Amazing service!

This was absolutely great service, and I have Jason to thank! He was amazing and made the experience of getting a new car one of the best I've experienced thus far. He made the process go so smoothly, I defiantly recommend going to him if you are interested in getting a car.

2007 BMW 328i Convertible

I recently purchased a BMW from the jersey city dealership. The employees were great, but the car on the other hand is not. 1st problem the reg took almost a month and a half to get. The temp reg expired and i was driving with no reg. There was a $500 deposit left so i was told i had to pay that in order to get my reg from them makes no sense but ok “PAID”. 2nd problem car had a ABS issue i was told when i bought the car but no one there would take on the repair for me. Buy the car as is or i have a guy that can fix it for $800 this is what i am told. I did buy the car still “my fault”. Finally get the reg i had to go pick it up a hour away from my home. I go because i needed it. 3rd problem the car comes with a 2yr warranty that is given to you upon purchase of the car. Tells you all that is covered and not covered. The salesman tells me to wait 30 to 45 days to get the ABS fixed. I wait almost 3 months. I finally take the car to the mechanic with the paper of the warranty that was given to me. I take it to get the ABS looked at i come out with a bill of $1709. The oil filter housing was leaking onto the alternator which caused it to go bad. The windshield wiper pump did not work needed to get replaced. The oil and filter have never been changed in the car, the oil filter was stuck. So never got the ABS fixed. O the warranty company they provide for you covers nothing. Labor up to $65 and was told that the alternater should only cost $245 yeah right I own a BMW more like $544 it was. The car needs new brakes and rotors and the ABS sensor is snapped because of the brakes. $800 my ass to fix i was told by the dealer. If they would of just took the time to really look at the car this review would not of been written by me. But here I am still with a car note and a $1709 bill I had to pay to at least get the car back to standards so i can drive it back and fourth from home to work. Too top it off the car still needs a new pulley and a new oil pan seal just my luck along with brakes, rotors & the ABS sensors. For all this could of just went to BMW and purchased a brand new car. Lesson learned bring a mechanic to the dealer with you to inspect any car you are buying.

Turning into the worst experience ever!!

Purchased a vehicle from dealership and had it shipped. Upon arrival the vehicle is missing things on it that should have come with the vehicle and now they will not return my phone calls in a timely fashion. Perhaps they will read this and get me the things I need to finish fixing this new vehicle I just purchased (for example: the extra keys I'm entitled to) Thanks for no help. Angry wife!

This started out as one of the biggest pains in my ass I've ever experienced ! I am in Washington state decided to buy a car from these guys across the country . I will never do that again !!! Absolute pain in the ass , that being said Jason my salesman and Reggie the manager both went out of their way to keep me informed and fill out all the necessary paperwork in lu of my absence . A big thanks to those two ! If I lived on the East Coast I would definitely buy another car from these guys !

Upon my second contact to East Coast Auto Group I felt confident about my decision to go to them to purchase an auto that I've been passionate about for over 6 years. I'm glad I did. They were so courteous, professional and deeply concern for each individual as if they known you forever. The place is so well clean and the staff is at your beckioning. I got my dream car and with such great satisfaction. I'll go back there and recommend anyone to put them as their place to go. Become part of the family.
