BEWARE! Don Wood Hyundai sold me a lemon!

WIsh I had read reviews online before I drove two hours to this place to buy a car! Now I know why the sales manager called me before I left and said that he didn't want me to be unhappy and go online and write a bunch of negative reviews! YIKES! That should have told me something, right? Live and learn! Not only did they sell me a car that they had told me that his service department "went over", they also owe me money, but I couldn't wait around the day I bought the care because I live so far away. They owe me $200+ and said they would "Mail me a check"! Yea, right! Not only do they owe me $200, they sold me a car that was leaking on my driveway the next day and the dash is lit up like a christmas tree with WARNING LIGHTS! Ugh! Bad catalytic converter and a $1200 repair for me! Paid them $5k for the car, they owe me another $200 they won't send, and now I am stuck with car that needs $1200 worth of work. Nice job Don Wood Hyundai! They gave me all of these stories that they were shorthanded and their service department didn't have enough techs, etc. etc. ALL excuses to sell me a car that the computer had been reset before I got there. I should have known the signs. I took my tools and code reader and the car checked out okay. Well, it's not okay. BUYER BEWARE! GO to another dealership! ANY DEALER BUT THIS ONE!

We visited several dealerships before making our final decision for a vehicle and dealer. Don Wood Hyundai by far won us over! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and the lowest price too. They had a large selection of new and used vehicles. The salespeople and managers at Don Wood treated us like family not like just another customer. We will buy all of our future vehicles form Don Wood Hyundai and recommend them to our family and friends.
