Sean made my car buying experience fun and extremely easy! I test drove a Toyota RAV 4 and a Honda CRV. I wasn't sure which one would be best for me considering I drive a considerable amount for work. Sean was patient and explain the differences while we test drove, making my decision easier. I ended up buying a 2014 Honda CRV with very low miles in an amazing color! The negotiations were also painless they helped me come to a monthly payment that was very close to where I needed to be. While signing paper work, everything was explained to me in easy to understand terminology. I didn't feel pressure to add on anything extra but also felt that they had my wellbeing in mind. I would definitely recommend Rockingham Honda to a friend

Unfortunate events

Unfortunately I had an awful experience. I purchased the new 2017 CRV. The process of buying the car took 4 days In total. Once I picked up my car, I found a dent, and the engine light came on. The Assistant manager was no help but only reassured me that this happens sometimes. How can it happen? It's a brand new car. So they reset the light and told us that it shouldn't happen again. We were uneasy leaving the lot. This wasn't our first rodeo buying a car. So when this happened, we were in total shock. The next day to our surprise the light came back on. And of course brought it back and all they did was take it in. At least give us the money back or trade the car. I don't understand why they didn't give us those options when it clearly wasn't our fault. I felt like the crew there didn't take our issue seriously. They were unprofessional because they unapproachable after the whole incident. So my advice is read the exchange policy clearly and if your already having a hard time buying the car after the second day. It's best that the car isn't meant for you.

Couldn't have been better!

We purchased a new Honda Accord from Rockingham Honda. We got online quotes from several dealers. One dealership was $200.00 lower and Rockingham matched the price. We put a deposit on the car, sent in the necessary paperwork and picked up the car. We completed the purchase in under half an hour. Every dealing we had with them was completely straightforward, easy and no pressure. Manager Garrett Neville was great to deal with. Highly recommend you check them out!

Deceit

Jose the sales manager sold me a used accord. Nice car. After purchasing a week a later wen viewed from the front , my son noticed a large scrape to lower bumper. I didn't see this when I bought because it was raining out and dark. When I confronted Jose he said it's up to me to find imperfections. They would not go 1/2 way with me to fix it. He said he didn't know of the scrape and suggested I could have done it. It was parked in my garage for almost a week until my son came home. Impossible for me to do this. Joses explanation that when buying a used car it's up to the buyer to find all imperfections. If he worked for me he'd be fired on the spot. This could be a reason for his leaving commonwealth motors. He lied to me about not knowing about this scrape.

Great Dealership, Great Service

When I moved to NH I explored a number of options for service for my Honda CRV. I was very impressed with the service department at Rockingham. They are extremely efficient and thorough. They explain everything and reminded me of service that is recommended for the mileage on my car. I absolutely Love my Honda and want to care for it the best way I can. They help me every mile of the way. I Love my Honda so much, I went in for an oil change and inspection, and ended up buying another CRV for my husband. We traded in his car and were driving a CRV the next morning. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge the Salesman, finance manager, and everyone involved displayed. It was a smooth transaction and a pleasant experience. My husband Loves his CRV !

The sales team at Rockingham Honda went over and above my expectations. Matt in sales was excellent in listening to my needs and delivering in a timely fashion on my specific request. Garrett, the sales manager, was straight forward without playing the pricing games I have encountered at other dealerships. Two emails was all it took to negotiate a price I considered to be the most competitive in the area. This was the second Honda I purchased in the last three years from Rockingham Honda. Not only is the sales team a pleasure to deal with, but everyone in the service department is friendly, thorough, and very professional.

Fantastic!

Initially I went in to get service done on my father's vehicle.. I had been looking for a new car for months, as my prior vehicle died.. Every other dealership I tried brushed me off fairly quickly, due to self employment and some issues verifying income. But, I decided to talk to the sales team at Rockingham and within an hour I had a brand new car! Zach was phenomenal, as well as the whole staff.

Worth the drive from 2 states away!

Rockingham's internet division offered the best price for a CR-V Touring, and was worth the 100 mile drive from two states away. The business office staff was straightforward and didn't attempt any of the games that many other dealerships play. Honest and sincere. We initially had contact with Kristi-Lee from the internet division, to negotiate the best price. Ashley was assigned as our sales person when we arrived, and took the time to explain everything in detail. You can tell that she really cares about her job and customer satisfaction. She followed up twice, after the sale, by phone. I highly recommend this dealership!

New Vehicle Purchase

I wanted to look at the new HR-V at Rockingham Honda because of the excellent experience I had last year purchasing a Civic from Ashley White. This time I spoke to Zachary Johnson. Who, once again, provided excellent customer service. I liked the HR-V. But, the only problem I had was the fact I also liked the Civic which was only a year old. I purchased this 2016 HR-V. This is a great car with excellent gas mileage and much more. We also have a 2012 CR-V. Never had a problem with this car. All service is done at Rockingham and now at their new facility. Garrett Neville and Jeff Mann were also part of this excellent sales experience, including John, the General Manager. In less than two years, I purchased two vehicles at Rockingham Honda and would recommend them without hesitation. As an example of the excellent customer service, Ashley showed genuine interest in how everything was going with this new purchase. Zachary, once again, did an excellent job simplifying the process of buying a new vehicle and taking one in trade. Zachary and Ashley are good examples of the excellent sales staff at Rockingham.

Amazing Experience

Rockingham Honda was my first stop on my quest for a new car. Thanks to their amazing team, it ended up being my ONLY stop. Louis Rivera was as laid-back and approachable as any salesman I've dealt with. He was genuinely excited and passionate about his work and made it clear he wasn't going to be happy until I was happy. We spent the better part of the day working on a deal for a 2015 Accord Sport that I knew I had to have the moment I saw it. The test drive was a blast and Louis shared his detailed knowledge of the car along the way. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had (believe me there were many) which gave me the peace of mind I needed to commit to such an important investment. I already had approved financing from my credit union but he and Garret Neville were able to get me an even better deal at a lower rate! Garret was great to deal with as well. He went through the financial side of the deal end-to-end making sure I understood everything. He made me aware of all the additional options available to me and didn't try to bury any details or hide behind the fine print. I have never done business with such a fantastic duo. I chose Rockingham Honda based on feedback I had received from family and friends who've had similar experiences. They came highly recommended and truly exceeded my expectations. Even when there was downtime, the rest of the staff there was friendly and social which was an unexpected bonus. I never at any point felt like just another customer to them. I was treated like family and thanks to this experience, I plan on remaining a member of the Rockingham Honda family for a long time to come!

Great Experience At Honda!

I recently purchases a new 2016 Honda Fit from Rockingham Honda. During this purchase I had contact with two different sales associates. The first was Kristi-Lee Stache. I sent her an email with the specifications of the car I wanted and asked for three things. Her best quote on the car, an itemized list of all possible fees and the cost for my chosen accessories, and the out-the-door total. She sent me a reply email, and I was very impressed by how thorough her response was. Rockingham Honda had one of the best quotes of all the dealers I contacted and the only one who answered all my initial email questions without my needing to do a follow up inquiry. I can't say how much I appreciated that! Kristi-Lee was not in the day I went to see the car so I was referred to another associate Adam Vogler. Adam was my contact through the rest of the process and did everything he could to answer all my questions and to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. During the process there was an unexpected hang up in that the car I was buying was a 2016 and had just arrived on their lot and they did not yet have a title for it yet. This could have been a great inconvenience to me because it would have required me to make another trip, however Rockingham Honda and Adam went out of their way to make up for it. They said they would deliver the car to my house so I wouldn't have to make another trip, that they would prepare the paperwork so that it would be all filled out and would just need my signature and they re-detailed my car to ensure it would be perfect on delivery. They more than delivered! The delivery went off perfectly and Adam answered all my remaining questions and walked me through the setup and controls on the touchscreen. I couldn't be happier with my car or with Rockingham Honda. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car who also wants to be treated with respect and consideration. I would also seriously consider relying on them for any of my car's service needs. Thank You Rockingham Honda!

From the sales to the finance department, everyone at Rockingham was very friendly and there was no pressure. They also honored the edmunds.com price quote. I just leased my second car at Rockingham Honda. Although my first experience of leasing was great, I can not say the same for the second. When walking in I was approached by a salesman, Hank Zaninni, and I told him I was interested in leasing or maybe purchasing a HRV. My first impression of him was he really didn't have much and a personality especially for a salesman but I didn't really care that much because I knew what kind of car I wanted. Originally, I wanted the HRV but it turned there was a better deal of leasing the CRV so I went for that. I took a test drive in the CRV and I loved it. Before the test drive, I was told by Hank, I could get the car as early as the next day however then he said no it probably won't be until Friday. As I am waiting, they seemed be having some differculties with the computers because then Hank tells me I gotta apply for financing online. I thought I cant believe I have to do this at home I was there and I thought that was a pain in the neck. Hank shows me what my payments are going to be and says do you have a credit card to make a payment now. I wasn't really prepared for this but I give it to him.I was told by Hank that someone either Tom or Jack will be calling me from the finance dept that night and I could arrange a pick up time . Turns out no one ever called that night nor the next morning so I called them in the afternoon and spoke to Tom, the finance manager, and I told him I was getting aggravated because I paid my payment nobody calls me back I want to arrange a pick up time to get car. Tom apologizes and says he needs to get a binder and he needs my signature. I said I'm not going up twice. he assures me I can get my car on the Friday as long as I get up there before my insurance company closes I told him I would. Friday comes and I need to leave my work early but I'm feeling good because I want the car. I get there and I go in and I see Hank, he is alone and doesn't even get up to greet the customer that he sells car to nor does he even say hello . I find myself going to him and he looks up at me and says your a little early, your appt wasn't until 2 and I said to him I called yesterday and spoke to Jack and told him I was going to leave my work early because my insurance company closes at 330. I felt he was completely rude. Anyway, I switched over all my belongings to new car ready to sign papers and get car keys however turns out they just realize they do not have the title for the car which means I can't take it home ..... I was not happy at all Garrett was another finance manager and he apologized he said this was his first day back and he was unaware of this and he took 250 of my purchase of the vehicle. I don't know who's fault it was but I'm pretty sure checking if there's a title is like basic knowledge and this could've been prevented. I took time off my work to go up there and not to bring the car home was a total waste of time. Garrett and Hank decided they were going to make arrangements for Hank to deliver the car to me on Wednesday and Garrett would call me on Monday to ensure that he had title and Hank would deliver it to me. Garrett did call me on Monday and said the title was in and Hank would diliver it to me but I just opted to go back and get it because at that point I was kinda done with it. I am happy with my car but very unhappy with my whole experience there. I will not be going back there. Colleen T

Decent Price But Terrible Customer Service

I was happy with the price I was able to negotiate, but several of the sales staff were not a pleasure to work with in any way. They tried to do the typical car salesmen runaround on everything we discussed. Then when they did get the car in and had it ready they couldn't schedule a time that would work for me to pick it up for 5 days. Also at the last second tried to slip a much higher interest rate in than what was discussed (this was after i complained about my experience). When I pointed it out he easily just called the lender and changed it, but acted like he was doing me some kind of favor for giving me the agreed upon interest rate. They were also not very helpful when it came to setting up my insurance. I did all the leg work and had to call back and fourth 3 or 4 times before i had all the correct information. If you are willing to deal with a lot of hassle they will work with you on a price. I also will admit that I think my experience there had a lot to do with who I worked with, so maybe you'll have better luck.

Although I and my family have purchased several vehicles through Rockingham Toyota, this is the first Honda any of us have owned. The purchasing was easy and professionally handled, everyone actually LISTENED to me, answered questions truthfully, and made the entire experience extremely pleasant. The new owners' event on a Saturday morning was worth attending to get to know the car and the shop's capabilities and get some technology explained and questions answered. Great dealership, great family business!

Sent request for quote. Got a phone call from woman who handles web request. Told her horrible situation with Atamian. She was nice and sent everything over in email like I requested. Got to dealers everything was in their system. Looked at the car and signed the deal. Dave C. is great salesman there. As for him and tell him Bob Kneeland sent you.
