I Definitely Love the Customer Service from Chris Byers!!

I definitely LOVE the Customer Service I ALWAYS get from Chris Byers...MUCH better than 1st 'Salesman' I had when I bought my first new car from there. Chris Always goes out of his way to do ALL he can, to answer all my questions and help me in Any way he can..Also called me on way home with 'newest' new car, to see how I liked it and was doing, since he knows I live over an hour way...SO Very Thoughtful!!

Terrible service!!!

I called on a truck for my father, was told I should have no problem getting 1g off the price. Went in to have multiple managers tell me they were already taking a loss on this vehicle and couldn't come down a penny. One actually had the audacity to say he could get more money then what he had it posted for, if he sold it to carmax. As rude as they were the truck was worth purchasing. My father called to place a downpayment and they assured him it was unnecessary and they would hold the vehicle for him. Two days later I received a call from them saying they sold the truck. What kind of business does that to cash paying customers?

AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!

I LOVE All the things about your service department!! Being a Warranty Clerkas well as a Cashier at Bill Harris Buick's Service Dept. in Winston-Salem, NC from 1982-1985, until I left for my career with Piedmont Airlines/Us Airways for almost 18 years, I Know firsthand what all is involved with how a service department Should run and how very important Customer Service is to Any company. I live in Lexington, NC and have a close friend at High Point, NC Nissan Dealership, who is the Internet Car Sales Manager there. I am also from Winston-Salem, NC, which both cities would be closer for me to go to for purchasing OR servicing.. I have to say, it is WELL worth the extra drive, for I feel like your service department personnel ALL go ABOVE and BEYOND their job descriptions. They are a delight to speak with on the phone from making an appointment or even answering a service question I may have. I would be Totally lost without My Service Advisor, John Tiller and Every Tech has gone out of their way as well, namely Bryan, Darien and I apologize I do not have the name of the sweet person, who got my car washed and vacuumed with Very short notice, also being Very close to their closing time. I Purposely purchased the extra Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty, due to the fact that I am older now, and my dad, who owned his own garage and tire store for many years and my older brother ALWAYS maintained my cars in perfect condition until Mock Tire purchased my father's business from him. As they have both passed now, I didn't want or Need the stress sometimes involved with ANY mechanical or electrical issues when I purchased my new car from here. (And Chris just 'might' have me sold on another new one, if we can get our numbers a lil bit closer :) ..Am gonna talk to my credit union tomorrow.. LOL! ) I definitely will NOT take mine to any other service department though. Even though I've only dealt with them a total of 3 times, One of which was the evening I bought it, again right at closing time..It was Still driven out of the showroom, taken to service, washed, vacuumed and shining like a new penny!! :) Both of my other two experiences have been Just as Awesome if not more so. Again, you are Very fortunate to have such a great Service Advisor in John and how All the Techs work So closely together to help John make sure things go as smooth as clockwork!! Definitely a Service Department to be Proud of!! AND PLEASE tell them I said SO!! I Appreciate them ALL So Very Much!! Deb Sweat

Taryn at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman is the most kind hearted soul I have ever encountered! I bought my new car for Taryn just last week! Even thou my sale was challenging, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process!! Taryn, thank you for everything! Horrible Experience

just had the absolute WORST experience. The service manager, Jim, was so incredibly rude to me. They broke part of my door while doing a repair on my side view mirror and will not fix it. Though I reported it the very first time I drove the car after picking it up. He said I had only been there twice before and the car is 12 years old. What does that have to do with anything? It's in excellent condition and I just moved here. He and the service advisor were so mean. Jim handed me his card when I asked who his supervisor was and then he proceeded to walk away from me. In the middle of a conversation. I can't believe they refuse to fix what THEY broke. I left in tears. I will be contacting corporate. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. BULLIES!!!!!!

Went to Nissan of Lake Norman to look at a car I found online. I was greeted by Alex, who was very helpful in assisting us finding the far we were looking for. While the car we looked at did not meet our needs, Alex was very helpful in taking the time to review their inventory with us and help us find other options. This was a great experience for anyone who is looking for a low pressue and no hassle car buying experience. I will be coming back in the future to see cars on their lot again!

Rude and very bad experience

Did business with them couple of times and suggested to friends earlier but today experience I never forgot.. Worst experience with Alex moore and chris young... Here is my experience today.. I went to see 2015 nissan altima. On internet price of the car they showed as 24771$ Alex showed the car and take us to test drive. Until I speak about the price they r very nice. I asked for 22500$ OTD.. I know they wont give for that price for sure.. And I told Alex, if you got me that price I will take you to the dinner..he asked me to take their entire family of 8.. I said yes 😊.. After that chris young came and showed us the door.. How rude they are.. Is this the way to do the business.. If they cant give tat price they should have tell their price.. Negotiate with customer.. But they havent told another price.. Be careful when you do business with them.. I will never ever do the business with them.. And I wont suggest to any too.. One of my frnd warned me about it. But i told dim they r gud.. But today experince confirmed.. They are not gud to do the business.. They r not customer friendly..

Peerless Quality Experience

In reading through the review below mine, from sledgeb1, I'm thinking that person has to be unfairly unreasonable. My experience was the complete opposite, and I pushed my Sales Consultant, Kelsie Taylor and her support team hard. After doing my research, I knew what I wanted and for how much. I gave what I expected was an impossible task to Kelsie, hoping for a miracle, and Kelise delivered. The full experience, from estimating the value of my trade-in to signing for the loan was a based on a fair and customer-oriented set of processes. Kelsie and the crew know what they're doing, and they do it right. A quick note on attention to detail... Kelsie, my salesperson, took in my trade-in, and recognized that I left my EZPASS still stuck to the window. She removed it and held it for three days in her desk drawer to ensure I didn't lose even that value in the trade. Kelsie's commendable service reflects positively on herself, Modern Nissan of Lake Norman, Nissan itself, and our community.

HORRIBLE Experience

HORRIBLE! Never again will I step into this joke of a dealership! We were looking for a new car to replace our 2012 Sonata and went to Modern Nissan of Lake Norman. We wanted to get an appraisal of our car while on the test drive but the sales person said they did the appraisal, which sounded strange. After the test drive we went inside and after a few minutes the Sales Manager Chris came in and claimed they were having "printer problems" and we should come back. I said that were would appreciate an appraisal and some numbers so that we could look over everything. Chris said go on Kelly Blue Book and rate your car as good and that's your trade in amount. Mind you he is telling me this without ever looking at my car! I said we REALLY would like some numbers and we were interested in the rogue and also I had a VPP voucher for another car and could get one for this. Chris then again refused to do an appraisal and told me that the VPP voucher for the more expensive rogue we were looking at would "be a couple hundred dollars tops". Funny thing Chris, the VPP voucher was for OVER $1,500! At this point I was fed up with out treatment and we just left vowing NEVER again to go into this dealership. Reading the reviews about sales I wonder how Chris even has a job! I feel we were not treated with respect and I guess he thought we were not serious. Funny thing is I hope Chris reads this and I will gladly send him a photo of the $27,000 cashiers check I got for the car we did purchase! Modern Nissan of Lake Norman is a joke and unless you want to be treated with disrespect and flat out lied to avoid them at all cost. I sold cars previously and I assure you Chris would have been fired for his antics at the dealership I used to work a

Great Experience!!

I purchased a new vehicle last weekend. I waited a few days before writing this review to make sure that buyer's remorse did not set in...AND IT DIDN'T (not by a long shot). I got a great vehicle for a great price!!! I had a wonderful experience working Alex Moore and the rest of the Modern Nissan of Lake Norman team. The customer service that my husband and I received was exceptional. Alex was courteous, honest, and professional. I would definitely work with this dealership again for future purchases.

Great company!

Got my tag and registration just now. I liked the way Scott and team handled the issue with a sense of urgency. The driver drove from Charlotte to Cheraw personally fixed the tag and handed over the registration. I love my car and glad things have worked out finally. The company is also reimbursing my rental expenses.
