Don't go here. worst customer service
I bought a C300 2015 , car has had a world of problems & the service manager & reps are the worst. I brought my car back so many times & they never fixed the problem, I had to bring it to another dealer for them to actually fix it. Also had tickets sent to me because they drove through ez pass. The service manger basically told me the rep paid it & they didn't tell me till weeks after I had kept calling & asking about it. They made it seem as if I did something wrong. Completely disrespectful & unprofessional. Don't buy a C300 or any car from here. Worst benz dealer in North Jersey.
Excellent Car, Very Poor Delivery Experience
I rarely take to the Internet to express negative experiences but this one bears telling. I purchased a CPO 2013 SL550 from Open Road of Bridgewater and took delivery on March 22nd 2016. My salesman was Jarred Manzone. Because I bought the car out-of-state, I conducted the negotiation for the purchase via telephone and email, ultimately agreeing on a price. I took care of financing myself through USAA's car buying service so the dealership provided no services to me vis a vis financing. They were paid for the car, extended warranty, taxes, and state fees almost 7 days before I picked it up. I flew up to Newark from Indiana the morning of March 23nd, and was picked up from the airport by Jarred, who took me back to the dealership to begin delivery (the gesture was much appreciated.) The process took all afternoon during which the finance representative, Nick Powell, attempted to upsell me various third party warranties and services (I had ALEADY purchased the maximum duration CPO extended warranty through Mercedes Benz and given the dealership my money for it). Throughout the course of the delivery experience, I had to remind Jarred several times about items the car should have been delivered with (keyless GO adapter, owners manual, floor mats, SiriusXM and Mbrace activations etc). In the interest of fairness, I would like to mention that Jarred was attentive and professional throughout the sales process. Because I was out-of-state, I pestered him with questions remotely for a couple of weeks and he was always polite and helpful. Ultimately, after spending the entire afternoon in the dealership, I was forced to accept the car without working Sirius and no MBrace. Instead of activating these services for me ahead of time, as the local indianapolis MB dealer does, they left this until the last minute and discovered the car would require at least another hour in the dealership's service department. It was already the end of the day and I was on a tight schedule to get the car back to Indiana. These two items had to be repaired and activated by another dealer in Indianapolis after I got home with the car. This left me without the use of the car for two days. Because Open Road took responsibility for registering my car with the state of Indiana, I took possession of the car with a 20 day New Jersey "Drive Away" tag that expired on April 10th, 2016. As that date approached and I still was without Indiana plates for the car, I contacted the dealership and was given the run around for over a day until my salesman texted to inform me that they were missing a document (VIN Clearance from Indiana State Police proving the car wasn't stolen). This I had already provided and have a return receipt for it signed by an "R. Cofield" at the dealership, well in advance of the temp tag expiration. I did get another original of this document signed by a Hendricks County (Indiana) deputy sheriff and overnighted it to the dealership via FedEx, who confirmed delivery. On April 11th, I lost the use of my car because it would be illegal to drive it on the expired temp tag and Open Road has still failed to register it. I have made numerous calls to the dealership that go unreturned, including to the General Manager, Michael Tedesco, who has been completely unresponsive. The last communication I've received was a text message from Jarred Manzone telling me that the process was in the hands "of the Service". It is now April 27th, 2016 and the Indiana BMV has no record of any attempt by the dealership to register my car and I cannot drive it. They have had my money with which to pay the sales tax and registration / license plate fees since before I took delivery of the car. I did elevate my complaint to MB-USA, and while they were attentive to my problem, they were unable to offer any assistance other than contacting the dealership on my behalf. The representative, Royce, spoke with the pre-owned sales manager, Issac Morgan, who promised would contact me, but absolutely did not. With no other options apparent to me, I've been left to retain a lawyer to sue the dealership so that I can regain the use of my new car. I've been driving Mercedes Benz cars exclusively since a w126 560SEL saved my life in 1993 and have since owned 9 of them. My w140 S500 has over 325,000 miles on it. My r129 SL500 has almost 200,000 miles. I have no issue with the brand; Mercedes Benz makes world class automobiles. This dealer, however, has proven unworthy to represent the brand. I would not recommend this dealership to an enemy, much less a friend of colleague.
Valuable Advice with Mike
I purchased at C300 and took quite some time to make a decision. Michael Vurchio was very patient with me and offered valuable advice. When negotiating, he offered a very good deal and the negotiations went very smoothly. Customer service has been great and would definitely recommend them others.
A Great Experience
Being a women entering a dealership is a hard thing to do. At the other stores I visited the salesmen there kept asking me if my boyfriend or husband will be coming in to help with the purchase. I was getting very fed up with the whole buying a car situation, but then I met Michael Vurchio. He treated me like I was family, he was not pushy, he just delivered the facts about purchasing a Mercedes. So I did purchase a Mercedes from Mike even though I raised my budget over 20,000 and can not be happier that I met a true professional.
The experience at this dealer was amazing the sales team and managers put me and my family in the car we wanted they made the process nice and easy.. Thank you Claudio
What an amazing experience from the moment we where greeted hello by the receptionist to having met Nick, Scott (our salesman) & Julia in finance. No stress, no pressure & such incredible customer service... Definitely will be going back for our 3rd lease & will recommend to family & friends.
Above and beyond
Exceptional Service. This is my 2nd Merceds & I keep going back to Open Road and Michael Vurchio becasue of their exceptional customer service. Their customer service, attention to detail & quality of work are always beyond my expectaions. He really went above & beyond and truly provided me a great overall experience. I recommend everyone buy & serive their car at the dealership.
Blown Away by Nick and Open Road MB
I leased my first Mercedes from Nick Powell at Open Road MB. I could not have asked for a better experience. It was my first ever lease and I had a ton of questions. Nick was patient, caring, honest, transparent, and provided the greatest customer service possible. Although I live almost 2 hours away, I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs in the future. My family and I will be customers of Nick and Open Road for life.
Excellent Mercedes-Benz Dealership
I have been a long time customer at Open Road Mercedes of Bridgewater, and everything has been great! The service is great, the service, and the show room! I have purchased many vehicles from this dealership and have been more than satisfied with them and the dealer. This is an excellent dealer, and I certainly recommend coming here for sales and service! Best Mercedes-Benz dealer.
A Memorable Experience with a Noteworthy Team
I was absolutely astounded that I could trade in a vehicle, shop for a vehicle, and depart with a vehicle - all in one afternoon. This required a coordinated and seamless effort by a team of people, each of whom was genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle and cognizant of our every need. This polite and polished team could teach a course in teamwork!
An extremely pleasant experience
An absolute lovely experience dealing with Neil G. This is our first luxury purchase. I/we spoke to a few dealers over the phone before paying a visit and rightfully so. From the moment I had my conversation with Neil, he was very pleasant and very attentive to our budget. We were given 100% no obligated attention with a test drive. Not only did we purchase the vehicle, but they delivered it too with a big red bow (my wifes early birthday present), which I promised that Ill return. Bottom line, when we are financially ready to purchase another luxury vehicle, we will only return to Open Road. Thank you Neil for making this happen.
Great Shopping Experience !!
Overall I could not be happier with our decision about purchasing my new GLK 350 from Open Road. Bob ( car manager ) and Marks ( Sales) effort in helping us navigate through all the normal questions was above and beyond what we have come to expect from the car buying experience. They are a true asset to Open Road as well as us. To sum it up they were wonderful, we felt no pressure to purchase. We felt they were honest and transparent, people that you can trust. The day we stopped in we had no idea that we would be purchasing a car. We spent 8 hours with them, the dealership remained open after hours for us. Were not there to buy but look, we only went to one dealership; Open Road. In the end we were so satisfied we purchased two autos; one for me GLK 350 and my wife C300. I have a feeling this is something that does not happen everyday.
I gave a high response because of my experience with Claudio. He was so nice to deal with and treated me as if i was the most important customer he had. I will be back in a few years to buy my next Mercedes! Great place great people!
Best Salesman - Michael Frustaci
By far the nicest person I have ever met in sales!! My father had purchased a brand new Mercedes for the first time in his life and he was just the happiest person in the world but Michael helped make his dreams come true! My father does not speak English very well and Michael was so patient with him in trying to explain every aspect about the car.. he was a complete pleasure! I felt Michael was on our side throughout the entire process and he even helped work with the price as much as he could.. I cant thank him enough for going out his way to meet my father to explain more stuff about the car ON HIS DAY OFF!! there needs to be more people like him in this world!
A few months ago I leased my E-350 from Open Road in Bridgewater. From my internet inquiry to the delivery of my car the whole process went smoothly. My salesman Mark G. was knowledgable and the sales managers (Paul and Isaac) were complete gentlemen. When it came time for the delivery of the car another sales manager named Carl helped show me all of the features and spent enough time with me until I felt comfortable using it. Carl told me that he started his career with Mercedes in the mid 1970's (almost 40 years of experience). After all is said and done it's safe to say that they have my business now and in the future.
My experience with Millenium service has been great for 9 years on 3 Benz's
I have been going to Millenium exclusively for 9 years now on the 3 cars I bought from them and have had no problems with them at all. They have always been totally courteous to me and even try to save me money by letting me know what can wait until next time. Every time I get the car back from them it seems to run like a new car. They just seem to have the golden touch to get everything right. They wash it, give me a loaner car, and always answer every question in person or by phone. I actually kept buying Mercedes because of the superb service there. It's always a pleasant experience to go there. I have no affiliation with them besides being a customer.
Never again!!!! Horrible Experience
It started with a simple tire purchase and ended in a nightmare...I brought my convertible for a tire replacement and 30K service appt. My tire was replaced without the wheel being checked and after a winter full of potholes it turned out that my wheel was cracked. I picked up my car after 2 days of repairs and brought it home. Went out the next day only to come out of a restaurant and be told that I had a flat...I could not understand how the tire replaced just a few hours before was not flat and ruined. It was around 12:00 on Sat. I called the rude service department and was put on hold forever approx 20 minutes. When the service advisor finally got on the phone she was horrible to me. I asked her if they could bring me a loaner car since I was in a bind and now had a flat and had to pick up my 80 Year old uncle from a train to bring him to the hospital to visit my dad. Jaime told me that they could not do this and that my only option was to find someway to get to the dealer on my own and pick up the loaner car. The issue was their fault and I could not believe how I was treated. She refused to help me no matter how urgent I explained the issue was. She actually hung up on me and put the phone on forward to voice mail since they were closing shortly and she figured she would wait out the time. I called the Sales Manager or was also of no help. She also did not even leave me the loaner car as she had promised and basically I was now stranded for the weekend. I called the head of the dealership on Monday and I was completly amazed at how he stuck up for his rude employee and basically told me it was my fault because I was not nice to her...I will never give them another dime of business nor will I ever by a Mercedes again. They are truly the most horrible company I have ever dealt with. I have had almost every type of luxury car and I will never ever buy a Mercedes again. They treat their customers like garbage and I only hope that in this economy they are put out of business as they deserve. They need to learn that customers are always treated with respect, especially those that buy 65,000 cars and 400.00 tires. Keep away from them...I also had many other service issues with them where things they fixed rebroke on several occasions.
Millennium Auto Group
This dealership was a pleasure to work with during the sales process. There was no pressure from the sales team and they offered a great price from the beginning. Anthony Lire, General Sales Manager, and Jorge Rivera, Sales Associate, where extremely helpful and did their best to get me the best price.
