Great Experience

I visited the Audi Brooklyn dealership after dropping my A6 for service. The car was due back in a few weeks, so I wanted to make sure all the service was up to date. Enjoying the A6 Prestige (an amazing car) I wanted to test drive the A7 & see if this should be the next move. So, I communicated with the manager Mike, (great guy) & explained that I wanted to deal with no-nonsense, straight shooter & not a pressure driven salesman - So Mike introduced me to Nick & I must say I am glad he did. Nick knew what I wanted & immediately tried to accommodate my needs as well as my budget. The process was painless. Nick was nothing less courteous & professional- hard to say these days when the stigma of car salesmen is questionable. Nonetheless, the approach from Nick was reflective of the Audi brand, very professional. After my test drive I was convinced on the A7- Nick searched high and low for what I wanted & found me a Daytona Gray with the competition package & cold weather option -simply gorgeous- needless to say I was sold.. At that point I was introduced to Jared the finance manager- also another no nonsense pressure free sit down- a very seamless process. So all I can say is thank you Audi Bklyn, & kudos to Mike, Nick and Jared for all of their help. Also, a big thank you to Alex who helped with the test drive, as well as being readily available to answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Great job guys.

Amazing Sales Experience!

I was up for a new car and decided to come to this dealership as I was considering purchasing an Audi. Thanks to Bianca, who has the best customer service I've encountered, I was able to come to my decision. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about each car I inquired about and went above and beyond to make sure that I was overall a satisfied customer. Thank you Bianca for making me feel like a long time customer! I will definitely return when its time for a new Audi!

CPO Lies

CPO lies. My CPO turned out to have damage from the year before I got it. I was shown a clean carfax and ensured that the 300 point inspection would have caught any thing. In addition to being told that its 100 % guaranteed that any car sold under the CPO program has not had damage or accidents. This is sad I have Always bought cars in the VW family ( Audi's and VW's) But this has turned me off to them. I was in the market to buy a New car when my car appraisal turned up that a accident occurred in 2014 when i had bought the car CPO in 2015. Cant trust these guys.

Amazing and fast experience

I came into the dealership knowing what I wanted. I was sat down with Miguel Reyes. He worked out numbers for me at a quick pace. I took quite some time thinking however, he never rushed me into making a decision. I didn't feel any sort of discomfort and disrespect from him. At the end, I did get a price better than what I expected ! Now I am a proud owner of an Audi A3.

False Advertising, SCAM Alert

DO NOT buy from this dealership, as they advertised a price of a vehicle on their website and when my wife and I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle we were told that the advertised price was a mistake and they would not honor the listed price and sell us the car. I pointed out to them that the mistake was on their end and they fully agreed, at which point I advised them that they should do the right thing and honor their listed price for the car and their response was Sorry, tough Luck. You will be much more satisfied dealing with other Audi dealers in NY that will treat you with truth and respect rather than with this dealership that could care less about the people that walk into their dealership.

Pretty nice

I walked in the dealership very excited and I was sat down with a sale representative. The sale representative helped me ran some numbers to the A4 I was highly interested in. They showed me respect and courtesy but unfortunately, the price of the vehicle does not match my budget. However, if I ever have the chance to purchase an Audi vehicle, I will come back to this dealership.

This dealership is a joke they or shall I say Mark the sales manager absolutely do not care about people I actually worked all night got no sleep to get to this dealership to meet the coolest person ever (sorry I forgot her name) then I spoke to mark and my great day was horrible he went from one price to the next lies after lies in wish I would have read all the reviews first before I wasted my time I really hope no one deals with this place because they are the worst ever

Sketchy Sales and Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely whack used car department. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. I bought a used car nearly four months ago and still haven't rectified all issues. I have paid $2k in work and service on the car since I bought it. Details to follow. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone, 30+ phone calls, sent over 25 emails, I've been to the dealer SIX TIMES - have spent something like 15 hours there. I've emailed their general manager, Leo Menuzzo about everything a number of times and have never so much as gotten an acknowledgement from him. Their used car manager, Ali (whose card or last name was never given to me), has been the main culprit of my frustration. I've left many messages and they never call back. Confronted, they give me the runaround. "My answering machine was broken, but now it's fixed" or "I didn't get the message." And they pass the buck too. "I thought so and so was going to do it". So incredibly unprofessional. I was looking for a used car at the end of May 2016 and was emailing all over to see what dealerships had in the $3k price range. I got an email and some photos from their online sales manager, Nick (great guy), and made an appointment. I wanted to make an appointment and was told that they were going to detail it before I came in. When I arrived I waited something like two hours to see the car, and when it arrived, it was dirty as hell - red flag number one, but I let it slide. That being said it was in pretty decent condition from a first look. I decided to buy it with the condition that X repairs would be done, I'd be given a working key fob for the car, and it would be detailed. From when I decided to buy the car to when I put down the downpayment, it took something like 6 hours. I spent a long time hanging with the insurance guy (Vinnie, highly recommended). I was told I could come to pick up the car the following week with all repairs made. When I arrived at the shop, I got an email that the car wouldn't be ready until the afternoon, even though my appointment was for 10am in the morning - red flag number two. Since it took me an hour to get there, I waited for the car until it was "ready" when I found out the car wouldn't be ready that day, I was told it would be delivered to my apartment. Which was cool, but when the car arrived only one of the repairs had been done - no working key fob - and it was still un-detailed - red flag number three. I needed the car, so I decided to come back the following week for the remaining repairs and detailing. The next day, I brought it out to a mechanic (friend of mine) to have the car evaluated and was told it needed a boat load of work. I immediately called my sales person Monae (who was great too, she isn't the problem), and was assured that even though the car was old I had my 30 day warranty and everything would be taken care of. Ali also told me over the phone that he would never sell a car that required service. I decided, well, I'm going to persevere because I don't back down. When I brought in the car for the 1st time (this is my 3RD trip to the dealership), I outlined all of the repairs and was told to come back after the weekend. When I came back for the 4TH time, the car still hadn't been detailed and the fob was still broken - though the muffler had been finally fixed. Ali (this guy is the problem), told me all of that work didn't need to be done, but I needed the car, so I took it. When I came back for the 5TH time, I was told all would be taken care of. I called EVERY DAY, while the car was being repaired to confirm all work was being done and each time I called I was told "Yes, don't worry about it." Needless to say, when I came to pick it up (my 6TH trip) the fob hadn't been repaired. Ali gave me the name of a third party that would be able to do it. I called a number of times, and when I finally got a hold of him he was like "definitely can't do that." So back to square one. For a while I called and emailed every day, and left messages and never got calls back. Sometimes, I'd wait on hold for 30 minutes. Eventually I stopped doing that because it was driving me crazy. Meanwhile, I talked to 10+ mechanics about the service on the car and was told (by every mechanic), it REQUIRED work and the price range was between $2 and $4k. Ali wouldn't budge on doing the repairs and because he had been impossible to reach, my warranty had expired, so I resolved to do it myself. Then one day, I was driving for work out in New Jersey and something below the car was dragging. When I got to work, I found that the valence and belly pan weren't even attached to the car so had been dragging and had broken. I called Ali the next day and argued with him for 20 minutes about it and he said, OK "maybe I'll do it, I'll call you back." He never called me back and I was just so frustrated (this is two months after the sale, so I resolved to do it myself and save my sanity. I didn't want to deal with his crap anymore. Where I am now is I've paid $2k+ on service on the car post-sale and I'm still waiting on the key fob. I'm going to push for it because it's the last thing and I need it and only a DEALERSHIP can do it. I don't recommend these guys even if it seems like a good deal. A $3k car quickly became $5k and a big headache.

Wasted my time

Besides the fact the dealership is very nicely built, they epitomize the stereotype of a car salesperson. They had told me anything just to get me into the dealership, only to find out what they told me was a lie. I didn't appreciate that i had to drive in over an hour and a half to be told that they deal they represented over the phone and email was impossible. I knew it was too good to be true, but the sales person assured me it was for real. LIES! they lost me as a customer as this was supposed to be my third Audi. SHAME!

Messed up

Audi Bay Ridge due neglected in returning my previous car to the Nissan dealership, thus causing my credit to be compromised for two months until I actually contacted my Audi sales rep to take care of the matter. I am severely disappointed and dissatisfied with Audi. And by the way- the matter still isn't rectified.

Casual Professionalism

Frankie Lopes was my sales associate. He directed me to exactly where I needed to go. I found my S8, and I really haven't been happier since. The perfect color, the perfect options, the perfect car, the perfect salesman. I really have to hand it to him (Frankie) for making the experience really easy going. I felt that I could put my trust in him to give me a great deal and help me find what I needed quickly. I hung out some other Audi dealerships and really just felt like a customer; I felt like I was just work. Frankie and I established a relationship, and I will be going back to Audi Brooklyn to see Frankie in the near future when I purchase another amazing machine.

Audi Brooklyn took the stressful chore of going to a dealership and turned it into an enjoyable experience where I was taught everything about the a4 I was looking at by my product specialist named Frankie and was treated like a real human instead of a piñata filled with money. If you want to be educated on the car of your choice and be given a fair price to match it, Audi Brooklyn is the place to go.

He answered all of my questions about the A3 and also was able to explain the differences between the a3 and the bmw I was considering without any negative remarks about the competition! My husband and I visited the dealership last week to view an A4 since our lease was up in a few weeks. When we got there we were immediately greeted by the receptionist as well as one of the managers. We chatted for a bit about what we were looking for and they called in a specialist named Will. He was an absolute delight. He answered every question and showed us every feature. We must have been there for an hour going over the car. We didn't feel rushed or anything. Will had a passion for the car that was just contagious. We ended up buying a certified pre owned and Will went over the car once more with us. We never felt pressured or anything. Keep up the good work Audi Brooklyn!!!

This is one of the best looking facilities I've ever been to. My first impression walking was incredible. Came in looking for a family car and the staff was super helpful. My product special Qiqi was thorough introducing the Q5. The manager that helped us with the purchase was very charming and straight to the point. When i came in to pickup the car with my son, there was an area with ipods to keep him occupied. 5 stars!!

Me and My Wife wanted to step up from our Honda CRV to something a little bit more stylish and sleek while still allowing for space because we're always in Home Depot or planning little weekend jaunts in which we drive to most times upstate.So when we were in Brooklyn we just happened to drive by the Brooklyn Audi dealership on our way back out to Long Island..We went in and met with Michael M. who took us through the Q5 in which they had on the Showroom floor and then he offered us the opportunity for a Test Drive in the Vehicle which was great!!" We loved it!! and was sold as it rode beautifully and had some real get up and go..." In getting back to the dealership before sitting down with Michael we met with Janet Feliciano who was most pleasant insightful and very inviting...She was great!!" All told we came out of our Honda CR-V and will be picking up our 2015 Q5 next week!!" Thanks Brooklyn Audi Mike and Janet!!"

Took my 2006 Audi A4 for service Tues picked up We'd and had a great experience. Martin the service advisor, Peter the Asst. Manager, and James the Tech was amazing. Martin treated me as if I was his only client for the day, very informative, and attentive to my concerns. Even though I was rushing them they all kept it professional. I even got a free car wash! This is my new service home and I definitely recommend you bring your car here to be service. I heard and read a lot of negative things about this place but what I experience was superb service!!!
