From Ray and Ron and Ken in management to the Sales people And F@I department you feel like family here ...it's not just another car sale for these folks it's a relationship they are building ...I would highly Recommend John Hiester Chevy in Fuquay or the dealerships in Lilljngton they are all fantastic ....Happy Customer Daren Kelly owner Dingz R Out inc.

Service department did a excellent job of finding a coolant leak with quick response on what needs to be done to fix the problem.The department as a whole was very friendly and showed top notch knowledge.I would most definitely recommend any service being done in this department.Great service and serving all customers to the best of ability will go a long way.Keep up the great work,and again thanks for the repair.-Alan Brooks

Worst Buying Experience Ever

I have been shopping for a few weeks for a used vehicle. I found one at John Hiester in Fuquay that I was interested in. For my first experience with this dealership I called to inquire if the vehicle was still available. I was told that it was and asked if I would like to set up an appointment to see it. I told them I would call back later in the day if I could get off work early to come see it. I called back and told them that I was going to come by and see the vehicle and I was told would set up an appointment with a salesperson and have the vehicle ready when I got there. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived I was told that the owner of the dealership was driving the vehicle I came to see and they were trying to get in touch with him to bring it back. Once they got in touch with him he said it would be 30 to 45 minutes before he could make it to the dealership. After driving 45 minutes to see a vehicle that was not actually there, I was not willing to wait. I was a little put off that they knew I was driving quite a distance to see this vehicle and they didn't bother to call me back to tell me it would be best to reschedule for when the vehicle was actually AVAILABLE for me to see. They then offered to have a salesperson bring the vehicle to me in the next few days so that they could save me the gas from driving back out to the dealership again. I reluctantly agreed and two days later I made an appointment (again) to see the vehicle, but this time they were going to meet me close to where I work. We set up an appointment for them to meet me at a specific location during my lunch break. Well I got there 5 minutes early and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes after the appointment time. Well guess what??? The salesperson never showed up. I even called the mobile number I was given to see if they were lost or something, but no answer... I have to say that this is the worst buying experience I have EVER had in my lifetime. Needless to say I did not buy their vehicle, or even get to see it in person for that matter. John Hiester and his owners/management need to get a clue on how to run a business...

I recently took my Chevy Silverado 4X4 to the John Hiester service dept. I explained to them what was going on with my truck and the diagnoses. "the problem had already been diagnosed by Colony Tire on Davis Blvd and they suggested that I take it to a Chevrolet dealer because it would have to be reprogrammed by a dealer after the repair. Great guys at Colony Tire on Davis Drive." anyway. John H. Cheverolet is just a few miles from my home so I took it there. They kept my truck for about 5 days and charged me around $800 in Labor, to replace the sensor and some wiring in my transmission. (Drop the transmission pan to access the sensor and wires, flush and fill my transmission) Ask anyone that works on transmissions and they will tell you that this shouldn't take more than an hour for a skilled technician and the kicker is that my transmission had no other problems before taking it there, now it slips and they tried to sell me a new transmission thinking I would fall for the old don't fix the customers properly and try to sell them more. So I was charged around $800 for what should have been an hour or so of labor, three hous tops waiting on the part. No wonder Chevrolet is going under if people are treated like this when they take their GM products to be serviced.  I am also about to buy a new vehicle and requested a quote through GM and these guys responded. No way I would give them any more business.
