What a Team Regan McGuire has put together and maintained through out the years. Bill Whale their Service Mgr. is always at the top of his game along with the rest of the service team. Excellent Sales and Service.

Had my 2003 STS, then my 2005 STS, and now my 2008 STS serviced at McGuire. Only needed oil changes and a fog light bulb replaced. They always provided me with a loaner (another Cadillac) at no charge. My cars were always cleaned inside and out (also no charge). They ordered and mounted on the grill a Cadillac owner loyalty emblem and never charged me the $60 dollars that Gold Coast Cadillac charged me. NO complaints what-so-ever against McGuire! By the way, I live 21 miles away from the dealership.

Three leased STS's.

I've leased three Cadillacs from McGuire. All STS V8's. I've always dealt with John Cacoilo (pronounced con-sway-lo) who is now the Sales Manager. My second two cars were negoiated over the telephone because I knew what I wanted and didn't want to drive the 21 miles until I picked up the car. My latest, an 08, was brought in from another dealership because they didn't have an V8s. My 2011 will most likely also be from McGuire.

SAVE YOURSELF - do NOT purchase or service your care here

I purchased my vehicle at McGuire. Mistake! I have been reluctantly servicing it there for 2 years (oil changes) because of location. The people there are never friendly and the oil changes are always accopmanied with the, "We found another problem that really should be addressed" phone calls. A Cadillac with less than 30,000 miles should not have service problems! Last week my car leaves the service center with what I thought was mud behind the wheel well (mud often sprays out of the well when driving becaus they wash the car before returning it). When I got home, I realized that it was not mud, but scratches and a dent down my rear fender. The dealership was closed by the time it was noticed. I brought the car back the next morning to show the manager (John). He responded, "I'll look at it, but I don't think we did it." Denied it before he even saw the car or the damage. When he looked at it, he said that he sees a lot of this type of thing - people damage their car and then come in and say we did it. He basically was insinuating that I was lying to him. He went on to tell me how people trade cars in and swap the vehicle at the last minute to cheat them. All I thought was - I don't care what happens with trade ins here, you damaged my car! I was instructed by the ever insulting John to bring the car in for Rich (the Service Manager) to see. The car was returned (for service they were unable to previously complete) 2 days later. Rich looked at it and said that they did not do it. Charles Johnson (Chaz I believe he is called) then calls me and tells me that Rich said the damage did not happen there. I wonder if Rich asked the dozen employees that drive that cars around if they did it? I wonder if they would fess up? Luckily, Rich can see with his eyes that the damage could not have ever happend there. No need to check. No need for any level of customer service. So now my insurance and I are left paying for the damage McGuire incurred. Please save yourself the hassel and do not purchase or service your car at McGuire Cadillac. You are better off going to any other service center. You are better off trying to fix your car yourself than going to McGuire. At least you won't damage your own car and then lie about it.
