Good Car Shopping Experience

In the past, I've had only bad car shopping experiences, so I was mentally prepared for for the usual high pressure tactics, inveigling & whatnot. Turned out it wasn't necessary because instead of that I got low key, friendly help from the salesman (Credo Bizimana). Good thing for the dealership, since I don't respond well to high pressure tactics. Good thing for me, since I wound up leasing a great car (Ioniq Hybrid).

Buyer Beware

My son and I attempted to purchase a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Limited just returned on the lot the day before from a lease. The deal was lengthy and tiring, My son is young and trying to establish his credit so the interest rate was high but we decided to go forward with the purchase. My son was ask to go alone to sign the papers, I felt uncomfortable with this as this was his first car purchase. I attempted to follow him and was stopped by the car salesman and shown pics of his spine and a surgery he is going to have. After finally getting to the room where my son was, he was behind a locked door. I eventually gained entry and he had started signing papers. I stopped the process and ask for them to start over and review with me what they had signed. Luckily no binding documents had been signed yet. I ask the man for a full itemized sheet showing the price of the car and all associated fees. He immediately became agitated and starting sighing and hitting the keyboard buttons very hard. He went over the extended warranty multiple times even after we refused it. He then said he could remove some fees and keep the warranty added on. I then became extremely suspicious. An itemized bill was finally shown, the car he was purchasing was over 4000 dollars higher than the price agreed upon. They had fees on top of fees which would have made my son pay 4 times the amount of what was being financed. Long story short, if you purchase from this car dealer, beware of what you are signing, read the fine print, go over every single line. I am a single woman, my sons father is gone, this was not a good experience or one I wanted my son to be a part of. I feel very taken advantage of, I will never purchase a car from Superior.

Fantastic service!

First-time car buyer here, and I had an easy, no-stress, no-hassle time of it at Superior Hyundai. Chris Page was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Had us on a test drive within minutes of pulling in, super responsive to our follow-up questions and throughout the process, he totally made the sale. I *love* my gorgeous Veloster and I can't stop smiling, I'm so thrilled. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.
