HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BURNS GMC!
NEGLIGENCE !! ...Re-think your purchase ... dealership does not support their customer care at all! This dealership failed me 3 ways --- Service, management, and product ... I have lost all faith in this product (2011 Acadia) and the management at this dealership is a real "joke" ... while in for service, the dealership created another issue and did not take full accountability by replacing the parts they damaged. (service writer confirmed I never had an issue with my struts ... the seals were just fine ... but they can freeze when left up in the air too long) ... knowing this, why take the chance ... service writer said they could have done things in stages and put the suv down along the way... but unfortunately, he was on vacation during this work. AND, let me leave knowing there was a new issue, and did not tell me ... the mechanic said he didn't want to create another bill for us, so just didn't mention it. Good thing there were no mishaps driving home! I'm shocked that this dealership has done this to us, and felt it necessary to charge us $147.00 for what they did! Willing to jeopardize the 14yrs of loyalty we've shown on several vehicles ... They are obviously in it for the money only ... what a shame!!! My vehicle was there a total of 9 days and this is the best they can do? A monkey could do better!!! Glad I wasn't injured while driving the vehicle. Remember: You're only as good as the service you provide ... which in this case, is NONE!!!
I am pleased
I have a used 2000 Yukon. When I first bought it, I went to sears to replace front & back shocks, got a tune up, new battery, replaced my drive & a/c belts. It cost me a fortune and my a/c belt popped twice and the battery and some wires had to be replace within a few months. After that, I decided to go to Burns. It was a blessing. I should of came here first. They replaced my water pump for a $100 less than what sears was going to charge me. They also replaced my front brakes and I plan on going back to do the back brakes. If I have any questions, they spend the time to explain exactly what they are doing instead of just telling you what needs to be fixed and how much its going to cost. I love the friendly atmosphere of the shop. Every time I go there, everyone has a smile on their face and you can tell they appreciate your business. I love the new renovations.
I've driven many different cars and have dealt with many dealers throughout my life; which is a lot of dealers. So I'm trying stress this statement with all my heart. I have never been to such a great dealership. From the moment I walked in the door until further notice all my interaction with Burns and their entire staff have been nothing but above average. From dealing with Salesman James Crabbe and sales Manager CJ and every person I walked past at the dealership. Every person was friendly and took the time to say hello and speak with you; even after I purchased the truck. There wasn't any games played no back and forth. They even shared information with me that I was not aware of and I tons of research before entering any dealership. I said that wanted to sleep on the deal and they were perfectly fine with that and I shopped there number and no one could even come close to it. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with burns. Will there I did walk around and see how clean the entire plus is to include the service area. So take from a person who buys a new car every 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years this is the best dealer I have ever been to. Once you make a great decision to purchase your next car from Burns ask for James Crabbe to put your deal together and drive away happy. Lastly I'm not sure if I ever left a dealership with a smile on my face before Burns. Jeff H
Best Car Dealership Experience Ever!
I never felt better taken care of! I had just purchased my 2015 beautiful cocoa silver metallic Encore 9 days earlier and had an unfortunate incident of running over a huge object in the middle of Rte295N on the way to work. My left front tire was immediately slashed. I got off the road, and Buick Roadside service came promptly and put the donut tire on. I called Burns Service and the female service rep encouraged me to come right in and get my tire replaced and everything looked over. I was practically in tears when I got there, overwhelmed and in disbelief that this had just happened to my brand new car! But, right away, my Sales Rep, Will Smith, was there to console me. Joe, the Sales Manager made me feel right at home again as I waited in the Sales area lounge. Jeff from the service department replaced my tire and answered all my questions. The service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. My little "Cocoa" was back on the road again, as good as brand new!! I couldn't be happier with everything about this dealership!
Brought in my 2011 Lucerne for a transmission slipping issue. As always Jeff took control of the situation, explained the delay in repair due to shop work load, arranged a loaner, explained what was next. Upon completed repairs he gave me a complete debrief of the issues found and the repairs made. It was again an outstanding job, extremely courteous and professional front to back. Well done Burns Team!!!!, and a special thanks to Jeff !!! Six stars and a 12!!
Best service in town; highly recommended
I brought in my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix for its 150K-mile scheduled maintenance. Eric, my service manager, was a pleasure to work with (as always). The work was completed promptly, and the price was actually competitive with a national car-repair chain I also called.
Couldn't be Happier
My expereince with Burns Buick GMC in Marlton was absolutely wonderful! From the time I walked in to the time I left with my new 2014 GMC Acadia. The gentelmen were very helpful and worked everything out to get me what I wantde and in the right price range. The gentelman William S. who helped me from the begining till the end honestly couldn't have done a better job if asked becuase he was that great!
Happy with Burns Service
I brought my 2012 LaCrosse Touring in for service, oil change, tire rotation etc and was greeted by Jeff who was very friendly and non-threatening. He explained what was needed for the miles that were on my car, 17,000, and how much it would cost. I also mentioned that the trans was not shifting as I thought it should. He asked me if anyone else had driven the car and when I told him I had originally bought it for my wife, and she put about 12,000 miles on it he informed me that the trans had learned her style of driving and not mine. He had the trans reset and it is now learning my style. Extremely happy with Jeff and Burns Buick.
The Best Dealership!
Serviced my 2013 Terrain for an oil change. Love the service department. It is a pleasant experience when taking your car in knowing that a professional will service my vehicle. The staff is so friendly the wait is so short, I just love Burns. Best service/dealership anywhere.
Burns Buick is Awesome!
I called at 6:30 pm for a 7:00 pm appointment -oil change and tire rotation. Gary informed me that service on the front brakes was recommended and indicated that he could do that service as well! I like Burns Buick! They are friendly people and I had donuts and coffee while I waited.
Recent service visit
Everything from the drive-in service area (which is absolutely wonderful when it's pouring out), to the welcome desk staff (who were extremely courteous & attentive), to the waiting area (which was clean & comfortable), to the service time was really top notch.
Worst experience ever
I spoke to and exchanged e-mails with Justin M. who is listed as the internet advisor for Burns. I had a specific car I wanted to purchase and informed him that I had a quote from another dealer. He stated that if I came in that day he could match or beat that price. I said if he could beat that price I would come up to purchase the vehicle that day. He agreed and we set up an appointment in a few hours. I asked him to confirm that he had the exact vehicle that I wanted on the lot and he said they did. After I travel an hour to get there, I immediately get pushed to a salesperson I never spoke to or met. She finds my info on the computer and has the vehicle brought around. They asked for my car keys to appraise my vehicle for a trade-in while I look at the car. The car they drove around has more options than the one I arranged to buy with Justin. I point it out that this is not the vehicle that I agreed to purchase. The salesperson then begins the game of disappearing for extended periods of time. I again inform her of my arangement with Justin and ask if they are going to honor it and if not, I wanted my keys so I could leave. She disappears again then comes back with the manager who tries to justify this "bait and switch." He says there's no way he can sell that car at that price and keeps trying to point out the MSRP and papers he claimed to be the invoice. After over an hour of dealing with this shady practice, I finally got my keys and left. Luckily a dealer down the road was able to give me the vehicle for the price I wanted. It took 3 days for Justin to leave a message attempting to apologize. I can't believe they think this approach works on people. They should be ashamed.
Burns Pontiac has taken careof all my service needs. The prices were reaonable and they send me discount coupons all the time. They finished my car on time every time. I would highly recommend them to everybody. Louis Celani
Kudos to the Service Department!
Burns Buick GMC has the most outstanding service department. We have serviced all four of our purchases and one leased vehicle with Burns. All appointments have been precise and timely. They communicated with us on all work necessary prior to starting. They listen to any concern you may have to insure your car is running properly. Again Burns does a follow up call to insure you were satisfied. They truly care about the customer. All service staff are so friendly and make your service call a good experience. We have 100% satisfaction on everything they have done. Would highly recomment Burns Buick GMC to anyone requiring service on their car. Thanks to a great team in the service department for all that you do. Great job!
Outstanding Sales Staff/Managers
We have purchased four cars and leased one auto from Burns Buick GMC and the experience was outstanding. All questions were answered professionally. Extremely knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Our time was well spent and off we drove with the exact vehicle we wanted. We like their follow up to insure we are happy with their dealership and sales staff. Very customer oriented for complete satisfaction. We will continue to purchase cars/trucks from Burns Buick GMC. We love our 2012 GMC Terrain. Thanks!
Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!
I purchased my 2012 Buick Regal from Burns and I must say the entire staff was amazing. I started out received my price quote online from Jason in the internet department. He promptly contacted me and was able to answer all the initial questions that I had. I then visited the store with Doug Brennan and Doug was exceptional. His knowledge of the Regal as well as his calm and friendly demeanor were very comforting in the entire process. We wrapped everything up and I am now happily driving my 2012 Regal. I have already recommended my friends and family and I look forward to doing business with Burns in the very near future.
super sales experience
Purchased a GMC Terrain from Burns. It was the best car buying experience that i ever had. Freindly and professional sales team. I have already recommended to freinds. I got a fair price and the experience was super
Service is excellent. I feel satisfied with the quality of expertise. Oil changes are a bit overpriced. Pleasant service personnel.
The gentleman who handled my service was very polite, knowledgeable, and upbeat! He made my experience a very nice, comfortable one.
Ask for Keith Rizzolo
Keith Rizzolo was awesome to work with. He was straight forward and easy to do business with. He really went the distance to find me an excellent and fair price. I highly recommend him as a sales consultant. Unfortunately, I had to reneg on our deal because my home-builder did not imagine parking a truck inside my garage (the Sierra is nearly 19.5 feet bumper-to-bunper). Sorry, Keith.
