Sales experience at Rockingham in the purchase of our new Honda was a very good experience. The Sales Rep was professional, helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle and honest about the pricing negotiation. We felt very comfortable in asking any questions and in turn received all of our answers. They also offered a very strong trade in value for my Tundra.

We had a very good experience here with the purchase of a Honda Pilot. Zach Johnston was great to work with. Absolutely no games and no pressure. We knew exactly what we wanted so they did not waste any of our time (or theirs). We walked in and out completely satisfied and the vehicle was delivered as promised. Definitely would go back!
Honda CRV Sale Great!
Today I bought a 2021 Honda CRV EX AWD from this dealer. Was very smooth sailing!! I worked hard to get good deal (I did my research) and they made it easy for me! Caleb T was my salesman and he worked hard for to earn my business. I kept asking to see different cars and trims and he delivered! I finally found the one that was for me. This is the fourth vehicle I buy from this dealer since 1991.
Outstanding customer service
From the second we walked through the door, Ali made us feel comfortable. His friendliness and understanding of our needs were too notch. He provided a wealth of information about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Ali was in touch with us throughout the whole process and even accommodated us for delivery of the vehicle earlier than we originally discussed. He put a bow on the car for the ultimate fun surprise when we revealed it to our newest family driver. Thanks to Ali for everything. He is truly an outstanding ambassador for Honda.

Sean is the best
Sean made my car buying experience fun and extremely easy! I test drove a Toyota RAV 4 and a Honda CRV. I wasn't sure which one would be best for me considering I drive a considerable amount for work. Sean was patient and explain the differences while we test drove, making my decision easier. I ended up buying a 2014 Honda CRV with very low miles in an amazing color! The negotiations were also painless they helped me come to a monthly payment that was very close to where I needed to be. While signing paper work, everything was explained to me in easy to understand terminology. I didn't feel pressure to add on anything extra but also felt that they had my wellbeing in mind. I would definitely recommend Rockingham Honda to a friend
Unfortunately I had an awful experience. I purchased the new 2017 CRV. The process of buying the car took 4 days In total. Once I picked up my car, I found a dent, and the engine light came on. The Assistant manager was no help but only reassured me that this happens sometimes. How can it happen? It's a brand new car. So they reset the light and told us that it shouldn't happen again. We were uneasy leaving the lot. This wasn't our first rodeo buying a car. So when this happened, we were in total shock. The next day to our surprise the light came back on. And of course brought it back and all they did was take it in. At least give us the money back or trade the car. I don't understand why they didn't give us those options when it clearly wasn't our fault. I felt like the crew there didn't take our issue seriously. They were unprofessional because they unapproachable after the whole incident. So my advice is read the exchange policy clearly and if your already having a hard time buying the car after the second day. It's best that the car isn't meant for you.
Couldn't have been better!
We purchased a new Honda Accord from Rockingham Honda. We got online quotes from several dealers. One dealership was $200.00 lower and Rockingham matched the price. We put a deposit on the car, sent in the necessary paperwork and picked up the car. We completed the purchase in under half an hour. Every dealing we had with them was completely straightforward, easy and no pressure. Manager Garrett Neville was great to deal with. Highly recommend you check them out!
Jose the sales manager sold me a used accord. Nice car. After purchasing a week a later wen viewed from the front , my son noticed a large scrape to lower bumper. I didn't see this when I bought because it was raining out and dark. When I confronted Jose he said it's up to me to find imperfections. They would not go 1/2 way with me to fix it. He said he didn't know of the scrape and suggested I could have done it. It was parked in my garage for almost a week until my son came home. Impossible for me to do this. Joses explanation that when buying a used car it's up to the buyer to find all imperfections. If he worked for me he'd be fired on the spot. This could be a reason for his leaving commonwealth motors. He lied to me about not knowing about this scrape.
