I walked into the dealer not looking to buy a car, however, Ryan is very professional, attentive in demonstrating a car, knows the features and specs very well, has great knowledge of the cars and understood my needs. He show me two different RAV 4 trim models , road tested them and gave me all the time hat I needed to evaluate my choices. No pressure transaction and walked away with a good deal.

I was extremely impressed with my salesman, Dave. He took the time to explain different things to me and to hear exactly what I was looking for in a new car. The entire process, which can be very intimidating, was extremely smooth and easy. There were absolutely no surprises. This is my fourth Toyota from this dealer and I would not hesitate to purchase another in the future.

Had a great experience dealing with Mr. Duvan Gallego. This is our family's 2nd car lease in less than a year and both times we went through it with him and he was very pleasant to deal with and friendly with my mom. Hope to see more of him soon.

From the moment I walked in off the street, without an appointment, Duvan was with me every step of the way helping me find the next Toyota I really wanted to own. His patience and diligence helped me drive out that same day with the RAV4 hybrid XLE I really wanted! He has continued to help with "all the little things" and is always available when I call him. He knows his cars, and financial matters well, but his friendly and assuring personality helped to make this sale my most comfortable and satisfying one in all my Toyota years. Second Toyota Purchase within six months......

I myself purchased a 2019 Corolla in November of 2018 (my second Corolla). When my father needed a new car it was a no brainer on where to go and which salesperson I wanted to deal with. Without hesitation I called Simon, who was my salesperson, and he gave me a great price over the phone and it was a done deal. My father is 88 years old and I must say that Simon was very patient with him when we went to pick up the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Simon. I have also been going here for service for years and the service department has never been anything but helpful, fast and efficient.

We just bought a RAV4 Hybrid from Fred D'Argenio at Towne Toyota. There's a lot to learn about the car and we're taking our time going through all of the features. Fred was a true gentleman during the sales process, patient and fair. He even helped us set up the car with my iPhone, even though the dealership was about to close for the night. This is the second car we've purchased from Towne Toyota - a very pleasant experience each time.

This was my first new car. Marco was very helpful and attentive. He seemed genuine and didn't make us feel like we were getting a sales pitch. He was eager to answer any questions that we had, got everything set up quickly, and made the experience more enjoyable. Marco went out of his way to ensure the car was in top condition before handing it over. Highly recommend!

Great dealership. We shopped around for a new Toyota Highlander XLE for over a month at other dealerships. I called Towne Toyota on the phone and talked to Marco to see if he can work out a deal for us before I took a ride to there dealership. He asked what price I wanted to be at and he delivered.
