My back windshield had been vandalized and the service department was able to take care of the repair quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Horrible Experience"S"

I scheduled my car for a 12:30pm Service appointment, was told it would take 45 minutes, so i went to a restaurant next door. 45 minutes later I returned and my car was still sitting in the service lane, unmoved with the keys in it. My car is a 2014 Camaro and the fact that it wasn't stolen is just luck. Anyway Im then told that all the service techs went to lunch... even though I made my appointment a week prior. It then took 45 more minutes to for them to bring my car in and finish. $47 is what i was charged for something that is A: not that expensive (and I'm fine with paying OUT OF CONVENIENCE) B: Takes only 30 minutes to do. Suffice to say this was the second time i brought my car here to be serviced and since the first time took an hour and 15 minutes this time took over an hour and a half, it will be my last time returning to Delessio Chevrolet.

Refused Warranty Service after Sale

after bringing my corvette in for service and having it returned damaged, dirty, and with poor quality work performed on it i submitted a poor customer review. when the dealership heard that i gave a poor customer review response i was denied by the owner from getting my car serviced at the dealership. very poor business practices. would not recommend.

WARNING DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! I never take the time to write a review, but if I can help others not to get ripped off, than I did a great service. This was previously Scerbo..& that dealer was good. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with. Scerbo sold me a lube for Life Program....when Dalessio took over he did not Honor it!! If your buying the company your buying the contracts as well.....& you do not want to go the the Service Dept...they are the worst especially the service Manager he doesnt know what he is doing & in plain English is a [violative content deleted] with a very bad attitude....On 2 different occasions I brought my car in for repairs they charged me around $1,000 & now my car has problems with exactly with what they fixed! Ive brought it back to them around 8 times & they can not figure it out. Im currently taking my business elsewhere....the best decision I've made this new dealer Its wonderful fixes problems immediately. So I hope that this word is past along so I can save many people from going to this Dealer...Im a firm believer of what goes around comes around. If anyone writes anything postive its only because they are probably related etc.
