My husband and i walked into #AutoWorldKia in East Meadow, Ny. No one walked up to us to ask us for help. Then some guy came up to us.. explained the car to us. Then a white couple came in and this guy walked away from us and helped them as we just stood around waiting to get further help. Then another guy walked up to us and was like “WHAT DO YOU NEED???....(with an attitude)” then further says “do you even know the MSRP to this car!? It’s $55k! If YOU want this car you Will be paying $1000 a month.... “ First of all! I’ve had another car before the one i have now that was around $3k more than that and you telling me i have to pay $1000 a month!? FOR A LEASE!!??.. (not even checking our credit or asking how much we would put down) Then we are told if we want our payments lower than that .. we would have to put $20k down.... where in the world does anyone put down $20k for a lease! These guys saw an interracial or my BLACK husband (even if we were dressed in our work clothes) and decided to walk away from us to help the other couple that so happened to be white...and got a guy that would happily talk us out of that place. The guy was telling us we couldnt afford it ... (-_-) He never even sat us down he just spoke about how much the car was and basically said we couldnt afford it. Smh AnD they literally ALL just kept staring at us as we spoke to this guy. Smh so that’s how you are going to treat us??? Wow

Waste of time

My wife and I were looking for an SUV to replace her CRV that was about to end it's lease. We settled on the Sorento. After negotiating a great rate at another dealer I decided to go to AutoWorld to see if I could get a better selection of colors and possibly a better deal. I was 100% honest with the salesman, Scott, from the start and explained where we were in the process and what we were offered and what we were looking for. He told me "I can get whatever color you want and I can beat it by $10 per month" but of course would not put it in writing until I gave a deposit which I would not do since I was not with my wife. The next day I came back with my wife, driving 30 minutes, in rush hour. Scott went to his manager and came back and shockingly said they would be $30 MORE per month and said if I could get it, which he was doubtful, I should get it where I was quoted. I did and I recommend EVERYONE GO TO KIA OF HUNTINGTON WHERE THEY ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY!!!! Let's see how long this review remains on your website!

Joe is an awesome salesman and a good guy. There is no time wasted and he is a straight shooter. The manager steve was great and understanding. They worked with me to get me a car and a price that was affordable. They look at the man and not just a credit score!

Avoid East Meadow Auto World Kia

Do yourself a favor and do not lease a car from East Meadow Auto World Kia. East Meadow Auto World told me they would buy me out of my current lease and get me into a new Kia Niro. I decided to allow them to buy out my old lease and thought everything was taken care of. After they got me into the new Niro I was still receiving phone calls from my previous leasing company claiming that I was late on payments. I told the old leasing company that the lease was bought out and that I did not have the car anymore. They had no knowledge of this because Auto World Kia of Levittown never grounded the car (informing the old leasing company that they have possession of the car and that they will pay off the remaining balance left on the old lease). I had to physically go back into the Levittown dealership several times until they finally fixed the problem (or so I thought). Months later I received a notification from Credit Karma that my credit score went down. After looking into why I found out that there is still a balance left on my old lease and that Kia Levittown has still not resolved the issue. I am still in the process of trying to figure this out and fix my credit score 7 months later. Kia of Levittown has not been helpful and have been nothing but a headache to deal with. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your leasing needs.

First of all, I'm bummed that I did not end up closing the deal with Scott. But that was my fault, I decided to pull out of the deal last minute. What I want everyone to know is how professional, friendly and honest Scott from the time I first met him all the way to when I gave him the bad news. If you are looking for a Kia, please don't hesitate going to Auto World Kia and ask for Scott. You will not be disappointed.

Greg helped me so much I came to the dealer to pick up my lease Andrew sold me on only to be disappointed because it was not the package I wanted but Greg tried his best to make it better. I highly reccommend anyone buying a car to see Gregory. I walked out a happy woman with a much lower payment.

First Kia

The dreaded visit to a car dealership was better than expected. We were promptly greeted outside by Greg Sofio. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in, took us on a test drive and his sense of humor put us at ease. We left there with a new car and overall it turned out a pleasant experience.

I went to Autoworld Kia to take a look at the Kia Sorrento. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Gregory. He was friendly and warm from the start. He answered all of my questions, showed me multiple types of Sorrentos with different packages, and I ended up leasing a car that night! I am thrilled with my decision. I would absolutely buy from Autoworld again and I would be certain to speak with Gregory .

Humanizing the car-buying experience

I was unexpectedly forced to go on a car- buying expedition after my car was declared to be beyond repair, due to a terrifying accident on one of Long Island's roadways. Car shopping is one of my least favorite activities, but my experience at KIA Autoworld helped to transform the experience. Im a second time leaser with kia, both from auto world. I was very nervous when I didn't see my first dealer who helped me out with my optima. I walked in a Zaira Huerta helped me right away. she answered all my questions showed me only the vehicle I was looking for, when my numbers weren't adding up to what made me comfortable Joe Rossetti stepped in and helped also. he also helped get my paperwork finalized at the end of the day for me instead of waiting another 3 hours. everyone there helped each other which made the experience warm and welcoming which in return helped my experience really great team work and customer service at tis dealership. Joe and Zaira were both amazing and I didn't feel any kind of pressure and the deal I got was exactly what I asked for. auto kia world of east meadow is an all around great and pleasant experience to shop for a car or lease. the finance department did not stop until I was satisfied with my deal. 2nd time around with this dealership and I ill be back again in 3 years when my lease is up for my Sportage. great team at east meadow great employees, great facility I recommend it to anyone!
