Avoid This Dealership
I saw a 2017, Mazda CX3 advertised on Sansone Mazda's web page. The vehicle was listed as $23,210. I was told that this price did not include the options that were already on the car and that with those options the price was over $25,000. I was then told that the advertised price was an error. When I asked about all the other advertised prices. the manager said that he wasn't sure. I would suggest that you look for a more honest dealership !!!!
Best Selling Experience Ever
Upon arrival I was greeted with a great sense of professionalism yet relaxed demeanor. Throughout the entire process Elvin remained smooth and entirely focused on what my family and I wanted. Not once did he try to over-sell me on any feature. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and refrained from "asking for the sale". It was a complete pleasure working with Elvin and his support staff. Management should feel very proud to have such an admirable young man representing their selling staff with poise, attentiveness and overall unremarkable professionalism. I've shared my buying experience with all my friends and peers and will not advise they buy from anyone else. Mr. Rosario has a promising future in automotive sales for sure. I plan on buying a car from him where ever he may reside. - Jefferson O Lopez
My experience on my 2nd lease of a Mazda at Sansone auto
I have to say, aside from the bank taking the most amount of time to approve the lease. The staff at Sansone Mazda in new jersey was beyond professional and accomidating. From the salesman Chris (lease return manager) to the manager ,and the finance dept. I had an awesome experience on leasing my 3rd car from them. I cannot put on paper, the way they made us feel as repeat customers. It's just a great feeling knowing the team I have behind me when I go back for my next vehicle.....and I will. Mazda vehicles have become superior in performance and reliability in my eyes in past 6 years. I wouldn't want to own any other vehicle. Hands down, the most comfortable, safe, reliable vehicle I have ever driven. The staff (chris) product knowledge was 2nd to none. This man knows his items....and he is a human being. Alot of salesman seem to have a robot like personality. Not this staff...thank you again. We will be back and we will send u buisness..
I went in to Sanson auto mall just to shop around for a new car ended up leaving with a new car. That's how great my sales rep was. Not only was he great he also was very caring to my needs for my new car. Thank you so much Thomas you rock like a rockstar
Avoid at all costs
Totally lied to me about out the door price of vehicle that I verified was there with them and found out they did not have and tried to bait/switch me to another one. Then they gave me quote and then started adding on extra fees after they gave me the out the door quote as I was paying by check/wire transfer. Once managers get involved they reneg. I went elsewhere and got car for less. avoid these people at all costs as they are dishonest.
I went in not expecting to anything, my credit not really good and I was greeted by The BEST salesman ever he made me feel at ease and said "I promise you will leave here with a reliable vehicle. Not only did I leave with a reliable vehicle but he was patient with me until I found the car that I absolutely love and It was affordable for my budget. While I was there my phone died he even searched for a compatible phone charger to power my phone, this guy is amazing if ever you visit this dealership ask for Christopher Carammucci Trust me you will be in the best hands this dealership has ( He's at the Mazda section )... He also had my car washed will we completed the paperwork and it was already clean.... By the way I also had the pleasure of meeting Susan Viegas very nice also.
Had a great experience buying my CX-5 here. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues test driving whatever I wanted. They did their best to match up with the options I wanted. Worked with me on pricing. The entire process was pretty much painless. I recommend both the dealership and the salesman, Ronnie Vitta.
Amazing Dealership and Sales Team
Best car buying experience ever! No hassle, friendly, knowledgeable, and stress free environment. Thanks to Ronnie Vitta and the Management team for making such a pleasurable atmosphere. Your hard work is truly appreciated.
Crafty, dishonest dealer.
Do not believe the price they posted on their website or any promotions they promised, they are lying to you about everything! When I thought I got the best price and ready to sign for a new car, they tried to charge me another 4000 dollars for equipment installation which is non-negotiable, what the fuck was that? Walked out the store quickly without any hesitation.
Worst experience ever
I went there with my dad to look at a 2014 Madza 3 and prior to this we called one of their employees she said it was available we drove over and hour to find out that it was "sold" they kept giving us excuses and their service was extremely unprofessional, I will never go back to that place ever, they were rude and we left unhappy. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.
The Worst! Don't waste your time
Let me just preface this review with the fact that this is truly my first ever time writing review. I find this important because honestly I have never found the need to actually write a review. This place really was the worst though. We went there over Memorial Day weekend and I truly believed we would be in for an awesome experience. Boy, was I wrong! We dealt mainly with the Mazda dealership and they were just the worst. Downright mean, sketchy, and un-engaging. Our salesperson was named Joe. He was nasty and really needed major anger management help. He was consistently snapping at my husband and was very condescending. This really should have been my first clue. They had given us an online quote which ended up being completely off. Then as we went for a test drive and Joe decided that stopping at the stop sign wasn't important. We were soo close to getting into an accident it was ridiculous. Joe instead of being apologetic began to yell and scream obscenities at the other driver. In regards to their policies, the entire Sansone Auto Mall is very unethical and are a complete scam. Their MSRP price is not really the price of the car because of the extra BS specials they put on the car which they don't tell you about until your about to sign a contract and then find out that someone "forgot" to put the extra sticker on the car you were looking at. When we found out about this extra sticker, we decided it was time to leave. As we were walking towards the door, Joe decided to go to one of the other salespeople and talk about us in front of us. I just couldn't believe the audacity. Never in my life have I seen this kind of behavior. If I could I probably would give this dealership negative stars. Please, please do not waste your time. There are so many better car dealerships around. This place needs to be shut down.
they send me an email on buy back offer with a 20% more than book value. They offered me half of what was shown in the book value. total was of time. One new vehicle the online offers 5k discount but their discount is 1k
got a quote from truecar for a new 2013 Mazda 3 from this dealer. The offer came from Alicia. Then spoke with an employee called Keisha at least 3 times over the phone. Told her CLEARLY I need standard options, manufacturer installed, no extras. She confirmed: the quote is firm plus there will be a NJ sales tax plus plate change ($150) and document fee ($379) for a liquid silver or dolphin grey color. The document fee is 'negotiable' but I would need to negotiate in person. Fine. Drove to the dealership, Keisha not there. A different guy assigned to me offered me dolphin grey, 'the only color for that price'. I saw him jumping the car, bc it has been on the lot for a while and the battery gave out. I asked if they could honor the liquid silver color commitment - no they wouldn't, because 'the msrp price would be $19,170 instead of $17,495 for dolphin great (really, $1,700 premium for a different color?)'. After the test drive, I said would like to pay and asked to give me the total price. The guy comes back to me with a price that is $3,600 more then Keisha's 3-times promised price and written quote. They stuffed the quote with bogus 'dealer-installed' options such as paint protection. I protested and said they need to honor the quote. The General Manager came, and asked me sarcastically if I wanted them to remove the dealer installed options. Total all-in price they gave me with taxes, bogus options and reversal of rebates was $19,780. Alicia's/ Keisha's quote was $16,185 (with $379 fee being 'negotiable'). What are these guys smoking? Do they really think that their buyers want the new car so much as to overpay $3,600+ to an unethical dealer, all because we drove 2o miles to the dealership. Do not buy from them. Walk away. This dealer is unethical, does not honor their prices, and stuff unsuspecting buyers with expensive and unnecessary dealer options. If you are reading this, dealer, I will describe my experience in every other online dealer review I can find. Today, to survive in business, you need to preserve and nourish your reputation, and you don't. You will not survive on recurring scam.
Be careful about the price -- ridiculous hidden price.
A reminder to all car buyers: Sansone marks price in a ridiculous way: In addition to regular car price, the dealer many unnecessary thing to the list with a totally unreasonable price. For example, Nitrogen tire inflation at most car service place is free but Sansone charge for $500+! Also, the document fees, car registration fees are at least 5 times higher than other car dealers! When you want to buy a car from them, make sure you know exactly what the reasonable price is, and do not let them cheat you! Fairly speaking, the sales people there are helpful and friendly, it is the dealer that is too greedy.
Stay Far Away!
I have been to many dealerships, Sansone Mazda has to be the WORST dealership I went to. Their employees were very unprofessional including the arrogant assistant manager Nick. They try to rip you off with false incentives and treat you like garbage.
False Advertising & Bait and Switch
Sansone gave me a firm price quote over the phone and by e-mail and then tried to charge me $3000+ more than what I was quoted after I got there. I received very aggressive pricing on-line from Buyer's Edge, which is run through TrueCar for a 2012 AWD CX-9 touring with moon roof and tailgate lift for $26,432 plus $349 doc fee, tax and registration. I then spoke with Marisa who followed up on my request and promised me the price is valid and the only fees I would pay are the $349 doc, tax and registration. That there are no other fees like window etching. She even looked the car up in her inventory to confirm and gave me an e-mail confirmation as well. I also had looked the car up on Sansone's website and it showed a MSRP of $36,702 not indicating any other options. Marisa told me that when I came in to ask for Dean, her manager, and he would write up the paperwork at that price. When I went in Dean gave me to a sales rep, Ken, who was very nice and showed me the car and took me on a test drive. He then gave me pricing that was about $13,000 more than what I was quoted. I showed him the pricing certificate and confirmation e-mail and he came back with the promised price plus over $3000 in required options including window etching, tire nitrogen, pinstriping and 3-year dent warranty. I then again reiterated my conversation with Marissa and the e-mail and he went to get John, not Dean. I explained the situation to John and he went to talk to his manager and then came back and would not honor their deal, saying they can not sell it at that price, pretty much pulling a combination of bait and switch and false advertising. Dean did not even give me the respect and courtesy to come over to speak with me. So I wasted three hours plus 45 minute driving time each way for them to try to rip me off. I do not recommend buying a car from Sansone.
Eric [non-permissible content removed]
The asst manager Eric was [non-permissible content removed] who was only able to continoulsy repeat his well reherased BS! The car I was interested in, they didnt have for me to test drive. Said that had a smiliar one, no difference in engine! I want to test drive what Im paying for and yet again he repeated himself. I said I will return once they had one, yet he insisted on $100 deposit!!! For what???? claimed he was the only one who would help me with my credit that no one else would. Also, tried to tell me that the sticker price was a great deal and I wouldnt find a better deal, Well, I'll take me chances. I highly recommand to save your money and time and go elsewhere. No one should be treated like this!
*~*DO NOT BELIEVE - DO NOT EVEN VISIT*~*
For once I was hopeful - that a dealer would honor his word, my friend said to go here but her troubles started after we already purchased our car. They waste your time on the entire sales process, they lie about free oil changes and they are nowhere to be found if there is a problem after purchase. They knowingly sold my daughter a car with illegal tinted window and lied to her face about the 3 free oil changes she was supposed to get the first year. Never go here, unless you want to be lied to. There are no deals here. Even the managers who eagerly introduce themselves and shake your hand, lie. Live and learn. Learn not to trust.
The best car buying experience ever!!
I know it's hard to believe. It's been 6 months since I bought my 2011 Maxima and I still don't believe how easy it was to get a great price. I have bought a 1983 280ZX and a 1995 Camry from Sansone. I (My wife) have leased a 1997 and 2001 Pathfinder from Staten Island Nissan and have purchased a 2004 Pathfinder from SI Nissan. The experience with the 2011 Maxima was the best car buying experience ever!! I didn't really need a car right before the winter started and I was only going to buy if I got my price which was $30k for an SV. The sticker was $35, 730. I know there was some incentives at the time. I test drove the car and wanted a color that they didn't have in inventory, and they had a lot of Maxima on the lot. We negotiated for about 20 minutes and the last offer was $30,500, and I took it. I figured $500 above what I thought was a ridiculous price was good enough for me. I had no problems when I picked up the car and was totally shocked that they did not try to sell me an extended warranty, alarm add-ons, or anything else. I've gone back twice for a free oil change and to check the alignment, radio, and passenger seat and have had no problems at all. I'll never ever go back to SI Nissan. I just can't believe how easy Sansone made the Maxima purchase. Maybe I just got lucky. And I'm always getting courtesy emails and phone calls about my car maintenance.
DO NOT ENTER!!!
Felt pressured the moment i went in, they undervalued my trade in. When i notified them I was going to keep my vehicle, they wanted to raise the price for the vehicle i was considering purchasing. That is when i decided to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, KEEP OUT!!
I contacted Sansone via internet- listed a certified Toyota Avalon 2007- I got to the show room - greeted nicely by rep --the test drive was good. I was interested in obtaining the car-- the good experience ended -- First -I was told that the certified price -- on the internet was not correct- I needed to add approximate $1600 more to make it certified -- I told the rep that this is not acceptable-- the rep told me that they will honor the advertised price-- I spoke to the internet sales rep prior to the show room and was told I can get 4,000 for the trade --I was told that they use galves -and the car was assessed at 3,000 the highest price given by Galves for this car --- the manager said- I would get the 4,000. I also mentioned to sales rep that there was a $2,000 off on any car- purchase from Sanson --I was told that this did not apply to this car- I had estimated that the trade in of 4,000 plus the cost of the internet price would be around $250/ month-- I also told the rep I wanted a monthly figure on the car without the taxes -- understood that will be additional --the Salesmanager quoted me a price of $320/month. I walked out the show room feeling like I was going to fleesed by this dealership- Please note that- the coupon did not preclude this car. I tried to speak to someone high up in Sansoon -- none one but a finance mgr got back to me. I requested again to speak to someone higher up --the manger I spoke to did not recognize the deception --that was taking place-- all he said was that it was just a difference in price. In short - I spent about two hrs in the nice Show room - and felt like I was in a [violative content deleted]. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone -- unless you enjoy aggravation. Beware of any dealership that uses the term honest in there advertisement. I gave Sansone every opportunity to correct this -- still going on three weeks and have not heard from top management-- the taste is still bitter. Beware
