When I first purchased my SRX in 2013, after contacting your dealership to do the upkeep for me, I was not impressed with the person I spoke to in your service department, and, I am not sure of his name. So I went to another Cadillac dealership, and, I was pleased with them until recently and decided to give your service department another try. Jeff was who I spoke with and was impressed with the courteous way he treated me over the phone and in person. My car is my pride and joy and I take pride in keeping it clean and serviced up to date and will not accept any less treatment on it from the service department I take it to. 2012 SRX

The service at Dave Towell is always first class. The reliability and quality of my 2012 SRX is not. I have owned GM vehicles all my life but I am disappoint due to the numerous problems that I should not have with a luxury vehicle. I don't think I would consider buying or recommending a GM vehicle.

The appointment was made to fit my schedule. John, the service adviser seemed knowledgeable , was friendly and helpful. John had my loaner paperwork ready for me when I arrived . The work was done satisfactorily and timely. My CTS4 has 168,000 miles and ("Knock on Wood" ) runs great. It's been everything that Bill Wood , my sales adviser, said it would be and more. air ride pump runs excessively

The Service man treated me as if I did not know what air ride was and implied that I could not tell the difference between the air pump working normally and leaking abnormally. I told him it no longer was working as when purchased and he acted as if I was wasting his time, but he would check it out anyway. I told him that the air pump would start multiple times a day and last for 20-25 seconds. He found a leak in the system I believe in a hose that he had to use soapy water to find the leak. I felt that a customer should be assumed to have some knowledge about a car that he has driven for two years. It took over 1 hour to diagnose problem and over another hour to replace pump to my best recollection. not sure if that was excessive. or within time frame promised.
