This dealership damaged my new truck. And not only that they tried to cover it up and not tell me.been over a month with no response. And I have a new 17 ram with a wavey Bondo and rippled door and scratches all over. This is the most unprofessional dealership ever. The entire staff at Cherry Hill Dodge are very professional. During my recent visit to their Dealership , I was very pleased with the way I was treated from beginning to end. Not only was I impressed with the appearance of their showroom , but I was able to find the exact vehicle that was advertised on their lot. The salesman , along with the sales manager walked my through the entire process . Just to mention a few names of the staff that created a pleasant experience during my visit : Mike , Derrick , Joe , Ernie , Andre , Leon and especially Adam . SCAM!!! / Bait and Switch!!!
Called Cherry Hill Dodge to confirm two deals they were offering on their site were correct and was told they were. Both SUVs were shown on the Cherry Hill Dodge Website as $20,500. Called again to confirm the exact cars were on the lot before leaving my house, once again I was told they were and would be waiting for me. Once I got there, after driving over an hour, I was told they were on a second lot. We were given a ride to the second light in a much lesser version of the same model, a Journey, only to be told they could not find the cars. When we got back to the main dealership we were told they sold both cars earlier that day and just forgot apparently. I left quite frustrated and within 10 minutes they called back and said they had found one of these vehicles and if we came back they would give a better deal that was posted on the Cherry Hill Dodge Website to make up for our inconvenience, remember this price was $20,500. When they came back with the better deal it was now $24,000. I reminded them, actually showed them the post on the site for that exact vehicle for the $20,500. I then got to meet the manager, this was the 3rd person who introduced themselves as the manager but this one was so full of it I had to finally realize this organization is just sleazy. Do yourself a favor and do not believe anything on the Cherry Hill Dodge Website, they are not an honest company.

I just graduated from College and bought a car from Cherry Hill Dodge. Being a college student, I didnt have a lot of money to spend, but they were able to find me a nice reliable used car that fit within my budget. Nouras was my salesman and he walked me through everything and was very nice to deal with. I also got an extended warranty for much cheaper than I thought it would be.
We had a great time buying our new Jeep
I would have to disagree with some of the bad reviews for this dealership, as my husband and I just had a great experience at Cherry Hill Jeep. We had been looking for Jeep Grand Cherokee for several months and had already been to several dealerships. Cherry Hill Jeep gave us the best deal of any dealership we had been to. They were polite and respectful and the entire process was super easy. We will definitely be back for our next car.

We has a pleasant experience at this dealership. This was our first new car purchase. A family member referred us to this dealership. We made an appointment with our sales man prior to coming in. Our sales man, Will B., went through the dealership inventory prior to us coming in and chose a car that he thought would best fit our needs. Me, not wanting to settle for our first choice, asked to see other cars. He walked us all over the lot. We finally settled on the car he chose a 2011 Dodge Caliber. It was perfect for us. Since we were shopping online prior to coming in, he gave us the online pricing. It was MUCH less than the sticker price. Overall we has a great experience! Thanks Will!
No customer service whatsoever!
I found a used Chrysler 300 on their website but the pictures were inconclusive. I asked 3 different salespeople on 3 separate calls if they could check if the car had a moonroof, chrome wheels and a mesh grille. They all gave me lip service and would not return my call since I could not get to their lot today. I explained I live 2 hours away and would be there by the weekend and yet the calls were ignored. I called the sales manager named Brian and he said his salespeople were not motivated to answer my questions because "They are selling cars TODAY". He expects me to drive 2 hours to see if a car has chrome wheels and a moonroof? The car appeared to be exactly what I was looking for yet rude and indifferent encounters from 4 separate employees put an end to that.
EASY AND FUN PURCHASE!!!!!
I traded in a Dodge Journey purchased there 2yrs ago... I was able to get into a leased 2013 Jeep Patriot Lattitude 50.00cheaper a month! Both Nouras S.(#1 salesman 2012 and GM Rick P. went beyond making us feel like family and getting the deal that i was comfortable with! Nice group of people.... 3 car purchased there and will continue to buy and send friends and family there!!! thank you!
No customer respect, lied about inventory
I bought 26 cars over the years and this is the worst [non-permissible content removed] car dealer I've ever dealt with. Bought 4 jeeps, looking for my 5th. Needed to test drive a jeep they had on their website. Called to confirm in triplicate jeep was on their lot and at the right address with the right model number. It was confirmed. Arrived and no one could find it. "...oh its on our lot over here, no wait its on our lot over there, no wait its gone the GM is driving it..." After giving us the run around for over an hour, we left. If your in the business of selling cars, why wont you sell me a car? As we drive off the vehicle I see the jeep we want parked in the back of the lot. After wasting two hours of my time and confronting them about the car parked on the lot the whole time, they offered to pull it around. I promptly gave them a piece of my mind and told them [non-permissible content removed]. Nothing but a [non-permissible content removed] from the manager on down. I will make sure all my customers and all my constituents know what kind of business this is and recommend they avoid it at all costs.
Would Not Honor the Online Quote
I came to sell my 2010 Mustang and trade-in for a 2013 Challenger. I was quoted online a lower price than the inflated price they would not budge from when we sat down, "We have to make a profit too" They gave me full KBB for my trade in, but made me wait a long time to retrieve the car, the car was not clean and had a dent in the passenger door and some scratches that I discovered later. I would not buy another car from this dealer nor would I recommend this dealer to anyone.
Got what I wanted
I knew the exact jeep I wanted down to the VIN number. As a result, I arrived met the salesmen, drove to a satellite lot and test drove it back to the showroom. Filed the paperwork and drove it home. Piece "a" cake.
Buy this not that
Despite picking out two vehicles from on line inventory we spen 2.5 hours looking for the vehicles to test drive. After driving with the salesman to 3 different storage lots, the cars could not be found and they then tried to sell me more than what I wnated.
