Exceptional Service Department

I have a 2006 Cadillac XLR-V. Clark Cadillac is one of the few remaining Cadillac dealers who have a technician certified to work on XLR's. Even though I live in West Virginia, I always make plans to have Clark service my XLR when I'm in Pinehurst. Through the years, they have earned my complete trust and appreciation. Russell Self, my Service Advisor at Clark, has gone out of his way numerous times to make sure that I am completely satisfied with my service experience. I also must give a special thanks to Clark's Service Manager, their Parts Manager and McKenzie, the technician who works on my XLR-V. They all handled some very difficult problems in servicing my vehicle during my last visit. My XLR-V is a rare breed and parts are not easy to find any more. Clark's team was able to find the parts that were needed and at very reasonable prices.

Lowest offer on trade, appt internet sales person not there when arrived for test drive. Rude comment by tade assessor. Drove to other dealers, trade in 8000 higher, honored Edmunds quote as well and treated respectfully. Worth driving hours away
