Nothing but lies and hidden charges
I just spent several days trying to buy a pre-owned 2015 Lexus RX350 from this dealership. The salesman and sales managers all had serious trouble replying to phone calls,messages and voice mails. After several days of occasional contact, and speaking with several sales managers, I determined that the advertised price on the dealers website as well as Edmunds, did not include $1995.00 for certification, even though the car was advertised as "L/Certified" (Lexus certified). It also did not include $995.00 administration fee. It also did not include $595.00 inspection and preparation fee. And $700.00 would be added to the deal for any customer like me, not planning to finance the car through the dealership. Further discussions revealed that the RX350 was advertised with lexus voice activated navigation but the car did not have any navigation and the vehicle did not have 19" Wheels and tires, as advertised. The specifications of the vehicle were wrong, the advertised price was a complete sham, and the customer service was poor. I will avoid this dealership and suggest you do also. This was all very disturbing.
I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Tabetha Pradel to friends and family looking to buy a new car. My experience was exceptional. I was extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish.

hi i m leasing a 2013 es 350 and i love my car so much about to buy it out service is good but ur detailing is a 000000 i have to take my car to another place to get the detail that my car deserve its embarrassing to take my car else where to be detail when lexus is supposed to be #1 but overall everything else is good

Excellent Experience regarding Lease.
We dealt with Tabitha at Lexus Massapequa to lease our new car. She was extremely easy to work with and very professional and knowledgable. There was no high pressure sales pitches or broken promises. She made the whole process less stressful and even stayed until 10 00 at night at the dealership to set up our blue tooth and iphone and to be sure that all our questions were answered. I highly recommend Tabitha if you want a stress free transaction and will be recommending her to family and friends. We love our new Lexus!
Best Experience purchasing a GX460!
Just had the best experience purchasing our GX460 truck! We were on the fence about upgrading from our current SUV and Bert Hall did an excellent job pointing out all the features of the Lexus, being patient with us as we made multiple visits to see the vehicle (with 2 small kids in tow!), and even suggested we look at the truck in a different interior/exterior color. He was not pushy but was very patient and knowledgeable. Love that he took the time to get to know us and knew the different color truck would fit us the best. After falling in love with the new color combo of the truck, closing the sale was simple and Larry Stran was so great to work with. He never pushed "the extras" on us. Just told us what was available and helped us decide what would make sense for us based on the way we use our cars. We could not be happier with our experience at this dealership and we would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Lexus.
Lexus NX 200T
We leased a Lexus NX 200T in March. We love the car. Our sales consultant Tabetha did a great job explaining the controls and what to expect from the car's performance. The ride is smooth and quiet, the controls are easy to use, and the sound system is top notch. We are very happy that we leased the NX 200T.
Car Buying Made Easy
Recently leased a new Lexus NX200T at the Lexus of Massaqepua dealership. Worked with a very nice sales person, Tabetha Pradel. She was an advocate for our needs and made the process enjoyable.
I have leased may vehicles in the past, but this is my first Lexus. This dealership was better than any other I have ever used in the past. My Sales Consultant Bert was very courteous and knowledgeable about the IS 250 I have leased. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Lexus of Massapequa.
I walked in undecided about what do and they helped me make my decision. The salesperson was very knowledgable in the RX 350 and all its features. I also had my kids with me and David Parker accommodated them very well (with water, cookies, and milk). I was very pleased.

Lexus of Massapequa Service Review
Lexus of Massapequa's service center provides consistently excellent service. Their service manager, Michael Baletta, is extremely helpful and honest! Every effort is made to resolve a customer's issues in a reasonable amount of time!

I have been a repeat customer with Lexus of Massapequa for 15 years and 3 cars. I will be back for the 4 when its time. I am always treated well. I look forward to seeing Everete in Service since he has become a good friend, not just someone at the dealer. Trust me, its like family here
I purchased an NX 200t from this dealership. It was clear that the salesperson was not up to speed on this new model. During the sales process I had told him that a remote start was a requirement for me. He did not know if the vehicle had this option. He then went and checked and came back and told me that it does have this option and that it is an app. I never heard of a remote start app but accepted his answer and moved on and eventually bought the vehicle. A week later I discover that the remote start app is actually based on and bundled with the Lexus Enform App Suite which is a SUBSCRIPTION service. Not once did the salesperson share this information. Imagine having to shell out hundreds of dollars a year to be able to remote start your vehicle? So now I'm in the position where if I want to continue to use the remote past the first complimentary year, I have to shell out $300 or so dollars for this feature. Again, I was never told this ahead of time. Once I discovered this, I called my salesperson and he couldn't understand what my issue was so I actually drove down there to explain it to him. After a few minutes of trying to explain this simple concept he understood and admitted that he did not share this vital piece of information at which point he apologized but did not do anything to rectify the situation. I then called Lexus' customer satisfaction line. Long story short they said that the general manager would call me. After waiting three days I did not receive a call. I then called three times over the course of three days and finally received a call back from Chris. Chris and I spoke for a good 30 minutes or so and he repeatedly told me how important his customers were to him and that he wanted me to be happy. We even discussed Rene's mistake and he admitted that Rene made a mistake. After much negotiation he told me they could install a remote start for me for "below cost" at $500 from retail price of $1,000 (which I shopped around and found for $275 installed at third party locations). So basically Chris was asking me to pay $500 more for a mistake his salesperson made (and acknowledged by both himself and the salesperson). My next step was to call Lexus customer service again. After another 30 minutes on the phone they told me they would call the dealership back. Two days later I receive a phone call back from Lexus customer service. Lexus customer service tells me that Chris and Rene now denied not telling me that the remote required a subscription service. Basically, they lied to Lexus customer service. Beware of this dealership. To summarize my experience here: 1-Uninformed sales person who failed to provide me all the details of a feature that was important to me, specifically, that it was a paid subscription and that if I wanted remote start after the first year, I would have to pay year after year. 2-A "manager" who thought a good compromise was for me to pay almost double what I can get from a third party for the remote start (the one on the key instead of the app) for this feature. 3-Two people from the dealership admitting to me they made a mistake then lying to the Lexus customer service manager and telling her they never said this. How is this treating your customer's like "Guests in Your Home"? One last tidbit. The remote start app, at least for me, only works about 50% of the time. I had called several times to complain and they eventually gave me a second year of the subscription service for free.
Recently, I had an emergency with my car and had to tow it to this Lexus service center after hours. Their emergency drop off box idea is great. The problem was resolved and I got the car back soon. I highly recommend Lexus of Massapequa Service Center in Amityville.

Lexus of Massapequa's service dept is wonderful. After my horrific experience with the Sales Dept. Eric Caberera is the saving grace of this organization. Eric and the service dept are professional, transparent and consumer friendly. After my sales experience I planned to go elsewhere for my service. I believe that a few bad spples should not tarnish the reputation of honest hardworking individuals. I would recommend the service dept to others but I would NEVER deal with the Sales Dept. Fast talking.....please read all your documents. Do not leave with vehicle unless you are sure. Shady deals are pushed under the rugs. Professionals acknowledge their errors (if that is what it is). These are the other kind of professionals. I would not refer anyone here. So few complain and walk away....this is how people get away with bad business practices. The BBB is a waste so who is going to report to them. All dirty deeds come to light. I am looking for a honest salesman and dealer for my next lease.
