The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the process… enjoyable from start to finish. A special shout-out goes to Marcus Cummings, the salesman who assisted me. The entire process was seamless and highly professional, starting with the pricing and financing. I was offered special rates and… discounts, which led to what I believe was a very good deal on the vehicle, along with a competitive trade-in value and an exceptional interest rate of .09% for 84 months. ​The sales staff’s approach was a key factor in this positive experience. My salesperson, Marie, was consistently persistent and kept me fully informed throughout the process, even reaching out at a critical moment when I was prepared to make a purchase at a different dealership in Pennsylvania. Her dedication saved me a nine-hour drive and ensured I received the best possible offer. Sales manager Jimmy Hill was equally impressive, maintaining a low-pressure environment and prioritizing my contentment with the terms of the deal. The entire team, including the reception staff, was courteous and made me feel comfortable and at ease during my time at the dealership. ​The high level of service extended beyond the sale itself. The service team was excellent, promptly picking up the vehicle from my home to address a few minor imperfections and delivering it back in a timely manner. Jenny is the consummate professional and expert saleswoman that was on top of things from start… to finish. The sales manger Tim was on point as well and Gene the finance manager. This without question was my easiest vehicle purchase and I must give kudos to Jenny. She remained on point and was serving my best interest the entire way. Glad we came across them and appreciate their help on our recent purchase (Shout out to Marie, Diego, Kyle and the maintenance team who prepped and delivered our Bronco). We were visiting family in the… Cary N.C. area and came across Lafayette Ford Bronco opportunity we responded to. ( History - We had already missed out on a vehicle in our home area of Virginia and had been disappointed by another Virginia dealer ( misrepresented “incentives”) . All of this was for the best as the Lafayette Ford people and vehicle were a perfect sync with our needs and values. No pushiness or vulture-like sales tactics like you see at some dealerships. We test-drove trucks the size we were… looking for from nearly every brand before deciding the one we got was "The One". As always, these fine folks took us right in, and immediately went to work to do the warranty work, and corrected… the tire issue, and we were out of there quickly! by Will3529 on 07/19/2023My door would not open from the rear passenger side inside of the vehicle. It was discovered that the cable had detached and fell to the bottom of the door. I paid 200 dollars for a diagnostic service that was not needed just to reattach a… cable. My vehicle is a 2019 F150 with no accidents. Completely drained my less than 1 month old battery and returned car to me

I now cannot start my car, lock it with my key fob, or do anything with my car.
