Superior sales pitch detailing clearly the unique selling proposition
My name is Ganesh Annamalai. My experience with Mr John Schell ( Sales Consultant at 170 Ridgedale Avenue) was really superb. He handled the sales call very professionally explaining the financing model and also clearly explaining the unique selling proposition of the car. His sales pitch was so effective and persuasive and he closed the deal within 2 hours of detailed explanation and practical demonstration during the test drive. Terrible customer service - the worst!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had my Jeep towed in to fix the right-front wheel that had collapsed after hitting a curb after sliding on ice. My insurance company said it was covered under my collision policy. This was in mid-January 2016. Within a few days the insurance adjuster had authorized the repair; I had talked with Jeep and was assured that all they needed was in place. If that were only true! But no. Week after week of delay, delay, delay and excuses followed. I was calling almost every day to check the status and was being given the slow roll while nothing happened, no returned calls, and rude "customer service agents". It's now 5 weeks later and they still keep giving me excuses that don't make any sense. I finally actually went in to see what was going on for myself and was told they have all the parts and agreement on money with the insurance company. Nothing to hold up the repair was expressed. Yet, still today I'm not getting call backs after multiple messages to various people. I can't even justify giving Beyer a rating of "1" in this review, but that's as low as it goes. Stay away from this service department!

I had a similar experience while trying to buy a used car. The salesman and I were dealing back and forth and we were only about $400 dollars off, which we absolutely could have worked out because I wanted the car. He decided to bring in the sales manager. BIG MISTAKE ! The arrogance of [non-permissible content removed] was an immediate deal breaker. He was the rudest most condescending salesman I ever dealt with. I can't remember his name but he was about four and a half feet tall with a major napoleon complex. The salesman was a good guy and I told him when we left that bringing [non-permissible content removed] over was a big mistake !! I left a review on another site but I just came across this and I was still so pissed at [non-permissible content removed] I had to say something again. He must be related to the owner because nobody could possibly think they can treat customers that way unless they know they wont be fired or at least maybe suspended. The way I came across this was I am currently searching for a car for my daughter who will be getting her license soon but there is no way in hell I would give Beyer my money. And just so you know , about 4 days after we were chased from your dealership we bought a car for $7000 more then the car at your place. I felt sorry for the salesman and in my opinion [non-permissible content removed] sales manager should have to pay him the commission he would have made off of the $20,000 I was going to pay.

I ordered a high end Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT at the beginning of February. Put down $2000 and was told it'd be 8-10 weeks. As a BMW owner the last 12 years, I've grown accustomed to great service. Well, not the case here by a long shot. Phone calls and emails not returned. Finally, I contacted SRT directly and they told me they NEVER got the order for my truck! When I spoke to to the Sales Manager there he admitted there was a mistake, but was rude and arrogant and didm't offer anything to help! I canceled my order and immediately switched to a rival dealer. I guess a $70K truck means nothing to them. Beware of this place! 3rd rate operation at best. STAY AWAY!

In 2012 my husband and I leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. The salesman we delt with was great and we were happy with the sales despartment. Service on the other hand is another story. Four months after we leased the Jeep the transmission went. We had the car towed to them, after that it took them almost a week and half to even tell us what was wrong with the car. They assured us it could be fixed and they ordere the part from Chrysler and it would be 5 business days for arrival. Well needless to say they had our car for 36 days. It also took them 2 weeks to offer us a rental car. Once the car was returned it seemed to be ok, but another 4 months later the Jeep did not feel right while driving we brought it back and they assured us nothing was wrong. Well last weekend the transmission went in the exact same way it did the first time. We have now set up a claim with Chrysler. Both myself and our Rep. from Chrysler has reached out to the service department for information and they have yet to return either phone calls to gather information as to what is going on with our Jeep. They serivce department is horrible! Sales is great, buying a car there is great, just do not bring it back for service!!
