BUYER BEWARE !! especially at "end of month"

This place is an absolute joke !! This establishment is exactly what no one wants in a car dealership... shady, dishonest, cut throat and just complete [non-permissible content removed]!!! Even after Lester Soto, the nasty salesman refused to answer questions about the car, I still liked it ... So I was there, with my 2 kids, checkbook in hand... fully ready to buy this car.. they simply did NOT want to sell me that car on that day... This was after the internet person encouraged me to come in on " end of the month sales time" for a fantastic deal.. yeah LIST PRICE !! I was treated as if I was an afterthought, they despise internet buyers and refused to discount the car even one dollar. I asked for 5 % and they said "No".. no counter, no reaction, no thank you just NO... I walked away annoyed.. 3 days later they reduce the price of the car !!! I am very aggravated, and I will write many more negative reviews so good people stay away from these guys !! The experience was so bad I am now NOT even considering a Subaru, I am buying a Honda..this experience hurt the Subaru brand.. I will never , ever buy a Subaru again !

Excellent Experience

I was able to purchase the exact model I was interested in at a fair price. The salesman, Girsh, was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure. He took time to thoroughly explain the process. The young lady who delivered the vehicle, Nicole, was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the features and their functions.

Best Subaru Dealer By Far

I just got back from buying a Subaru Outback at World Subaru of Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This was by far the easiest time for me to purchase an Outback from anyone. It started with a phone call in to World Subaru and an appointment for a test drive made by a man named Vance. I came into the dealership around 1PM and met with Patrick the salesman Vance set me up to meet. After a quick test drive I was absolutely confident this was the car for me. Patrick spoke with his Sales Manager Mike and before you knew it I was driving home in my brand new 2013 Subaru Outback. I just wanted to say this group from the initial phone call was on there game. They made the whole process easy as pie, I love my new Outback and love the guys at World Subaru.

My experience at WORLD SUBARU was the most pleasant I've ever had buying a vehicle.. Mike f. was amazing and so were the sales and finance managers! I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a new car! Awesome experience!!!

Horrible experience with customer service!!!! Abominable attitude

My family member has owned a Subaru over two years now and so far we have been satisfied with the car as well as the customer service provided (mechanical work as well as personnel attitude) until today. To my biggest astonishment the management somehow disregarded the danger of hiring a worker who not only has personal discriminatory judgements, but is in fact not ashamed to verbalize it to the paying customer!!! This is the reason why I would not recommend ANYONE to go to the Shrewsbury dealership for any service, because you may run into a lady who will "call somebody else to serve you". I have a question to the management: Do you honestly allow your workers to pick and chose who they will serve and treat nicely according to their whims and personal convictions? ( in this case very mean and disrespectful). Absolutely abominable attitude. I am truly disappointed

Good dealership experience

My wife and I test drove 2 Subaru Outbacks on Sat 2/11/12, the 2.5i Limited and 3.6R Limited. We dealt with Barry Williams. He gave us the keys to the cars and told us to go drive them. No pressure at all. Very relaxed and totally counter to most car dealership experiences. Unfortunately, they didn't have the car in the color and options we wanted, but we ended buying one at another dealership. The only negative in all this is that when I called Barry during the week to come down it took him 3 days to respond back to me. Prompt calls, maybe within 24 hours, would have gone a long way toward giving the dealership 4 stars.
