It was a great experience- I was looking at a car in Manhattan and you made it possible to purchase the car in NJ and I was able to pick up the car the same day. I have not received my registration for PA and my temporary tags expired July 11th.

An Ordinary Dealership Selling a Luxury Automobile

I purchased a new Range Rover Evoque from this dealership. Everything was done on line or on the phone. I found the vehicle I wanted on line. It was in Alexandria VA. My closest dealership was Land Rover Cherry Hill NJ. I was told Virginia was outside the area where dealers exchange vehicles without charge to the customer. The charge was somewhere around $500.00. I was told there would be no deal on the vehicle, but the transport charge will be absorbed by the dealership. I tried then to negotiate on my trade in (a 2016 Buick Encore with 4000 miles on it). I asked when they saw the trade in maybe a higher quote would be possible. I was told that would be fine. I got nothing. The trade in was perfect. I was given some kind of an insurance policy for dings, wheels, glass etc. The insurance seems like a sham to me. They said it was a $2000.00 value. All paper work on the Evoque seemed to take longer than necessary. Receipt of the Title took forever (over a month). All in all, I very rarely thought that this was a luxury dealership.

Fix one thing, break another - then deny, deny and lie.

Very millennial attitudes. Bad service. There is a reason there are no positive reviews for Land Rover Cherry Hill Got angry and abusive when I returned a negative survey. Did not reply when I requested names of their superiors. Owner ignored entire discussion. Servicing a Land Rover in Willow Grove PA to Cherry Hill NJ is a fine example of bad to worse. My perfectly working LR was brought to LR in Willow Grove to fix a front seal leak. They fixed it and the leak got worse. They said they didn't do it. Brought vehicle to LR Cherry Hill, they said somebody broke it wherever it was fixed - without saying LR Willow Grove. LR Cherry Hill returned my car with a dashboard hanging off and wires hanging out and said I did it. Then they fixed it and broke my radio - they of course said I did it. I complained in THEIR survey, and ERIC TOLD me - like he's the one paying me - to come down and he'd fix it, then I was not to return to LR again - because I complained on a LR survey. Charming.. Awful technicians who can't seem to put your car back together again, terrible, remorseless service manager lacking any kind of accountability, and the prices? Ouch
