We ran into some issues in which I called the manager (Clayton Mantell) directly to resolve the following issues: First… Issue: We were told by our sales person (Parker Saintmire) they would throw in vin etching free of charge in which it was not done at all. No problem not a biggie let this slide Second Issue: We notice when we got home that there was no inspection sticker so I called and was told by both Parker and Clayton that where the vehicle was originally from (Colorado) no inspection was required. I was told by both Parker and Clayton that we could go to DMV with the temps and could get the registration done which was false information because we took the drive to DMV in which we were turned away and told inspection could not be done with temps it needs to be permanent plates/registration which we didn’t have. Ok now let all that slide and now to the BIGGER issue we have: We paid an extra fee for Ramsey to take care of plates and registration and when ready we would receive a call to pick up. It’s now June 18th and temporary plates/registration was expiring June 20th and no call received so I called and was told there was a delay with DMV and it would maybe take another week. We were provided with extended temporary plates/registration expiring July 20th and that once ready we would receive a call. July 20th rolls up and still no call so I call and was told the same story with the same excuse and provided with another extension expiring August 20th. Come August 20th once again nothing done with no call so once again I call but now I was told by Ramsey that they didn’t have the title in hand and they would need to get the title which may take 3 weeks and once again extended temps provided expiring September 20th. Come September 20th once again nothing done and no call so I call yet once again to be told by Ramsey that title was mailed but lost in transaction and they’re waiting for Colorado to resend another title which may take another 2 weeks and once again extended temps provided expiring October 20th. We are now more than 2 weeks from my last call and still no resolution, no call, no refund of plates/registration fee paid for this or any type of compensation for all these issues going on for 5 months now. Lastly: I’ve been back and forth so much with the dealership that everyone at the dealership already knows my number on the caller id. Automatically when I call they don’t answer and send me directly to the managers direct line/voicemail. I have to call 2-3 times back to back to be able to get someone to answer the phone so that I can speak to a live person. Today I told the receptionist (I don’t remember her name but she stated she’s aware of my case as she’s linked on everything) that this was unprofessional and that I would be calling corporate about these matters as well as the unprofessionalism of not answering the phone and automatically transferring me to a voicemail. The receptionist response was “Your already speaking to the highest person here so I don’t care you can go to corporate or wherever you want but they will not help you.” This was very rude and abrupt!!! Now I understand why there was a man bad mouthing the dealership as well as protesting with a huge sign when we were there purchasing the vehicle (it makes sense now) All of this is very frustrating, unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve been very patient and cooperative with Ramsey since May but now my patience has expired and there’s no extension. I will be calling Subaru corporate offices to expedite this matter and will no longer be a customer at Ramsey or recommend Subaru to anyone!!!Ramsey Subaru review

The sales person to ask for is Larry Gantt, Jr. He took the stress… out of buying a car. He was professional, understanding, and patient. I was not pressured or rushed at any point.
