Great Place to Do Business

Thanks to the staff at Sharon’ for helping me to make this purchase. I was kicking around the idea of trading in my BMW M – Series Roadster on a new sports car. Since 1970 I have always owned Mustangs and was intent that if I was going to do this the Mustang would be the car for me. I was in the process of moving forward with the purchase and then Walter the Salesman at Sharon’s happened to me. My wife and I were driving by Sharon’s on a Sunday afternoon. I said “let’s stop here and take a look at the Camaro, just for something to do. I knew that you were closed on Sunday’s so my intentions were to take a peek and be on my way. As we drove around the building I found that the vehicles were not outside. I got out of my car to wander around and look for them when I saw a person come out of the building. It was Walt. My initial thought was “I don’t really want to be bothered by a salesman, I’m just killing time, and I WILL be buying a Mustang. Walt was kind enough to open the showroom and garage to me so that I could see the cars. I later found out that the Dealership was closed and they were there to do end of month tasks. I saw the cars and was impressed with the body style but still had my sights set on a Mustang and was about to leave. Then into the picture came Brian. Brian convinced me to drive the car and threw out an initial price that got my attention. The next day I brought back my BMW and he appraised it for a trade in and I drove the Camaro. What a shock, I liked it better than the Mustang. No, I absolutely loved it! I left and told him I would think it over. The next day Brian called me again and got me to come back in. To make a long story short, after I dragged Brian through negotiations on and off for three days I traded my BMW and Harley on the Camaro. It was a sincere pleasure dealing with him. And thanks to Walt, had he not shown the initiative to offer help to a customer when the Dealership was clearly not open for business this sale probably would not have happened and it would have been my loss as I am thrilled with this car. My interaction and experience with your sales staff was exemplary to say the least. Then came the delivery of the vehicle. I was genuinely shocked when, unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, spent well over an hour with me so that I could become familiar with all of the electronics and controls that my 14 year old Granddaughter probably would have picked up on in 10 minutes. He gave me a course in Technology 101 for old men and never blinked an eye. Hat’s off to him also. He was patient, pleasant, and happy to be assisting me. There was a problem with the My Llink projection connecting to my phone. He promised to do some research and resolve it asap. Shortly thereafter I got a call from your service department letting me know the unit needed an update or to be “flashed”. To my surprise, they took the car in the same day and gave me a loaner so I would not have to wait around for 2 hours. Another example of outstanding customer service I am 59 years old and have bought numerous vehicles throughout my lifetime (I usually trade my daily drivers in every 3 to 4 years. NEVER have I had a better buying and after the sale experience than I did with your staff. I am truly impressed! I will be back to see Brian and Walt when I am ready for my next vehicle. Thanks Guys!

What a great group!

I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone down at Sharon Chevrolet. I just purchased an new Impala. First off I did most of the transaction over the Internet, and their Internet manager was amazing. He was vey helpful, answered all my questions, he was very quick to respond, and just an all around great guy! Once I got to the dealership I was treated like gold, everyone was very respectful and was understanding of my needs. If anyone is in the market for a new or used car you have to give these guys a chance. They where amazing! Thank you Sharon Chevrolet!
