We originally bought our Fiat at Strongsville Fiat. It is about a year and a half old now. It has been in service around 10 times with the majority of those in the last 6 months. These were major issues with leaking antifreeze, oil and transmission fluid. When we first bought the Fiat the service and dealership was great. But around six months after we bought it every one at the dealer and in the service department that we originally dealt with were gone. From that point on our experience was a nightmare. In exasperation we contacted Fiat of Bedford and started taking the Fiat there. They have been wonderful. Very professional, polite, efficient, and knowledgable and they finally resolved the issues. Melanie is a wonderful asset to this service team being the person you deal with when you schedule appointments and pick up and drop off the car. Thankfully so far all work has been warranty work. I would recommend them over Stringsville.
