OUTSTANDING!!!

My 3rd car from Joe Vizzi, and our 7th from Clinton Honda. Would NEVER consider going anywhere else. Joe Vizzi without a doubt makes the entire experience flawless. He is always there when I need, and the dealership follows the lead of his professionalism and care. Use for service as well, and I've never been let down. Don't let them waste your time!

I saw the car I wanted on their website on Monday April 2nd. They contacted me via email and told me the vehicle was available so I decided to go see it and take it for a test drive. When I arrived at dealer, they told me that the car was sold on Saturday March 31th. They really should take down their internet inventory as soon as the vehicle is sold.

Troubling Honda service

Made an appointment Tuesday or Wednesday of this past week. When i got there , I was told that I had to wait over an hour or to come back in 1.5 hours later. the girl I believe her name was Jenna, told me They over booked today with walk in's. ?????? I have an appointment. She said, they have no way to check the the schedule to see if it is full or not. So, I stated that I wouldn't make an appointment for the next time and just walk in. Jenna's response was " If you walk in with an appointment, they wouldn't service the car??????? Really?? So I came back an Hour and half later for them to tell me it will still take an hour. ??? I did I miss something???? Jenna wanted to charge me $42.95 for an Oil change, fair enough, pay for your service. I told Jenna that it was still free from when I bought the car and that she could look in my records to see it was still free. She said she can't look it up cause it would take to long and they don't do that. So, if you want a free oil change,just sayit is su[pose to be free i guess. So, about half hour later Jenna( Who has a very nice Personality), found me and told she pushed my car through but, the tires need to be rotated and it would cost $19.95. They couldn't do that free, after all Clinton Honda Service is the ones that screwed up and cause this mess to happen. To over book tells me there is NO control in service and NO respect for the mechanics. My entire family owns Honda's and never had issues like this dealer is giving Paying Customers. I never curse at people but, it is troubling Clinton Honda doesn't care about customer service

I have been a Clinton Honda customer for over 20 years. I have always been very satisfied with their level of service and their ability to keep my car on the road. My last Accord went over 230K before I gave it to my Nephew. That car is still on the road.

One Crazy Flat Tire

I know I wasn't the easiest customer. I usually come in with my Golden Retriever prepared to spend whatever time it takes. This time I had constraints. I drew a new cute service writer and left my time issue to last. That was MY mistake. I had pumped up my damaged tire with a compressor, knew I needed a new tire. Told her if there wasn't time for me to get to town to pick up milk for my granddaughter and pick her up from daycare at 3:00 p.m. to let me know and I would return another time. When there was clearly not enough time left a different service writer (one of the gals I know pretty well) told me they were getting ready to put on the tire. I blew my cork. I just need to get out of here now! They accommodated me by putting the donut on. Ends up someone else picked up the baby, so I got the milk and returned but I hit a rumble strip on the way back and the spare tire went flat. I was pretty up and hard to deal with. I left the car on their lot but not in the service area since I didn't want to drive any more on the totally flat donut. For the first time I remember, they offered to just sell me a single tire. I mentioned that and then they proposed a new pair up front as usually with a very nice discount. Clinton Honda knows how to get the job done and turn a grumpy old man into a happy customer in the process.

Steering recall fixed

Completely satisfied with their service and performance. We had a steering pump recall that was performed in December 2014 in Rochester NY. On our trip to Lebanon NJ, experienced power steering pump noise and it was taken care of and replaced at the Clinton dealership at no cost to us. We couldn't have asked for better attention, service, and professionalism. They were great to work with! Thank you to all for taking care of us.

Love Clinton Honda~Great Service~Friends for Life

Where do I begin. I love this dealership. I've been with them for over 15 years. It's always the same faces at the service center and that says alot. They are like family to me. When I visit to have my car serviced, I catch up with the folks in service that I've built a friendship with over the years..Love Mark the service manager. We go way back. The girls at the desk are awesome. There's Val, Michelle, Debbie and if I missed someone, I apologize. Oh yes, Brian is a gem. Always so nice and cheerful. This dealership is not only friendly, but clean and comfy too. Kudos to Clinton Honda. Many other dealerships could learn from them. Thank you!!! xoxoxox

I have been using their service department for over 20 years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I trust them 100%. They are honest, make recommendations but do not pressure you. A couple of times I had to use other Honda dealer service departments and was very disappointed with the level of service. Clinton Honda provides a level of service that far surpasses many others.

2012 Civic

Although I live quite close to another Honda dealer and service dept., I will only take my car to Clinton Honda. It is so superior! All of the employees are pleasant, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. The courtesy shuttle is also helpful, plus even the driver is delightful. Buying my last car at Clinton Honda was a pleasure. My local Honda dealership ignored me when I was looking and they didn't even have a brochure to give me on the cars I was interested in. I recommend Clinton Honda!

Bought car over internet and in dark evening

Did a negotiation over the internet and phone and sealed the deal that evening. Drove 2 hours and car was ready. Walked around the car in a dark evening, never even drove the car. CRV was used with only 1200 miles but took them at their word. Very happy with getting me the missing owners manual in a timely manner. Charlie great to work with.

TLC for my Old(er) Pilot

Our 2006 Honda Pilot has been cared for by the friendly and knowledgeable service folks at Clinton Honda since we bought it new. Recently (upon hitting 75,000 miles) the vehicle needed tires, breaks and maintenance, which can add up. The team was able to locate the right offers and coupons to help lower the bill. The work was done well, on time and with minimal disruption of my day. The dealership also offers free WiFi, ample waiting space (including tables to work on my laptop) and a variety of coffee options and refreshments. All in all a good experience.

This is the third Honda I bought from this dealership. Bob Westervelt was my salesman for all three cars I bought. He is very friendly, easy to work with and does not pressure you into buying a car. He is very knowledgeable and thorough explaining all the features of the car. Judy in finance was very organized with all the paperwork and explained everything in detail. I would definitely buy a car from Clinton Honda again. keep up the good work!

It is a car dealership. they want your money. Now, Charles Bippart was my sales rep. Very nice man. Seems to be trustworthy. We got along very well. With much confusion to start our day, we worked well together to get to a price that we can both agree to. Would I recommend Charles and the dealership to a friend, Yes I would. As with any dealership, they want lots of money for extended warranties. But, if you are buying a Honda, you really don't need it. I bought the road hazard protection. If you are looking for a NEW or USED car, please give Clinton Honda a try and also Charles Bippart.

You have a new customer for life. Purchase experience a few months ago was stellar. I just had first regularly scheduled check-up and oil change. Thank you for providing me with a loaner and for driving 45 miles each way to pick up and return my car the same day after it was serviced.
