Glad we came across them and appreciate their help on our recent purchase (Shout out to Marie, Diego, Kyle and the maintenance team who prepped and delivered our Bronco). We were visiting family in the… Cary N.C. area and came across Lafayette Ford Bronco opportunity we responded to. ( History - We had already missed out on a vehicle in our home area of Virginia and had been disappointed by another Virginia dealer ( misrepresented “incentives”) . All of this was for the best as the Lafayette Ford people and vehicle were a perfect sync with our needs and values. No pushiness or vulture-like sales tactics like you see at some dealerships. We test-drove trucks the size we were… looking for from nearly every brand before deciding the one we got was "The One". This was our first stop & we made it clear that we intended to drive others before making a decision - no problem & no pushing to "sign now!!!" just suggestions & helpful information to help us make the decision. As always, these fine folks took us right in, and immediately went to work to do the warranty work, and corrected… the tire issue, and we were out of there quickly! by Will3529 on 07/19/2023My door would not open from the rear passenger side inside of the vehicle. It was discovered that the cable had detached and fell to the bottom of the door. I paid 200 dollars for a diagnostic service that was not needed just to reattach a… cable. My vehicle is a 2019 F150 with no accidents. Completely drained my less than 1 month old battery and returned car to me

I now cannot start my car, lock it with my key fob, or do anything with my car. They also left the panel on the door on the floor of my car.… Shabby service does not begin to even cover it.Hi, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. Jennie was the one that answered my call and helped through every step of the… process. If she didn't have the answer she was very quick to figure it out and get back to me. Excellent service from the other staff members I spoke with as well for the paperwork end of things.We're happy to hear Jennie and our staff were able to provide you with an excellent out-of-state car buying experience! Slow not so friendly service
by BobIllig on 02/27/2023I had scheduled a service online and got a confirmation text and email as well as a reminder the night before my appointment yet when I arrived the next morning I wasn’t even on their schedule. They did get me in right away but an hour and… 15 minutes for an oil change seems excessive to me. I scheduled an appointment at ford thinking an appointment would be faster than a walk in at jiffy lube but the speed of service at jiffy lube beats ford by a long shot. I was rather disappointed seeing as how this was the first brand new vehicle I had purchased in a while so I wanted to keep servicing records with the dealer but I hate waiting especially when I have an appointment. The ladies at the front desk aren’t the most friendly either, I had a check engine light on which I thought was due to needing an oil change but they said it was something else and that I would have to schedule another appointment for that, which I did and unfortunately that’s over 2 weeks away with my check engine light on and they could have easily checked the code on the warning light in just a few minutes while I was already there. And when they were finally finished with my truck I watched as they pulled it out thinking I would be called to the desk soon but after waiting several minutes I just decided to ask, of course the lady I asked was the one not doing anything and she had given my paperwork to the other lady that was on the phone so I guess I was supposed to just wait till she finished her phone call. After waiting several more minutes I was about to just ask for a manager when the first lady that again still wasn’t doing anything finally went and got my paperwork and checked me out, she should have done that earlier rather than just let me wait but customer service doesn’t seem to be about the customer anymore. Looks like I’ll be visiting jiffy lube for regular oil changes.We're sorry to hear you had this experience and completely understand why you are frustrated!
