A Search for an F-150 Supercab

I was looking for a used, in good condition, F-150 supercab to replace an older one. Wasn’t coming up with good options anywhere near me. Found one I was interested in, but it was 275 miles away, in another state. I figured it was just not feasible, but gave a call anyway. I got in touch with Lookout Ford in Morehead City in North Carolina. I was directed to the online sales specialist; she was fantastic! I was skeptical about the truck and asked many questions about its past, current condition of various parts of the truck, how it was inspected, and a lot more. She was quite familiar with this particular truck, being able to answer all my questions from her office rather than having to go to the truck and look. She assured me the truck was in great condition, and with all the questions, I believed her and proceeded with the purchase process. I rarely buy anything I can’t see or touch in person. I somehow felt confident to continue. She sent me to the, I’ll say, the office manager to process the purchase. Asking the same questions and getting the same answers was assuring, and some particular concerns I had were put to rest. The whole process went exceptionally well, and they delivered the truck to me via two great guys (two ‘cause they had to drive back home). Well, the truck was far better than I expected it to be. Everything Sylvia and Randy told me about the truck was spot on, in great condition. They were very personable and great to work with, taking care of all the details.

I had a wonderful experience buying a new Ford Escape at Lookout Ford. My salesman, John B.,was friendly, helpful, and informed. There was no pressure to buy, they offered a fair deal, and even recommend Ed a restaurant for lunch. There are two other Ford Dealerships much closer to my home,but I am glad I travelled to Morehead City--definitely worth the drive!

Bought New FORD F150 Lariat from Lookout FORD with published mileage at 15 city 17 combined and 21 Highway. I was solicited heavily to trade my 2004 Ford 150 which had a V8 5.4 Triton getting 20MPG Hwy by Lookout Ford of More Head City NC. I am and RSM and travel extensively mostly HWY miles. I first made LOOKOUT Ford aware of my problem at 1000 miles told me it had to break in at 5000 miles Lookout told me, Ford told them to tell me "keep my foot out of it." The Truck has been back several times now and last week Lookout Ford told me to take it to another dealer and I replied to them they made the profit off me not them and to fix it. Today a driver fro the dealership returned my truck to my driveway and never announced they were doing so. 50K for a truck and I'm spending over the payment in extra fuel. I was a loyal Ford customer till now. I will never do business with Lookout Ford nor would I recommend anyone to them. They give car sale the and car dealer typical persona, once they have your money good luck and as far as I'm concerned FORD quality has gone down hill. TOYOTA HERE I COME! Scott Monroe MHC NC

Nothing but the best customer service at Lookout Ford. Bob O who is my salesman is very knowledgeable and worked it until he got me the best deal possible. Pam P kept me in the loop via email and very knowledgeable with great customer service skills. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family any day of the week.

Our experience with LOOKOUT FORD OF MOREHEAD CITY, NC is by far one of the best customer experiences we've had when purchasing a vehicle. Their sales staff was very knowledgeable, the financial process was effortless!! Chip L, the sales consultant, followed up the following day with his personal thank you and made sure we were completely satisfied with our new 2012 Ford F150. Putting it into perspective, we searched for over six months for my husband's "dream" truck, visiting a few other dealerships. When we finally went to Lookout Ford; they found the perfect truck literally within 30 minutes...AND drove to Washington DC the next day to get it!! They searched for every rebate possible, and gave us a great trade-in price for another vehicle. If your looking for a "No Hassle" experience, go to Lookout Ford!!

Lookout Ford rocks!

I bought a new 2013 Escape Titanium. Lee was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process was very smooth and NOT what I was expecting (I was expecting a "hard" sell!) The GM even found me a lower payment by using a special interest rate offer combined with a small rebate. I am very impressed with Lookout Ford.
