Professional and Friendly

For me, car shopping can be as bad as a trip to the grocery store.... Emmanuel Lewis and Joe Gallizzo at Flemington Kia changed that. There are parts of car shopping that are timely at any dealership, however, everyone at this dealership (including and especially the receptionist) made this experience 5 stars. Joe and Emmanuel were extremely helpful and did a great job assisting me to find a new lease that fits my families needs within our budget. We love our new Kia Sorento and are very happy we went through this dealership.

used car warranty not worth the paper its written on

I bought a used car from them and with in two days had issues took it to another dealer and they found over 5000.00 dollars of problems. The Used care manager stalled for days saying they cant get in touch with their service guy and then offered to take it back with a loss on my part or give me 1000.00 towards the problems. NEVER NEVER deal with these people if you can avoid it. Looking into contacting the Local News to see if that will get at least half of the problems paid for.

Buying a Kia from Andrew Gamble at Fred Beans was a great experience. I've always dreaded the time it typically takes. Andrew was knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. I told him what I needed in a car and he showed me a few types. He was very helpful, friendly, thorough and did not pressure me. I like that in a salesman. I felt great about my purchase and I will be sure to send my family and friends to him. He made my experience of buying a car easy. And I like easy whenever possible. I look forward to coming back to him for my next car.

Great Experience at Fred Beans Kia

We had a really positive experience with our sales rep, Andrew Gamble, at Fred Beans Kia in Flemington, NJ. The dealership is friendly, but not overly so. We never felt like we were being hovered over or that we were being pushed into buying. We took a long test drive in the car we ultimately purchased. And Andrew was patient, considerate and knowledgeable. The sales manager, Joe, also had an easy and helpful way of working with us. We love our "new" certified pre-owned Kia Forte. And highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with Fred Beans.

Bait & Switch! Avoid at all cost!!!

This is what the ad said: "This gorgeous *** is the car that you have been looking for... Take some of the worry out of buying an used vehicle with this one-owner gem." The salesman Scott was incredibly rude and unprofessional even over the phone. However, given the good reviews, I've decided to take a look. I asked if I can come for a test drive. He said that I should come. Only when we got there (after paying $25 on Uber, because the place is in the middle of nowhere) he told us that the car is sold 'as is'. In reality, it was a beaten wreck, with broken front part, with flat tires, and covered in leaves. The "gem that took my worry away" could not even start--and I came for a test drive! Allegedly they lost the keys (...). Then they said they have other cars, and took us to a five (five) times more expensive model. I really didn't have time for that, so we were ready to leave. Even their wifi didn't work, and there were no Uber drivers in the area. So we had to wait for an hour before they took pity on us and took us home. This was a complete waste of time, and also completely dishonest, sleazy and borderline illegal. Avoid at all costs.

Poor Customer Service The Worst

Bought a car at Kia of Flemington Feb. 2 '16, signed my loan agreement, gave $4000 down payment, left with car. Few days went by and nothing. So i called to check and they said bank needs more info, so I sent it in. 2 weeks went by and nothing, so I called again and was told bank needs MORE info, so I sent it. Few days, week or so and had to call again to be told that the bank denied my loan that Fred Beans told me was approved and that I signed the loan agreement for, hmmmm. So they told me this has never happened and were working on it. Now weeks have gone by and still nothing. I got stuck on the side of the road with a blowout and because my car didnt have a loan, my car didnt really exist. So, my roadside assist button didnt work, Kia wouldnt tow me, and, The Kicker, the sales manager said, after making me wait 2 hours for a return call and I had to call him back, he says "theres nothing I can do for you, BUDDY"! Yes, buddy. I finally called Kia Manufacturing and come to find out that the car itself is covered under roadside assistance. got car towed and got tire replaced with no assistance from the dealer that caused this mess in the first place. None of the features that come with a new car, like the UVO system that conveniently lets you schedule service on. Scheduled an appointment with a local Kia dealer for scheduled and very important maintenance through the UVO and got no call back. So my New Car has missed Manufacture Recommended maintenance but its ok because the Dealer says, thats not really necessary. Really? I guess thats why Kia decided to make scheduled maintenance, because its not necessary. Makes perfect sense to me. Finally, 69 days later I get a text message, a text, really? Update for you. So I call and they tell me they finally got it approved, but, they had to pull a favor. Rate went down, payment went down and I now have financing. Fred Beans offers a rewards program that comes with the purchase of a car. Did i get it? NO I did not. Chatted on line about it twice and each time i get, well turn this over to our customer service team and theyll be in touch right away. Well, here I sit rotting away waiting for this "so called" customer service team. And, this rewards program even comes with roadside assistance. Boy if I only got what I was supposed to on Feb 2, I wouldnt have sat on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for a Kia tow truck to get my tire fixed. So I start to make several calls to investigate and see what my options were prior to my final approval and get some pretty interesting things. First, I come to find out that my warranty had been activated in March of 2015. Ha, 1 year ago. so my new car Second, I come to find out that the Sirius XM Radio free 3 month trial that comes with a new car had been activated as well. You would think that the sale of a $30,000.00 car would certainly entitle that customer to some pretty good customer service from all ends of the dealership. Well, I have yet to witness anything great from this particular dealer. I will not return in the future when it comes time to trade this car in, thats for sure. If they perhaps call and make good on all they have failed, maybe. Will they, I seriously doubt it. But Ill chalk this one up as a learning experience and hope I never really need Fred Beas of Flemington for anything.

I had purchased a pre owned car and have a nightmare after that. it had 1 month warranty. Also they said the car has gone through some 190 point check . i went ahead thinking its a dealer. i noticed 3 issues on the second day itself and they have corrected 2 of them after about 2 month follow up. Still had issues with side window and they simply said we cant do anything about it and you have to deal with it. worst experience of my life

Extremely unsatisfied

I bought a Kia Optima 2 years ago. We had it in the shop probably 2 weeks later and around 10 times after that. There were so many things wrong with it. I have asked twice for a copy of the certified inspection report done prior to driving it off the lot. I never got it. I don't believe one was done. I will never buy a car again from Kia.

I purchased a KIA Sorrento and had an excellent experience with my sales person Andrew Gamble. Andrew listened to all of my wants/needs and was very patient with me (I can be difficult). Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about the KIA vehicles. Once we decided on the vehicle and came to financial terms I was able to drive my new vehicle home an hour later.

I bought a Volvo s60 from Andrew Gamble. He was very nice and made sure I bought a car I was comfortable with. He did not pressure me into anything and seemed to genuinely have my best interest at heart. After purchasing the Volvo, my brother and mother needed a new car. Guess where we went and who we specifically asked for? We requested Andrew Gamble of Fred Beans Kia. Even two years later, when my friend needed a car, I referred her to Andrew and the Kia team. Now she has a 2015 Scion Tc. I would definitely recommend this place and ask for Andrew to help you buy a new or used vehicle.

Car: Optima EX 2015 Sales Rep: Allie Bredael Sales Manager: Angel Guevara I went to four different Kia dealerships. Fred Beans in Flemington was by far the best. I visited them several times, each time I would call ahead and tell them the car that I wanted to test drive; each time the car I had requested, and with the options that I wanted, was waiting for me outside the dealership’s door. I really wasn't sure I wanted to buy an Optima at first, so I changed my mind twice and also drove a Forte and a Sportage. They were very patient with me and accommodated my needs at all times. Allie made me feel very comfortable. She was very personable and always had a smile on her face. She was knowledgeable and when she couldn't answer a specific question she was resourceful enough to immediately find out for me. Angel was down to earth and really tried to work with me and my indecisiveness. Unlike my experience with the other Kia dealerships in the area where they used less-than-honorable sales tactics, at Fred Beans I wasn't pushed, I wasn't pressured or rushed. They were transparent in their process and didn't hide any information from me. I did have to go back and forth with the price a couple times, but you should expect that from any dealership. After all, that’s how they make their living. I would recommend Allie and Angel to anyone I know.

Awesome and easy/low hassle experience

I went into Fred Beans Kia on a Friday night around 630PM (they close at 8). I was a little in over my head and after test driving and falling in love with the car I had gone there to look at I quickly realized that it was pretty far out of my price range. Jason Katz and Angel Guevara brought me back to the desk and laid out a few options that may work for me that I hadn't given much thought yet. I ended up leasing a new 2015 KIA Optima and I love everything about it. My experience at Fred Beans was incredibly easygoing and well managed. They fulfilled every promise they made to me and went above and beyond that, including helping me out on a far less than stellar trade in to aid in the price of the vehicle. Jason did everything they could to get me the best deal I could get and then some and I couldn't be happier with my new car, and my experience at Fred Beans. I recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new car.

Worst car buying experience ever!

After speaking to the Internet sales manager every day for a week and being assured they had two cars we were interested in (she said she'd actually "touched" them), we packed our kids on the car for the hour drive. Got there, didn't have either car and couldn't explain why. My husband had spoken to them that afternoon and they had promised the cars would be cleaned and ready for us. We were ready to buy a car that night and they knew it. To be flat-out lied to is so disappointing and completely unprofessional. Will never set foot in that subpar dealership again. Erin should be fired. I wish I could give them No Stars.
