I had my vehicle serviced on January 6, 2017 for a recall recommendation. I was scheduled a week prior. When I entered the establishment I was greeted without advising my identity. I was impressed. I was advised what service was going to be conducted, the time it was going to be completed. they even washed and detailed my vehicle. It was filty....lol , I would recommend Audi because of the time management, customer service, and work performance. Thank you John Czarnecki !

This was the best service experience in my life. I took the ad in to check warning light on tires dealer discovered 2 screws in 2tires. They gave me a loaner car for my meeting. You're also problems starting the car with the car would not start after several tries. On the following day I tried to start the card it wouldn't it when I get to the car trunk lid came open. The car finally started. Do you revise me that after checking things out it was the faulty key fog. They order the new key five replacement two days later I was up in Winston and they reprogram the new fire up the key as well as the listing when I had--all in 30minutes!

Great customer service and care

The staff at Audi are top notch! You might expect some "snobbery" given the elite quality of their brand, but at Audi Winston-Salem, you get quite the opposite. The 3 gentlemen in interacted with during my 1.5 hour wait were kind, down-to-earth and authentic. They genuinely cared about my experience and made sure to accommodate any need I expressed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!
