Wonderful experience with Alex, he made sure we had everything we needed. He was willing to work with us, went above and beyond, and ultimately helped us to become Acura customers. Amazing car, amazing service.
Our experience in buying our new 2017 Acura MDA was outstanding. All of the staff at Precision Acura of Princeton were highly professional, very knowledgeable, pleasantly courteous and appropriately attentive.
It was extremely easy in both customer service, knowledge
This has not been the norm, in many leases that I've had. In thirty years of leasing this was a very good experience, price was good customer service was great all persons I dealt with were professional
Happy to be part of the Precision Acura of Princeton Family
Precision Acura of Princeton Sales & Service teams are "TOP NOTCH"! My experience working with the Manager, Charlie & Sales rep, Alex Denis was so, seamless. There was literally no stress involved and I am so, happy with my new Acura! The service team is friendly, caring and most importantly make you feel as if you are at home while waiting for your car to be serviced. Way to go to all involved at Precision Acura!
We were only looking at two used cars we found online. We expressed that upfront and Raj did not treat us any differently than if we were new car shopping. We test drove the vehicles, Raj explained about each model and the differences of their 2017 counterparts. We left thinking an Acura might be the car for us (we are a Toyota family). After a couple of days, we contacted Raj to setup a
test drive of the 2017 TLX. We liked the ride and feel of the new Acura and considered ourselves opportunity shoppers. After a short negotiation, we signed the papers and a week later drove home in our new 2017 TLX. Raj and his supporting managers were extremely easy to deal with and did not apply the hard sell which would have ended our Acura research on the first visit. Highly recommend working with Raj and Princeton Acura.
The worst most unprofessional experience I've ever experienced. Looked at a (used) vehicle,on a Tues.,agreed to price, filled out, app.for credit report and was told they would contact me on wed.so they would run some numbers for the payments we agrees to.I call wed. @12p.m.,was told they would call me back and heard nothing. Thursday, get a call 10a.m. stating they were still running numbers for rates, they will call me back.Friday I receive a call stating I need to put money down in order to get the payments we agreed on,I offered half of what they said I needed, states he will call me back.Sat. the original salesman calls and tells me he can put me into a different vehicle which was not comparable to the vehicle we agreed on,cost more than the original one we agreed on.Told them no thanks and why they offered different car was because it was a newer model.Drove past dealership Saturday evening and the car we agreed on was not even in the lot.I phoned them asking about the car being available, they told me car was just sold.I understand the math on newer vehicles and longer terms,I bought a 1yr. Older vehicle same term and payment than the vehicle we agreed on from a dealer less than 1mi. away.A fish rots from the head down, have yet to be contacted after several emails stating how unpleasant my experience was.
The most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.
After choosing the the car I wanted to buy, I went to Edmunds.com. They helped me see what price I could expect to pay in my area. Seeing a $2500 price difference from sticker price, I brought in the quote. Precision Acura met that price to the dollar. It was very easy and so non-stress. I would do this again. :)
I hade a great experience with this dealership they provide legendary service. I bought TL fully loaded it was amazing, first i did comparison between TSX & TL they both are nice Both are power full but like TL better. The only thing that bother me was that i have to wait long time, other then that every thing was perfect. i would hightly recommend that you should give it a try. My sales person Name Ahmed was really nice he made sure that his costumer was tottaly satisfied.
Do not vist or buy from this dealer. They will trick you into the deal
I brought a 2011 MDX
from this dealer. I submitted online request for a particular color. They promised me that, they have the color and delivered me the car with a color that is closer to the color I asked for. I have request to the dealer, please be honest to your customer. If you cannot meet the customers specification, please mention it up-front, the customer may settle for a different option. Do not try to trick the customer into a deal.
I never expected this type of shady experience from a luxury car dealer. The deal was an ordeal, from choosing the color to fixing the price. The dealer refused to refund my deposit, I was forced to buy the car (dealer was selling the color they had not the color I asked for)
Now I have to find reliable and trust worthy dealer to service my car. Loosing one customer may not be big deal for the dealer.
I had a great experience with them.Purchased a CPO Acura TL.Curt was the salesman and he was very knowledgeable and curtious. Got the price that I wanted, most of the paperwork for financing with AcuraFS was done online, set up the delivery date and got the car, hassle free experience.
Very poor costumer service, they indirectly insult your intelligence. Tried buying a TL from them. The worst experience of buying a car every. Left them a down payment and when i came back to pick up the car there was several issues with it. They refused to give me another car and ended up keeping the deposit. Reported them to BBB.. hope i can get my money back.
Went to Precision Acura in hopes of purchasing a 2010 TL AWD w/Teck package that I had requested a price quote for through the internet. Met Tom, internet guy, then met Otto the salesman. Otto was very profesional and after I test drove the TL I was given a trade-in quote of $27,500.00 0n a 2009 lexus IS250 in exelent condition with 6151 miles.
You have no idea how pissed off I got with that quote, they were trying to rip me off. EDMUNDS.com and KELLEY BLUE BOOK.com had the IS250 valued at between $27,600.00 (need of big time reconditioning) and $32,000.00 (exelent condition). Needless to say, I asked for no less than $32,000.00 knowing that I would not get it, but it did not matter, I just wanted out of there.
I drove approximetly 50 round trip to do buisness with this dealership, and that will never happen again.
Sales force treated us like "bottom feeders" If they had only known...
I have visted the Precision Acura dealership several times and interacted to my delight with Tom, the internet sales manager. However, this is the only good experience that I've had with this dealership.
On my first test driving experience, my wife and I met with Otto, a new salesman to the dealership. Once we finished the average test drive, we proceeded to discuss the price. After sharing with him him what we were looking for in the price, he in no uncertain terms let us know that we were at the "wrong dealership." My original offer reflected a near average of what NADA, Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue Book suggested as retail price. I was not asking for anything outrageous.
Having thick skin, I decided to visit the dealership again a week or so later. After finding a nice MDX and communicating with Tom again, I agreed to take this for a test drive. We met with Eric, who seemed put off that he had to help someone. Thinking little of his pompous attitude, we drove the car and agreed to discuss the price further. Sitting at his desk I mentioned the price that Tom had emailed me earlier and gave the email chain to Eric. I offered a price that was lower, as any well-informed buyer would. He promptly told me no. I suggested that we meet in the middle. Again my offer was in line with recommended internet pricing. We discussed this furhter and Eric said that he would check with his sales manager, Mike Sullivan. Mike shook our hands, and we again submitted our offer. He told us that the car was priced low to bring people in and that there was no room for any additional flexibility. I told him that I understand there's a bottom line but explained that I would be paying mostly in cash, that my financing was ready to go, and that we'd be ready to sign a deal immediately. He bruskly responded that this car was priced for the "bottom feeders," making it clear that we were stupid for wanting to negotiate a slightly lower price. We left completely offended.
Mind you that I could pay cash for nearly any car on the lot if I wanted. I'm a well informed consumer, and because I understand finance and maintain a budget, I have set a limit to what I will spend on a car. I found their demeanor and tone insulting, and my wife is still upset about how she was treated. I'm still going to purchase a car, but you can be confident that I will not be spending any of my money at this dealership.
Most people are quick to complain, but slow to provide positive points about a business/store or sales contacts. I wish to make known that in the past searching for a new car and best price was not enjoyable. It was a challenge at best. My compliments to Tom the internet contact at Precision Acura for his responsiveness for price and answering any of my questions or concerns. I did shop around to test both the price quoted and the response from other dealers. Tom was the best price bar none and kept in touch with me over the following week. I made an appointment with Tom and when I arrived he immediately got me a sales person to help me. Curt G was one of the best car sales people I have ever dealt with. Curt is very knowledgable about Acura cars and also about other vehicles I was considering. He confirmed my decision about purchasing the TSX. I now was happy about the price and the car. The purchase and delivery process was made very clear by Curt and I took delivery 2 days later. It was a painless process and I highly recommend anyone looking for an Acura to go on line or seek out both Tom and Curt. They are well trained and professional gentlemen! Cheers to management for having such good people as part of their team.
For the 1st time in a long time I had one of the best car buying experiences at Precision Acura of Princeton. I was shopping on the Internet like most of us now do and put a request into Precision Acura. They responded almost immediately which I was surprised at. they had all the information I requested ready for me when they called me. I was looking for a new 2009 Acura TL with Navigation. The representative I spoke with was Kevin O'Hara. He was very professional and courteous. After receiving other emails and calls from other dealers I chose Precision Acura because they got right back to me and gave me what I was looking for. All I needed to do was tell them when I was going to visit to finalize the deal. Upon arrival at the dealership my car that I was looking at was parked out front for me waiting. I was able to test drive the car and finished the paperwork very easily and ended up taking it home that day! From the initial response from Precision Acura to the finance Mgr Frank, the whole process was very easy and stress free. They gave me the information I needed without any games to pressure me to buy now. They were respectful of my time and worked with me the way I was hoping someone would unlike these other dealers who just want you buy immediately.
I highly recommend Precision Acura Of Princeton for their professionalism and personability to making a car buying experience stress free! Way to go Precision!!!
If my only option was to deal with Precision Acura in Lawrenceville, NJ I would not have bought an Acura. I requested a online quote from them and all they wanted was for me to call them. That's not the spirit of online quotes. They are arrogant and the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. I never received the quote and all they did was challenge other quotes I received. I ended up getting my Acura from Open Road even though Precision was in my backyard. Do your self a favor and if your shopping for an Acura don't go near Precision all that will happen is you walk away frustrated.
THEY ARE THE WORSE, I don't think I would even recommend them to my enemies.
