Poor Customer Service

Lia Toyota is only worried about making a sale. Superior customer service pre-sale, inferior service post-sale. I have an issue with my 2015 vehicle that I purchased from Lia Toyota in summer 2017. They told me they can't do anything for me and recommended I trade my vehicle in for a different vehicle. Would never buy this dealer again.

Outstanding Service!

My husband and I once again are very thankful with Lia Toyota services, in particular, with Reggie, the Sales Manager, Francois Princeton, Sales Associate and Terry Liaros, the Parts Director. The entire team was there to assist us and answer any questions we had and are true professionals. Im so glad I went to Lia Toyota of Rockland. My salesman Joe (sorry I forgot his last name) treated me like family. I never felt pressured or like I wasn't getting a fair deal. Totally unlike how I felt at Nissan. I wish all salesman treated customers like he treated me. Thank you Joe for getting me into my new rav4! I love it!

Took time but Service Dept. determination...

Had a anti-freeze leak, it took time but they were determined to find cause. Big issue was more about not having vehicle, but Mr. Hemant Saraiya got me a vehicle of my choice at no charge, for me till car was ready. Mr Hemant Saraiya kept me informed on progress. He wasn't able to give me quote due to inability to figure cause, but called with ball park quote. After changing hoses and thermostat which Showed leak and residuals, the Mechanic final found cause. A leak in head gasket. Which he tested for earlier but no leak was found, but between him and Mechanic after eliminating all other leak found the origin of leak. It was expensive but quality of work was exceptional. And feeling confident about the workmanship is paramount for me. It's been about 2 weeks and all issue are fixed. So I would my total experience a 9 out of 10. But honestly Service and workmanship and the Personal Care they gave me was a"10"!!!! I would recommend Lia Toyota of Rockland Service Dept. to everyone!!!

Excellent team of Jessica and Yris

We went to Lia Toyota through a buyers program via Costco. They gave our information to Lia and we were contacted. Jessica Parliament our contact through e-mails and phone calls. Jessica was very helpful at all times and immediately answered our questions. We decided to go with them and set up a date after they had stated they had the car at their lot. When we got there we met Yris Salcedo who was our contact at the showroom. Offered us something to drink, got the car, gassed it up, show us how to work it, sat with us to explain everything electronic in that car. Our heads were exploding as we had come from a simple car...one with 4 wheels and basic amedities, you know heat / air conditioning / radio. Nothing else. Yris said that she was willing to walk us through everything, but we did not want to keep her too long. We asked if there were videos or instructions online. She took out here phone and showed us. We asked about everything in that car we saw new, Yris had an answer. She even stated that when we got home and had any questions down the road to call her up. If you do go to Lia via Internet, ask for Jessica. When you go there and want someone to walk you through the process at Lia....ask for Yris. Great team...pleasant experience at it has been about 10 years since we last bought a car.

Sara is the best

I have used Lia/Rockland since 2004 when I purchased my first Prius I have subsequently purchased a Camry and a new 2014 Prius V and have been extremely satisfied with the vehicle service. Over the years I had several service reps but I recently was introduced to Sara Schlosser and I must say she can't be beat. I brought in my Prius V and aside from normal service she helped me get repairs made to a scrape in the paint as well as help with the snow tires that I have on separate rims . I can call her and always get a response within 1/2 hour if she is away from her desk. She has gone out of her way several times for me to accommodate my schedule to get things done. She makes sure that the time she quotes is acceptable and the work is completed on time. When possible she finds loaner cars or arranges rides home when the service is too long to wait for. She even will find coupons for service if you don't have any. In short while there are several good service reps at Lia Toyota I can say from experience Sara is one if not the best.

They Scared Me Off

First off, you put an inquiry in on line and they call you and leave you a vm and do not sound professional at all. Then you try to reach them and the person you call has a different name stamp on the voicemail. You call and check with the receptionist and they assure you that the employee just has not updated their voicemail yet. Okay, so this tells me that their sales person cannot take two seconds to make the extension their own? Then you leave a message to ask questions about the car and want to come in and see it and they never call you back. I guess they did me a favor of sorts. Oh, their Facebook page looks like a 14 year old is the admin.
