When dropping off the car I was greeted by the professional staff in a cordial manner. My car went right in for the scheduled service and was ready at the time they stated. All the work was accomplished and the car returned in a prompt manner. The service advisor was knowledgable, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with.

something went wrong on my vehicle on a weekend so I left it at the service center and put my keys in the overnight slot. the service manager called me by 8am Monday morning and had already diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the afternoon. the service team did a great job and really helped me out of a bad situation

Best Ford dealership in Northern NJ

I brought my 2011 in for service - a power steering recall and inability to pass NJ inspection. Service managers are EXCELLENT at Verner-Cadby. The inspection issue was another recall about which I was unaware. I literally have 4 Ford dealerships closer to my house, but I will go out of my way to buy from Verner-Cadby again and have my vehicles serviced there because of the positive experiences of both for the last 5 years!

2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid Service was excellent. They gave me a loner car so I would have to sit there the entire day. I had questions about Navigation software which they answered. Turns out the service needs to be purchased through the dealer.

The best dealership and car buying experiance

I just bought my second car from Verner-Cadby Ford. The first is a 2012 Ford Fusion SE that I bought used. I have had no problems with the car and the one recall notice was handled quickly and painlessly for me. The sales person I worked with on that car, Paul, was a pleasure to work with. Knew his stuff, was good with getting answers and was able to teach the Sync systems quickly and clearly. The second car is a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium purchased new. I worked with Tom and Carl for this purchase. Tom, like Paul, was able to explain the MyTouch system clearly and was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the car. Carl worked with me to make sure I got the best financing options and to get me the best price on the car. Very pleased and satisfied with all my dealings with this dealership. I didn't feel at any time that they were rushing or pressuring me to buy the car before I was ready and I feel they have stood behind the sales. I have never liked going to the highway dealerships. You never see the same faces twice, the pressure to buy starts the moment you walk in the door and the service departments are impersonal rather than helpful and friendly. With Verner-Cadby I feel like I am shopping at an old time small-town dealership without feeling like I am being overcharged for the privilege. Probably my dealership of choice for many years to come as long as Ford builds cars I want to drive.

The service at Verner Cadby is always excellent. My latest service was pretty expensive but necessary, and Rich took good care of me. He gave me a free oil change, along with a long-term customer discount, and all the issues were resolved. My car has almost 100,000 miles, and the service at Verner-Cadby has kept the car almost like new.
