DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
Manager Stephen, acting in concert with Sales Professional Marlena, defrauded my handicapped elderly mother out of $500. Specifically, my mother was interested in buying a car, but wasn't ready to commit, wanting to have family review the terms beforehand - so she would not sign a contract or even verbally agree to buy a car. The manager and salesperson pressured her into giving them a check which they repeatedly promised they would not cash until and unless she decided to buy. They said that if she decided not to buy, she could call and they would "tear up the check." Two days later, we returned to Mahwah Buick requesting the check back. Marlena had us wait while she went to get the check, but instead the check was deposited while we were standing there - as evidenced by the bank's time stamp. My Mom filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's office, and we are proceeding with legal action to get her money back. When deceptive business practices emanate from such a high level, it indicates the conduct is acceptable throughout the business. Buy elsewhere!

[non-permissible content removed] Very unprofessional dont waste your time people. So i like a 2013 GMC denali 1500 on the website of buick-gmc of mahwah. Send in an internet inquiry and was contacted by a salesperson named Matt Berkowitz on 4/18/17. Who sounded very professional at first but he showed his real face later. After getting all the information about the vehicle I submitted the credit app online on 4/19/17 and was told by matt that i will be contacted by his managers soon. Today is 5/2/17 and no one I really mean it no one has ever got back to me. In the meanwhile i called the dealership spoke to matt and he promised to call me back which he never did. Shame on you matt and who ever responsible that's how you guys treat your potential customers. You guys made an inquiry on my credit report and still never got back to me with any answer. I will never come back to you for any business also tell anyone i know not to go to you and make sure to spread the word. And Ryan mays i even told you that no one get back to me but you didn't even bother getting back to me as you promised.
The buying experience was very straightforward and far more pleasant than the other dealers we visited. I must credit Elaine for much of that - she is a true professional and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We've been very happy with the car and the entire transaction, and I look forward to returning to this dealer in three years for another car.
Don't trust them. They will get you from somewhere with the pricing. Once they get the car out there dealership, they are totally different people. I called them for the mistake they made on my puchase, Sam hung up on me with no apology. Don't ever go to this place.

All I can say is that I was torn, I loved my Toyota Tundra Platinum, and did not really want to trade it in. I drove three different Yukons, the small one, the XL and the Denali. I was told by some people that its as good as the Escalade, and with a better sticker. It is It looks better ion the outside too from the rear. The Denali is MUCH better than the non-Denali. So how do I afford a vehicle that almost $ 80,000? great discount, Rebate, and a net trade higher than my original number was. So I did not want Black or White, and walked out with a pretty Silver model, not first choice but a great compromise. Warranty to 100,00 miles & 7 years. Now I have peace of mind for a payment exactly what I originally wanted. NO compromise, and Elaine & Steve were definitely good to deal with. Highly recommend them !!
Always a pleasure to work with Krystal and Donald. I am sure the mechanics are wonderful too but I don't really interact with them. Thanks for always taking care of me.

Elaine has been really great and made the leasing experience a breeze. I was glad when we didn't have to hassle back and forth about pricing. She has been very responsive to my calls. I also would like to say thank you as my father-in law decided to buy out my previous lease and your dealership helped handle the purchase with ease taking the burden off of me. I leased a car that was sitting on the dealership floor so there have been a few issues with it that service has been taking care of for me but it has been inconvenient in having to drop it off. Other than that I am happy with the car!
Buick Regal GS maintenance
Surprised at how quickly the issue was identified. Issue was resolved promptly and also had time for other routine maintenance to be performed at the same time. This saves me time and energy. No second trips. Usually deal with Krystle who is always extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful but everyone i've spoken with is the same.
our disappointment occurred when we went to pick up our car, We had to wait one hour to see the business manager to sign papers .Although the saleman had requested the car preped for 2pm, the car wasn't touched until 2:30. The person who went throught the car with us was an expert.

As always Krystal (their service writer) diagnosed what the problem was and their techs repaired what needs to be done with the piece of mind the problem is fixed correctly the FIRST time. In 7 years I have never had to bring back any of my cars for a repair that they fixed . We drove over an hour to go to this dealership due to a recommendation from a close friend. We felt comfortable with Elaine (sales lady) and Steve (manager). There was zero pressure, they allowed us to speak in private and think about our decision without any interruptions. They answered the thousand questions that we had without a sweat and were very patient with us. I feel they were genuine and honest. The contract was exactly as we discussed with no ambiguous fees. This is my 8th vehicle, but my first from GM. We never had such a smooth, honest, and comfortable sales experience prior to this one. Elaine welcomed our 12 month old son's presence and helped entertain him while we looked around and developed the contract. She is very kid friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and had well rounded vehicle stock of all the Acadia trim levels we wanted to see and drive. We will buy another vehicle from Elaine and Steve at Mahwah Buick GMC. We are very happy with our Acadia Denali.

When making a vehicle purchase, I tend to buy used, but look for well-rated, good value purchases. Everyone made me completely comfortable from the very first call, and when I got to the dealership, every positive impression I had was confirmed and I immediately made the vehicle purchase. As I walked through the used dealership showroom, I surmised that every car there was an exceptional used vehicle. They even beat the interest rate offered by my home bank and kept the financing process smooth and simple. It was less than 45 minutes from test drive to driving home. This was by far the finest vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. Great place to purchase a vehicle.
I have been using your dealership for the past 2 years. I started using the dealership to service my 2 Buicks. The service dept. headed by George and Kristal service writer have been great. I know that when I pick up my car its serviced correctly I have never brought my car back for any problems. From my experience in service I met Lou in sales. Lou worked with me last Jan. he was able to take my 2011 Buick and put me in a 2014 another great experience. I have only good things to say about the dealership. I will be using them for my service and any car purchase I will need.
Took a lot longer than I anticipated. I also booked my appointment online, never received a confirmation, showed up and they told me I was scheduled for another day. They did fit me in. Took over 2 hours to complete.
Took my GMC in for servicing at appointed time. Waited for it. It was completed in a reasonable amount of time to my satisfaction. Everybody is very friendly and remembers me by name.
Friendly and competent personnel. Always ready to help. Bought my last SUV there and will continue to buy my cars at this dealer.

Just purchased a 2014 Acadia Denali on a 39 month lease. Sales and financing personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to turn in my 2010 leased Acadia 6 months ahead of time and got a great deal on the new one. Highly recommend this dealership.
