Incompetent Customer Service
I am alarmed by the lack of customer service and ineptitude by multiple employees after they made a huge mistake. After visiting the dealership for about 30 minutes, we left and realized our license plates were missing from our vehicle when we got to another dealership across the street. My husband called the dealership immediately to ask if they had taken the plates off our car. After having to explain the situation multiple times (because it is such an outrageous thing to happen), we did get confirmation that they had taken the plates off our car and had put one of them onto another car a customer had driven off in. While this was a huge mistake, I understand that mistakes happen. What we are most frustrated with is how they proceeded to handle the situation. They offered no sympathies, not a single apology and no attempt to rectify the situation or come up with a solution to get our plates to us/get us a car that we can drive. The general sales manager was blame-shifting, dismissive and accusatory. My husband had to contact them multiple times over the next 24 hours and ultimately had to threaten filing a police report for stolen plates before they finally gave them back to us. Needless to say, the Joseph Buick GMC license plate cover they delivered along with the plates is in the trashcan...

Simply the best
Joseph Buick GMC caters to the client more than any dealer that I have ever come in contact with. First, I bought a used car there and after two weeks a check light came on, so I brought it back to get it checked out. The salesman put me into a new loaner car while the work was being done and fixed my car free of charge, saving me hundreds of dollars. Later, I leased a new Buick and the manager, Josh P. gave me such a fantastic, unbelievable deal that I will always lease from Joseph GMC Buick.
Recently purchased a GMC Acadia at Joesph Buick, thru Rocky Vance, everyone was very professional there, there were some minor issues with 2007 Acadia we came back the next day and service took care of the issues. Overall very pleasant experience.
