Great car buying experience
I would highly recommend Ramsey Mazda! We had a wonderful experience with Brandon who spent 4 hours with us test driving a Mazda CX-3, walking us through all the features of the car, and was very patient with us as we decided - he even offered to share his lunch with us! Donovan helped us with the finances. I have never had a pleasant experience buying a car before, but this was!! Thank you Brandon and Donovan!
I have been shopping for the Mazda CX5 2019 in 3 states, NY, CT, NJ all dealerships. Walked in prepared, met with Willy Elkammary at Ramsey Mazda in NJ, within 15 minutes the deal was done. Willy gave me a fantastic price, no games, just straight talk. I highly recommend....and ask for Willy! To add, a shout out to Donovan Lou in finance, again, honest and professional.
Ramsey Mazda CX 9
The people at Ramsey Mazda were helpful and informative. More importantly, they were not pushy or overly aggressive as many car dealers and salesman can be. Originally I only wanted a test drive and was not ready to buy. They complied with my wishes and provided a test drive. Later I went back to purchase a cx9 after my research and competitors test drives.
Joe was great! I got a great car and didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. Love the quick service and got a fair deal too.
Erick was fantastic ! Mazda is fantastic !! I felt no pressure like I did at other dealerships that week. They were honest , sweet and accommodating . Highly recommend them !
New Mazda3 from Willy Elkammary
I usually don't trust car salesman and the experience of buying cars isn't one I look forward to. Willy changed that for me. He fought for the price I wanted and made the experience hassle free. If you're looking for a new car, please consider asking for Willy at Ramsey Mazda.

This is my first 'Mazda Experience' and so far so good! Car looks great, but more importantly the sale representative was very good: helpful, available, collaborative. If you happen to go to Mazda Ramsey, ask for Willy!

Arrogant People Stay away from them
Their service is total rip off and [non-permissible content removed]- on my first 45K service they had me change front suspension and even recommend to change the back one. I checked with my local mechanic it seems nothing was wrong. Second visit - they said initial charges will be around 80, after a while the guy comeback and said the light is going to cost 266 + service charges. When I refused the service, they behaved arrogantly. And charged me 60 for me diagnose and were calming that they already put the bulb in and had to take it back. This all happened in 15 mins. The mechanic who bought the car out threw my keys on the front desk and had this disgruntled look on the face. The women cashier had rude face expressions. I hope their boss watching them on the CCTV.

Arrogant People Stay away from them
They are total [non-permissible content removed] they use classic bait and switch method. Once you go there they say the car is gone and try to sell you another one.
Great sales team; unresponsive service department
We had an excellent experience with the sales team at Ramsey Mazda. Willy, our salesman, did a great job working with us. In addition, Donovan, the finance guy, was easy to work with. Unfortunately, we discovered a mechanical issue with the car shortly after we picked it up. The service department simply did not respond to us on this - did not have time to speak with us - and we are now working with another Mazda dealership to resolve the problem. Still not resolved. Several emails to Ramsey Mazda reps seeking call backs to discuss this matter were not returned. I am baffled. I can not recommend them.
MIKE D AT RAMSEY MAZDA IS THE WAY TO GO!!!
I recently just hit the 6 month mark on my new 2014 Mazda3 i-grand touring and I for one couldn't be any happier. While the car is amazing and I recommend anyone looking to buy an extremely affordable car that is fully equipped with everything but a microwave on the inside, what really sold me on it was my car salesman Mike D. Although its been six months since my date of purchase, what triggered my memory to post this was Mike's attentiveness to call me a week ago just to wish me a happy birthday! Who does that?! I thought it was such a nice gesture that i thought I'd write my first ever online review. If you're looking to buy a car then go to Ramsey Mazda and ask for Mike D! Less then 12 hours before I went to Mike, I had the worst experience ever at Wayne Mazda. The salesmen there were fine, but it was the finance guys and managers that were rude, condescending and made closing a deal anything but possible. After spending almost 6 hours there, testing the vehicle i wanted, and quibbling over a couple hundred dollars, my father and I left the store outraged and decided to head to Ramsey Mazda the very next morning. Mike had come highly recommended by a friend of ours. We walked inside, asked to speak with Mike and told him the horrific experience we had just had at Wayne Mazda. We put the same numbers that were shot down at Wayne Mazda on the table in front of Mike, Mike looked at them, and after being at the dealership for no longer than 5 minutes he told us, "you ready to take the car off the loft today?" We couldn't believe it! I've never experienced such an easy going, laid-back, yet extremely knowledgeable salesman like Mike D. We were in the dealership for an hour tops before I was driving away in my brand new car. Mike is wise beyond his years, and knew full well the ins and outs to all the high-tech gadgets that came equipped in the car. Being a first time buyer, Mike knew exactly what this kind of purchase meant to me and made it fun and enjoyable the entire time I was there. Even before my birthday, Mike would call me every now and then just to check-in and see how both me and the car was doing. If you want to buy a car, there's only one person I would recommend and that's Mike D of Ramsey Mazda!!!!
Willy was very helpful and the rest of the staff was excellent. I highly recommend Ramsey for anyone interested in buying a Mazda vehicle. We got a great deal.
Mike D - Great Sales Experience
Mike was the perfect professional. Not pushy, answered lots of questions for us. He and the Ramsey Mazda business manager got us in and out quick even on a busy day. I would strongly recommend him and Ramsey Mazda to anyone looking for a new car.

A dealership that refuses to bargain.
When first arriving at ramsey mazda I thought my first car purchase was going to be great. Later on learning that they wouldn't bargain on the viechle at all an they stated that right away. (my sister works as a sales person at a GMC and she said there is always a little they can bargain even if its only $500) anyways after they wouldn't bargain they then tried adding a fee of $499 which they call a Pre owned Prep fee which includes detailing, lube oil an filter, and vehicle maintenance..... 5 out of 5 people I asked about this the next day all said they never heard of this including my sister and a friends that works at Academy Honda. This is a fee for something that should and is commonly included in a car purchase at a dealership. After trying to get this fee removed they refused. then to top it all off I but a $100 down to hold the vehicle while they tried to get me approved. The next day I received calls at work that they needed to know if I am going to get the vehicle because they had someone there ready to purchase it cash...... so I was rushed to make a decision. I will never do business with the dealership again and hopefully this opens some people eyes to how they obviously care more about a sale then the actual customer. I have also seen previous reviews on the internet saying that they never wont to bargain on the price which I came to notice when I arrived at the dealership.
Would buy there again in a second
I had a really good experience with the team at Ramsey Mazda. I thought the price was fair, and i thought Mike D. was an excellent salesperson. I'd recommend Mike to anyone. He knows the product an went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He also took the time to show me the car once the purchase was made. I did not have that experience with my prior three cars. I like the dealership itself. The service department also seems very on the ball. I met the sales manager as well-Joe--also was great. In sum, I'm looking forward to my relationship with Ramsey Mazda.
Very Enjoyable Process
I bought my Mazda CX-5 back in September from Ramsey Mazda, specifically from Victor J. Easy, friendly, straight forward - I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.
Purchasing or leasing a new car can often be a grueling experience, but not so at Ramsey Mazda! My husband and I stopped into the dealership to take a look, and drove out with a brand new Mazda. Our sales associate Joseph G. was knowledgeable, friendly, low-key and thorough, and helped get us a great offer. We felt that the Mazda team was really working with us to get the best deal, and make us happy. I've had the car for only 3 days, but I can already say, it's sensational!
Ramsey Mazda Makes Car Buying Painless
I'm a returning customer at Ramsey Mazda. My first experience in 2010 was a pleasure--the sales people bent over backwards to make the deal I was looking for. So I returned in 2013 and my experience was even better the second time. There was no "pitching" and no strong-arming. I expressed what I wanted in a vehicle and at what price, and they quickly made me an offer. I've also used their service team for my maintenance--I find them cost-competitive, accommodating when it comes to appointments, and skilled at making repairs. I may never switch my brand or dealership!!
