We were told to pick up our car at 1:pm on April 30th, but it wasn't ready until well past 3pm. To make matters worse, after waiting all that time, it turned out that the navigation was never installed. Despite numerous phone calls, it is now May 17th, yet Jaguar still has not made arrangements to install the navigation.

My new car which was one of the loaner cars I received smells of cigarette smoke. It is over a month since I received the car. I have had issues from obtaining a second remote for the car to disrespectdul, condescending employees to a dismissive oner when I had an issue with the initial payment not being direct deposit.

airbag recall service and barttery replacement for remote entry key

was a recall for airbag replacement There was no charge for that. The service was as always excellent. Was a charge for battery replacement for remote entry key even though they had replaced it within the past 4 months and charged me at that time. They would not forgo the charge (10$) even though it took 2 minutes and the battery must cost no more than $.50 cents) I thought that was pretty petty
