dealership based upon several family member's recommendations, we will let them and others know of this experience. I and the family will obviously not be purchasing nor have anything serviced at your dealership ever in the future as a result
