2019 X 1 Service

Service Advisor was Saad Mubarak who is outstanding as he always looks to do the work needed with the lowest cost and with BMW Warranty. He represents both the customer and his company equally . Hendrick is fortunate to have a Service Manager as good as he is. Now the Brakes ...... well that different story. BMW Has cheapened the Pads on the X1 as they only lasted 20k miles. My last X1 went 60K without needing pads ........ I'm told this was a BMW change which allows them to sell more replacement parts on the X1 and X2 . Be careful and stay away from the X1 and X2

Care About Their Customers!

I'm giving a BIG shout-out to Hendrick BMW. I took my 2013 X3, still under warranty, to a local dealer 3x's to correct an oil leak discovered on the plate cover of the cars oil pan -they did not correct nor acknowledge the problem. John Kemp and the crew at Hendrick BMW took excellent care of my car. In fact a mechanic friend of mine looked over the work when I got home and said they did an Excellent job replacing the oil pan! I would not hesitate to drive 2 hours again to get my car serviced at Hendrick. And when I am ready to replace one of my two BMW's I am buying through Hendrick because they really care about their Customers.

Luca Reyner has been providing service to my wife and I for several years now. He is always attentive to our requirements and consistently meets his promises for quality, cost and timely delivery of our vehicle. He goes out of his way to handle sometimes unscheduled issues that arise and we have never been disappointed with his service. He is an ace and we would recommend him to all people that need BMW service in the Charlotte area.

Unable to Get ETA On Car Repairs

2/3/2015 Update 1/30/15: Used Car bought from Hendricks Honda(BMW transferred from Hendricks BMW for purchase) 1/31/15: Car Breaks Down (less than 24 hrs later). Dealer says vehicle will be towed to another dealership Monday for repairs 2/2/15: Contacted selling dealership, dealership initially went to for repairs, and destination dealership and noone able to locate car until approximately 3pm (which means car still hasnt been diagnosed) 2/2/15: Contacted by Hendricks and assured everything would be resolved. 2/3/15: Contacted dealership early AM, still no diagnosis. 2/3/15: End of business day. No update or follow up calls from any of the three dealerships involved to provide a status on newly purchased car that broke down less than 24 hrs later (no sense of urgency). 2/4/15 Update 2/4/15: Contacted by GM of Hendrick Honda of Hickory (dealership that sold BMW). He was very apologetic but unable to provide status of car, because he has not been able to obtain an update from Hendricks BMW. Assured me that issue has been escalated. 2/4/15: Received a call from BMW service department saying it is a injector issue, but there is no ETA on repair. Diagnosis with no resolution is not a proper diagnosis??? Have not received any direct communication from BMW GM or Service department manager. BMW has had car 3 days and cannot provide an ETA for a repair?

Worst Dealership Ever!!!!!

I took my BMW for some repair work and it they couldn't fix even the most simple problems. Repeat visits made the problems I was incurring even worse. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix the car properly I directly called the general manager and service manager. They pushed the calls off to people below them because they must have been too busy to deal with a customer. Finally called BMW of North America to file a complaint. The dealership didn't return their calls either. The dealership is incompetent and does not care about its customers. I won't be buying another BMW, even though I previously had four BMW's that I purchased new from other dealers. Unfortunately, BMW thought it wise to give a monopoly in the Charlotte area to Hendrick. Love the product can't stand the dealership.
